Q&A with Duncan and Miranda - The Council, Souls and Psychic Self Defense

So glad Duncan and Miranda have joined Avalon. (Welcome to both of you!)

Brave survivors of childhood torture and mind control "treatments" under an MK Ultra program, they are warriors for humanity and living examples of the resilience of the human soul.

Found their 12/10/11 blog post very interesting and haven't seen it mentioned here. Hope it's OK to post a few excerpts:

In response to a question about the Council that had asked Duncan why he thought the human race should be allowed to continue:

The bulk of the members of the Council are not human, although there are some humans who are members. There is even reptilian representation, which often argues *against* the humans’ survival. Most of us ‘humans’ have a different lineage than we realize. There are very few actual humans on this planet right now. We come from other places.

Answering a question about psychic self-defense:

We could write several books on how to defend yourself and still not be able to get all the information across. Humans have been bred and engineered so that they are shut off from all the abilities they SHOULD have – the ESP, etc, which would allow them the sensory (or extra-sensory) information to sense this danger and deal with it accordingly. You know all that supposed “junk” DNA? Yeah, we are cut off from it (most of us) and so we go on every day, losing a war that we don’t know is being fought, or that we suspect is being fought but we don’t have the resources to recognize it. The few people around us, the sages, the intuitives, the shamans, are either ignored or laughed at, or targeted themselves so that they get off track and become incoherent and misguided. This is a very well thought out plan.

It takes a great leap of faith and self-trust to realize that there is a very real war going on, fought with secret weapons that many are unaware of. We have been programmed from day one that there is no such thing as “magic”, when really it does exist, has existed all along, and has been weaponized to the extent that it can do a very great deal of damage to people.

In answer to questions about the soul:

You can never permanently lose your soul. It is you, you are it, and at some point you will merge with God-mind and become part of the whole again (though you always are part of the whole). But a very nasty game is being played here. And there are instances, for example, where souls can become trapped – sometimes for aeons.

Let’s start here with the shamanic idea of soul loss. Certain shamanic traditions believe that some things will cause soul loss – now this is not a total loss, understand, but basically what happens is that parts of it go away for safe keeping and to be protected, and you are cut off from being able to access the fullness of yourself. For example, trauma as a child can cause one to send parts of their soul away to protect them from the horror of things. They are still part of you, but it is like there is a block between you and those fragments...[snip]

We feel that a lot of the work trying to take souls away is very covert now, but will become more overt, as disasters happen and people will become more willing to agree to give up their souls in exchange for, say, food. But it won’t often be so blatant. A lot of groups using mind control have already gotten people who are split to have their other personalities pledge their loyalty and their souls to very bad things. Now, does this mean their souls are gone forever? No. But it can mean a very long and painful perceived separation from God-mind spanning many, many years.

Stay yourself – don’t give your power to anyone. Basically, at the end of the day, whoever has the most souls wins. It’s pretty simple (not so easy all the time, though) to keep your soul usually, you just have to make sure that it remains your own and you do not pledge it to anyone or anything that is evil.

Also really liked the 12/12/11 blog post and was glad to hear Miranda has found Lisa Renee's tools somewhat helpful.

Could you please answer the question about psychic defense. I understand what was said above about how we are cut off from our natural abilities. Do you have suggestions on how to regain our psychic defenses. I realize that you could right a book about it. However, are there any simple techniques or methods. I myself am a person that came from a long line of psychics and thankfully as a child it was not programmed out of me by being made to feel that it was unnatural. I was taught that my abilities are a gift and truthfully feel that they are. However, I have not found much information about how to defend oneself psychically. Hi Amysenthia. There are many tools and techniques available, and I encourage you to find what works for you. (Still early in the journey myself.)


A few things I've found helpful:

• 12D Shielding Process (moving my arm in right-to-left circles and breathing in liquid light as I'm building my 12D shield helps me feel the vortex)
• Lisa Renee's meditations and other tools
• Inelia's fear processing exercise
• Fish oil supplements, including fermented skate liver oil to decalcify the pineal gland

Also, treating my body as a friend and respecting its intelligence, and becoming a better parent to my inner child.

Looking foward to hearing what others suggest.

For people seperated from the idea of magic (happily for you, not yourself), I would say the road to regaining the connection is to "listen to your gut". Our body can and does tell us what we need to know, and we can re-learn the use of it if we first listen to it.

