Are crop circles done by aliens or humans?

Does anyone else look at crop circles and see that they could have been achieved by laser? I've looked into the possibility and there is something called maser....microwave laser....or planks!

Why would anyone first think aliens did it, when humans can do it.

Could someone be playing with us? I mean playing with us big time, in all sorts of ways, not just crop circles...to keep the natives and tourists mystified!

Have the pranksters over stepped the line with their doodles?
The film Thrive 11.11.11 seemed to suggest alien influence.

I understand there are quite discernable differences between the hoaxers and the real circles created electromagnetically. Usually you can spot the hoaxers by their lack of certain cosmic mathematics and symbolisms if you are just looking at them and not measuring the stalks themselves.

The late Gerald Hawkins, author of Stonehenge Decoded mentioned the real circles always have diatonics, harmonics and other complex mathematical musical relationships expressed in them.

The hoaxers are not that brilliant because they are usually just putting out an artwork. Most of them don't know about the Flower of Life design, the Circle of Fifths or any of the other more scientific aspects of electricity or music.

Tony I can't believe you just brought this up (well, there are no coincidences right?) my daughter and I were just talking about something that happened to me in July of 2009. I'll share:
I've always had open communication with my spirit guides/ extra-celestials (whatever you choose to call them). One morning in July of 2009 they said, "We make the crop circles." Skeptically, I replied, "Oh really. If that's true then make me a....... (looking outside my kitchen window at my hummingbird feeder)... a hummingbird!" knowing they don't make specific images, but pictograms.
Within the next day or so, I checked CropCircleConnector online and low and behold, there was a hummingbird crop circle. I started bawling ugly saying, "It's you. It's really you."
Since then they've shown me visions of how they create them. Visually I understood, but very difficult to describe. (As posted above, I agree it's electromagnetic)
The genetic nature of the plants are altered with 'real' circles, and the stems are bent (not broken as in the plank ones) and the bend is about a foot above the ground- pretty impossible to fake that part imho)
So I guess you know who I think it is...

Hi Tony,
High energy beams such as microwave lasers are known to cause burns, which is why they have been developed as a defense agains nuclear missiles by burning them while in flight. Crop circles are not burnt but rather bent in a one direction, as though if subjected to weight.
