To me in all comes down to faith. Having that little seed of faith and knowing that our loving creator has better plans for us. Fear and Love without one you cant have the other we have the love they have the fear. There is far more love than there is fear. Stepping back and looking at the big picture and the changes that are going on they are running scared they know there time is short. Everyday im seeing more and more love the awakening has really just begun for some. The peolple from thier side are coming foward "blowing the whistle" you cant stop the love. I will make plans to deal with there fear what ever it takes. But I know that the end game will bring the unconditional love that was meant for each of us. I will stare death in the face if need be because I know death is not something to fear but rather the begining of a marvelous journey and if I have to reincarnate for another tour then I will. Ive seen the better place I felt it in my heart and soul and im not going to let someone that thinks power and wealth is what life is about control my destiny

We have something they don't.. strength in numbers! The key is to realise that no matter how many cards they have in their deck, both subtle (media influence) and obvious (false flag attacks) they can't pull the wool over ALL our eyes. It only takes one informed citizen to make a change, imagine the reach of a ten thousand individuals united with the same commonality!

I think our biggest weapon is spreading awareness -- whether it be by handing out pamphlets or forming communities.. there are countless ways we can unify our intentions.

communication, love and compassion, education and awakening - all is key
    Hello Kate and all Avalonians,

Kate, I truely wish that I could believe you were right, that communication, education, and awakening were the keys to stop what is happening today. I do believe that at one point in time they were very important keys. Keys that I have used for many years. But in my humble opinion, I think it is too late in the hour for those keys to work any more, becasue all the locks have been jammed by human nature itself.

Today I read how the TSA confiscated a cupcake from a college professor. It does make for good copy, and it's a good story to either rant about, or to hide behind the laugh of a very serious issue; but somehow I think the cupcake being confiscated, as a potential danger to national security, metaphorically sums up where this train has taken us all.

How we all got on this metaphorical train, and how we all allowed the train to take us where it has , is no longer of any importance becasue we are now here, and it is best to stay in the present if one is to have any chance of surviving, in my opinion.

I think the game is over, we just have not been officially told yet. Did you read how the local police can request drones now for local police work against regular Amercan citizens? That too is the writing on the wall that it is all over.

I don't beleive in ascension, or aliens coming, or this nesara business; and I am not a scientist, so I can only conjecture about the sun and earthquakes. But I do understand money; and I do beleive money is the main indicator of where a civilizatation is. I do believe the financial collapse has already happened; and that soon we will be told that it has already happened. I do believe it will be the survivial of the fitness and the luckiest, who will be able to ride out the storm of that announcement.

My advice to anyone at this time, while you can, before it is announced, is to get in the best physical shape possible; becasue how far you can or cannot run, metaphorically or not; or how efficiently, or not efficiently your body and immune system works, may very well be the only weighing factor of whether you stay in the game (stay alive), or be benched in camp fema, or be killed. So sorry for the blunt remarks, but the question was about what we thought we are in store for in 2012.

The citizens of the world are facing a time that will be most trying. As much as humans don't like to believe that money makes the world go around, humans, through their lack of particpation in how the world works, has allowed that to be.

The financial collapsed, in my opinion, has already happened. I believe, we are just awaiting for the official announcement. Everyone can color in how they wish the end game will be played out. Some will be realistic, some will stay in fantasy as a pschological defense mechanism, much like vctims of sexual and physical abuse turn to for coping skills with such horror.

In my opinion, like in real life, there will be no knight in shining armor to come to anyone's aid. You must be preapred to save yourself when the world wide financial collapse is announced. It shouldn't come down to the survival of the fitness but in my opinion it will.

I send blessings to everyone that you may do what you have to do to keep yourself and your loved ones in the best shape possible this winter and this spring as we move into 2012. I do hope I am wrong. But numbers and human nature don't lie.

    Sincerely,

    Mr. Davis

Great thread. My 2 cents worth is that good/evil all balances out. In the past, there have been many disasters, yet I have seen miracles just as big. I think this will ring true for the next half decade or so. My gut tells me, that maybe the worst thing that could happen is that a solar event will knock out the grid. Also, my gut tells me, that perhaps the Best thing that could happen is that a solar event will knock out the grid! : ) Don't scare. Prepare. Enjoy each day as if it is your last.

I think we may be looking at a domino effect, except that any one domino - probalby more than one - may be the trigger, which makes the whole setup uncontrollable.

