Default Definitive proof of time travel :-)

    Hi,

I was looking at the member list and happened to notice that a certain member (or maybe more of them, I didn't really go through the entire list) is listed as having last appeared on this site in 1970. (That's nineteen seventy).

I was just just wondering what caused this glitch, considering that it is an isolated case.
I am curious about technicalities of all sorts, but I am not really all that knowledgeable about this sort of glitch, so I thought I'd ask.

Did you have to say it aloud?

Seriously, why is this curious and highly localised time warp afflicting only one member?
    Anyone knows?
(No, I really want to know. Like I said, I am interested in technicalities.
    Of all sorts.)

he went back in time to secure the rites for the forum, Sorry Dig had to fix that for yah and spill that he keeps his time traveling device close to his most valuable asset! ( realy its a multi functional device, it also protects from mind control, protects against some weather annomolies and adds style!)

    Hello,

    That is a privacy setting.

Those that switch their account to invisible will appear to have that date.

But I did see her account and even her profile page. Oh you mean, to those who are not logged in, perhaps?

    Anyway, thank you.

An account that is set to "invisible" simply means this:

    - you cannot see if this user is online or not
    - you cannot see when this user last visited this forum
    - you cannot see the user on the list of users who are reading a thread

But the user profile is still visible. You simply cannot tell if s/he is logged in or not. It appears offline all the time.