I recommend one technique only for energetic events that come under the blanket term "psychic attack". Given that the Love is the all and ultimate source of all, any ill-will, including psychic attack, initiates from energies that have lost the way, or cut themselves off from Love. Love is the goal of all despite apparent evidence to the contrary. We think the universe is held together by the attraction and repulsion of charged particles, but the universe is a product of the desire/dilemma of returning to Love. Love is the ultimate power, and no psychic attack can resist the offering of the true, heartfelt Love of higher consciousness. The energy, aspect, or fragment causing the feeling of attack has two responses to Love: one is to recognise the longing for Love that exists inside it, leading to reintegration with the all (micro and/or macrocosmically); the other is to flee. We must be sure to be unwavering in our belief in Love, because like the strengthening of a strain of bacteria resulting from an improper regime of anti-biotics, improper application of Love (e.g. inconsistent, unsure, ego-tainted) can strengthen wayward energetic fragments.

I would personally love it if Duncan would write up some exercises or share thoughts on psychic defense. Astral is a very real place. I honed my abilities over years of practice and a few energy wars. It was all good, though at the time was not very fun. I would love to practice some more, but a nice holodeck seems to be eluding me. So, I practice with elements and that seems to keep me connected, and thankfull, I have not had to do any serious battle for a few years. I think though we will see some pretty major energy wars coming soon and to be very careful to keep calm heads and not get overly emotional as that's where you screw up. It's hard to do effective energetics when fear, terror, sadness are at the forefront. Anger being a secondary emotion of fear does allow you to work with energy, but it's a knife that cuts both ways. It takes a LONG time to learn to use dark energy for a positive outcome, most fail and suffer for it.

i hope he stays. i think that both he and Miranda could have an enormous affect here. i think it is needed. i have been following him for a while now and have come to appreciate his direct attitudes of what this world is going through. they both have a myriad of information and resources that we could all benefit from.

You would seem to be a good person to reply to here, given your stated comfort with a personage I will mention. If Duncan does read this thread it is with forethought to his Odinistic adherence and no disrespect is intended.

I am no Christian, at all. Execution as redemption is not something I can work with. The wisdom of a wrongly executed man, (death penalty oops) is of value in this discussion IMO. How did Jesus, to pick one of his names, handle a demonic attack? By the head of the order, no less. He said, in effect, no thank you. Since they were bandying scriptural text about, there was some of that. (Interesting side note, as to how scripture can be used by the embodiment/symbol of evil to make a point. Puts those scripture quoters in 'interesting' company)

Like a chink in armor or a compromised immune system, darkness looks for weakness. This is where it enters. Awareness is one of the best shields. Duncan uses a candle to let him know when there is an unwanted presence. Awareness that an entry or offer is immanent allows one to 'mind their mind'.

Despite what I think about Christianity and its message I do find a very strong Christ energy available on the 4th and higher dimensions. Belief in Christian dogma is not required to make use of this energy, IMO. Knowing it will intercede and calling upon it is required. Many have called upon it in times of need and experienced miracles. This often moves them into accepting the dogma associated with the Christ person. The unconditional Love of this energy has no requirements other than you make use of your free will to call upon it. It is not the only energy available to call on, but it is a very well fed and robust energy. There is no doubt it is fed by millions of sincere followers of the dogma. Bless them.

I think a quick mention of the forgiveness teaching and how this affects karma and the negative 'glues' that cause adhesion/attraction to reincarnational dramas pertains here. These dramas are not limited to physical interaction only. This 'dance' can be, and is often, trans-dimensional. Forgiveness is the solvent for this 'glue'. Turning the other cheek is all about this principle and has nothing to do with weakness, or pacifism as it is misunderstood. It is about not beginning a 'glueing' and the ensuing karmic dance that can play out across timelines, lifetimes and dimensions. Endless energetic 'blood' vendettas. These dramas open us up to suggestions from 'sources' that play upon the proclivity to entertain and 'be open' to (armor breach) thoughts that satisfy needs to "equal' the perceived insults.

Psychic self defense starts with having a good guard. Distractions, caused by wounds, lowers ones guard. Nothing closes a wound like forgiveness. Revenge may close the wound but is does so with the 'glue' of karma. One of the 'dancers' must turn the other cheek for the ugly dance to end. It will be the wiser and more powerful who will be the one that does this.