To that extent, we don't have an achilles heel at all: it may be an armchair warrior who starts winning this war - maybe something (s)he says, or doesn't say, does or doesn't do to someone. It may even be a member of the loyal opposition making a mistake:

It is often repeated that the ptw caused the world wars etc. etc. However, here is an alternative view:

Quote It was 11 a.m. on a fine summer morning in Sarajevo, June 28, 1914, when the driver of an automobile carrying two passengers made a wrong turn. The car was not supposed to leave the main street, and yet it did, pulling up into a narrow passageway with no escape. It was an unremarkable mistake, easy enough to make in the crowded, dusty streets. But this mistake, made on this day and by this driver, would disrupt hundreds of millions of lives, and alter the course of world history.

Thanks Bill to opened up this tread.

What may be in store in 2012?

Hmm!, here’s some personal insights. IMHO, to start with, I think it’s important to state that we are dualistic people living in 3rd dimensional world. That implies on the dualistic side, that we are creator manifest but we are fuelled by polarities, which make us take sides (common values) that end up at times in conflictual situations (great!). At other times, it will stall initiatives to collective actions for the betterment of people. I think that we will continued to be dualistic people in 2012, unless, we are involuntary inseminated a new dimensional genetic coming from Earth or the Universe!, if so, let’s hope that it will bring love, peace and harmony with all!

We live in systems, and many Canadians benefits from it (other countries, members will indicate…), free school for children, free hospital for the sick and dying, road to transport our needs, airport for transport of different kind, Medicare, ships ports for merchandise, unemployment benefit, old age security benefit, etc. If no economic collapse happened, it will remain the same. One domain seems to surface, Public Pension will live through tough time, to settle this problem, people will have to pay more to guarantee Public Pension, and it won’t be popular though!

We often decry the corruption of politicians, bureaucrats. And our mind made us think, at time, that being in their places, we would do better…!, and this I think is an illusion. So this side of the window will be the same in coming year, unless, something will change our genetics.

Unfortunately, we are set up in an Economic System that holds his ground on the fundamental principal that is “profit”. It’s the economic principal that has us moving toward money (illusion). And we know that money is power (because the Financial System wants it that way!) because it’s the medium of exchange for goods and services, and it allows the perpetuation of this system. Bear in mind that through history, different type of systems were tried out, and the “lesser of all the evil systems” prevail. So, if there isn’t economic collapse, things will stay the same.

And within this system, cheating, stealing, abusing, etc., are possible, it depends on the notion of people consciousness and not get caught. And, some people at some point in their life misstep somehow in this, so no surprise that those in power (government, financial institutions, politicians, others) slip and get corrupted. Here, nothing will changes, changes come with suffering unfortunately.

The system has a police force, army, navy, air force, secret agencies that are aligned in with the Law of the Land apparently and secret agenda. If there isn’t Economic Collapse, this domain will continue unabated.

People defiance as we have seen in Lybia, Egypte, Tunisia, Syria, US (Occupied Wall Street), and other countries around the world will continue.

Best wishes of health, peace, harmony to all members in 2012.

I sometimes think that we forget the Earth is the lead actor.

In this reality in which Gaia is also a co-creator (of enormous and growing power). Humanity is just a side show; and in extremis, one that can be shrugged off - though it is obvious that Gaia has decided to suffer us for us so that we may learn from this extreme situation we find ourselves in. Gaia is the real hero in all this, and those lightworkers that are here to help her know what I mean.

I think that the 2012 "Ascension" that people go on about was never much about humans (though it will apply to the surviving ones) it was more about Earth - Gaia and she is on a timetable now - and that is what I think 2012 is really about. Many humans are still concerned with "I" and not "we" - let alone being concerned about the poor old planet.

Gaia has the resources to feed house and clothe us all IF we treated her properly and were more concerned with other people than we were ourselves. Yet we poison her for short term expediency.

I think I am more concerned with the Earth than I am with the machinations of TPTB, but you cannot ignore the later and that is what this thread is really focussed on.

So we need to reform our relationship with the Earth and each-other, and perhaps a possible famine will force what is left of the human race who refuse to address that issue? Or a pollution based pandemic? Etc Etc.

We have the power to stop all this, but it would seem the necessary catalysts are going to have to be ever stronger to get sufficient numbers to realize. TPTB may unwittingly provide that and in the end it will be their undoing. Those in charge know their "time is short". They know they cant live here and they cant have the Earth. The Earth is for the meek that will inherit it. It is for those that use power not force. It is for those for whom their brothers need is the measure for their action.