There is a time to kill, for sure. It is best for it to not be personal, but for the general hygiene of humanity. Clearing out an infestation of fleas is a good example.

"Gentle as dove, subtle as snakes". One of my favorites.

I agree with you about them being a benefit to those looking for some honest and unique perceptions. I do think the thin skins and fragile egos of some members would prove to be a source of great frustration for them.

Then there would be the trouble making, 'cyber-muscle' trolls with their cyber-'grapes' trying to prove to their boyfriends how tough they are. I am sure Duncan sees it all very clearly.

Seeking for 'truth' gets tricky if the 'truth gets personal or requires some skin in the game. It is sad, but I think Duncan has called it correctly.

yes, i agree. there would be many that couldn't handle the frank delivery, which could be quite tedious for duncan and miranda. however, i think it could actually help some 'see' or perhaps 'shed' that thin skin.... perhaps making for a much better delivery..... but, i certainly can understand his hesitations. i guess i'm just hoping that he'll give it a try.

All in all, Miranda and Duncan are such extraordinary souls that we are lucky to have them here in any form, in whatever way they choose – or not – to participate here. The important thing is that we – as Avalonians – continue to hold them in our love, light and true support regardless. We are one and the same.

Their work with MK-Ultra damaged lives is so exceptional and courageous that we at Avalon must be honored at any level to participate in their mission, even silently. I wish I had their courage, and I do hope they will avail themselves of the myriad resources members of Avalon can bring to their work.

I'm not sure what your question was exactly concerning my views. I liked what you said, I do see a time to take action, but one must always temper themselves to know they are responding and not reacting. I practice responding whenever possible, but I am not a Vulcan and therefore can get riled up and react. I know when that happens, but it doesn't mean it doesn't happen or matter. It's important to know your environment, to know what is spiritually in your home and attached to you.

I am not your typical "Christian". Most Christians do not learn the art of spiritual warfare, whereas I dedicated over 3 years of my life to direct study of it and yes, I was tested several times. There are real bad entities in astral. It is not a game which I know you are well aware of that fact. Thankfully most people have not had direct attack from those entities, I have. Jesus / Yeshua has always been there for me, and I believe I was led on my path for a reason. I am a warrior in spirit. I am a watcher, and I hate deception. I don't talk to demons or play games with them. They do not harass me anymore, and I am not saying that to brag by any means. They are not any fun, but I have learned deal with them fast and hold onto your armour. What one believes is paramount that they truly believe it and not be hoping.

I use shielding, healing, universal energy which can also be turned into a weapon if needed. The greatest weapon is very high vibrational energy which many attribute the a Love energy. You know the old statement to kill them with kindness? It doesn't mean to be a doormat if you get my drift.

Anyhow, if I have not addressed what you were wondering do let me know. This is an enjoyable thread.

the dw threat thread is full of unwanted and untoward junk floating around. Every time I touch that thread the whole side of my head lights up. I simply won't go there. It's taken about 20 minutes now... to get my noggin cleared back out.

Whatever it is, it goes right after the creative side of the brain, the right hemisphere. At least in my case, that is.

as for love, I used compassion to bring peace to the approximate 4k souls who did not manage to get free from the 2004 tsunami. (on the astral plain). A simple akido move of moving them further into their own death, as they were only half into it, and thus living in a pure fear vibration. As they came to the vibration of stillness and thus moving into peace.and moving along, to where they should have been...... then each could be sequentially added to the energy of peace/ending..and then they could help one another. The same way we gather energies together in this space.

I had no idea of all this stuff, when I did this thing. I just did it clear, cold, near emotionless, with as much ability and energy as I could muster, at the time. I did it immediately after the tsunami, so their energies could not be taken or used in an untoward fashion. I got them out of there..immediately. Same night.

This not consciously knowing of all this 'dimensional/astral war/game' stuff, beforehand... when I did this thing on the astral realm... doubly reinforces, to me, the reality of that act.

I'm not sure, at this time, if I want to get into all this again...

However, when Neptune hits Pisces on February 3rd, 2012, this will ramp up in these areas of dimensional and connected existence. For a 14 year stretch. We shall see.

The last time it was that intense, was 150-164 years ago. (~1862-1848), (~1698-1684), etc.