So there is likely to be a bumpy ride - so whats new? Have we not been on a bumpy ride already?

Remain being calm in the storms ahead, reform your relationships with the Earth and others, be ruthlessly positive and fear nothing.

    -------

    To add to the mix:

    From http://naturalnews.com/032258_econom...apse_2012.html :

14 signs that the collapse of our modern world has already begun
A lot of people believe the world as we know it is going to end on December 23, 2012. Nonsense, I say. The far more honest answer is that the end of the world as we know it has already begun. And it doesn't mean the end of the world; it means the closing of one era and the birth of a new one. It is a transition between the ages. This particular transition, however, promises to be the most tumultuous and costly transition humankind has ever seen.

But don't wait around for December 2012 to look for the signs. Here are 14 signs that the world as we know it is unraveling right now. We are living through the end of one era and the birth of a new one. In the future, they'll look back and call this all one moment in history, but when you're living through it, it seems to move forward at almost a snail's pace. But make no mistake: We are living through the opening chapters of the end of the world as we know it, and on the other side of all this will emerge a new world that's very different from the one we know today.

#1 - Tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes and tsunamis - At first it seemed like a fluke; but now it's a pattern. The weather is becoming increasingly extreme. Over 120 tornadoes recently struck the U.S. Midwest. Texas is on fire and suffering through an extreme drought. And where there aren't fires and droughts, there are floods. This is only the beginning... watch for more freak weather over the next 18 months.

#2 - The silence of the bees - Colony Collapse Disorder continues to accelerate across North America. We already know it's being caused in part by chemical pesticides (and possibly worsened by GMOs), but the chemical industry is engaged in a full-on cover-up to deny this truth while the pollinators of our world suffer a devastating population collapse.

#3 - The failure of nuclear science - The Fukushima catastrophe proves one thing: Scientists are dangerously arrogant in their planning of large-scale projects, and they fail to account for the awesome power of Mother Nature. Nuclear science promised us clean, green energy -- but now it has delivered a silent, invisible poison that's infecting our planet.

#4 - The vicious pursuit of Wikileaks - In an age of such rampant deceit, there is no room for the truth. So those who tell the truth (Wikileaks) are viciously pursued as if they were criminals.

#5 - The rise of the medical police state - The armed SWAT raids on Maryanne Godboldo in Detroit are only the beginning. The truth is that the medical system uses guns to force its vaccines and chemotherapy onto children and teens across America. The medical system has become so utterly useless, corrupt and dangerous that it must actually invoke guns in peoples' faces just to "convince" people to take its medicine. This is a gunpoint-enforced medical monopoly that exists as a threat to our health and our freedoms.

#6 - The increasing frequency of food shortages and crop failures - Notice the spike in food prices? That's just the beginning: Food prices will continue to skyrocket in the years ahead due to extreme weather, the loss of pollinators and the global contamination of crops by GMOs. Real food is becoming increasingly scarce in our world. You might want to think about starting a home garden...

#7 - The runaway destruction of the world by energy companies - The radioactive fallout from Fukushima isn't the only way in which energy companies are destroying our world: Don't forget about the Deepwater Horizon and the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico -- a spill that isn't over, by the way. They're still spraying Corexit in the Gulf one year later!

#8 - The continued GMO contamination of our planet - This may be the worst chapter in the coming collapse: The widespread genetic pollution of our planet through GMOs. This is a crime against nature and against humanity. It is a "gene spill" that may never be contained as it spreads its deadly DNA across the world's food crops, leading to crop failures and starvation. The use of GMOs is the closest thing to "Satanic" that you'll find in modern agriculture. The agenda behind this is pure evil.

#9 - The tyranny and criminal crackdowns targeting real food (raw milk) - When you can't even sell honest farm food to your neighbors without being targeted and arrested by the cops, something is terribly wrong with the world. But this is happening today, all across America. Now the feds are even targeting the Amish!

#10 - The escalation of the counterfeiting of the money supply - In a failed economic system approaching collapse, the moronic leaders can only think of "solutions" that actually accelerate their own downfall. The runaway counterfeiting of money by the Federal Reserve (with its "quantitative easing" and other counterfeit methods) is a classic sign that the end of our current system is fast approaching. The economic insanities are obvious to anyone who can still do math.

#11 - The plummeting intelligence of the masses - One of the most disturbing signs that we're already in the collapse is the great dumbing-down of the masses. The drooling, CNN-watching television zombies who dominate our landscape offer absolutely nothing of value to the world. They are the "mindless consumers" who get vaccinated, watch television and eat processed, pasteurized junk food. They're on psychiatric meds and believe everything the government tells them. Most of these people, of course, won't make it through the collapse.

#12 - The complete and utter fabrication of the mainstream news - Much of the mainstream news is now utterly and completely fabricated these days: The reporting on Obama's long-form birth certificate; the news about the war in Libya; the coverage of the economy and the U.S. debt... it's all so utterly false and unbelievable that an intelligent person watching the news can't help but explode with laughter. It is a sign of this collapse that the information sources relied upon by the masses are unable to report the truth anymore and must resort to weaving politically expedient fictions on everything from health care and medicine to the fate of the U.S. dollar itself.

#13 - The ongoing pharmaceutical pollution of our world - Beyond the GMO contamination and the radiation contamination of our world, we are also experiencing the mass pharmaceutical contamination of our planet. It's not just the pharma factories that dump their products into the rivers. It's also the fact that well over half the population is now taking drugs almost daily, and those drugs pass right through their bodies and end up in the water supply where they contaminate the fish. Even beyond that, the drugs end up in the human sewage sludge that's packaged and sold as "organic soil!"

#14 - The radioactive contamination of the global food supply - Here's one that's really insidious: The global food supply is now contaminated with the radioactive fallout from Fukushima. We're told the levels are "low," but we're not told the truth of how radioactive cesium isotopes persist in the food supply for centuries. How is the human race going to survive its exposure to CT scans, radioactive food, chest X-rays, TSA body scanners and even the secret DHS mobile X-ray vans that can penetrate your body with X-rays as you're walking into a football stadium? The total radiation burden on the human race is now reaching a point of mass infertility. That may be the whole idea, actually.

    It's accelerating, too

December, 2012 may be a useful date as some sort of mid-point in the crisis, or perhaps as a trigger date for some further acceleration of society's rapid unraveling. But make no mistake: We are already living in the collapse of our modern world. And you have a front-row seat! (Exciting, huh?)

Think about what's happening around you these days. These are the signs of the last, desperate clutches of a civilization built on utterly unsustainable practices that don't value life on our world. These are the End Times of the corporate oligarchy; the monopolistic for-profit corporation machine that destroyed everything in our world in exchange for a slightly higher quarterly earnings report.

In the quest for more money, humanity has sacrificed its food supply, its pollinators, it's oceans, forests and soils. Greed-driven humans have used other humans as medical experiments and cannon fodder. We have created wars to sell more bombs, and we've invented disease to sell psychiatric chemicals.

These are the practices of a failed civilization... and one whose days are numbered. Watching it all crumble is far more interesting than watching it continue its destructive ways, of course, because those of us paying attention realize a future civilization must rise up in the place of this one after the collapse.

Say goodbye to the false power of institutions

It would be nice if our future leaders remembered the importance of liberty and personal responsibility, of course. The answer to all the world's problems, it turns out, is freedom -- freedom in medicine, freedom in economics and freedom from government tyranny.

Because, let's face it: The root cause of most these problems that are bringing down our world right now is bad government. It is bad government (Big Government) that approved the GMOs. Bad government enforced the medical monopoly and allowed the pesticides to kill the honeybees. Bad government drove us into inescapable debt and costly foreign wars. Bad government outlawed health freedom and protected the monopolistic practices of the food companies, drug companies and chemical companies.

The downfall of modern human civilization is, as you probably guessed, also the downfall of the very idea that Big Government creates a better society. Because if there's one idea that needs to stay dead after the collapse, it's the idea that We the People somehow need another group of people (government workers) to live off our hard work while hounding us with their false authority, directing every little detail of our lives.

What we need in our world isn't more government, but more freedom. If we had freedom, integrity and personal responsibility, we wouldn't even be facing the global collapse that has already begun. But alas, the human race is an infant species and it must learn some lessons the hard way, it seems.

This lesson should be long remembered: If you let the corporations, the banks and the governments run your economies, your farms and your lives, they will enslave you and steal your future while you sleep; they will inject silent poisons into the very world around you until you awaken one day to find that all you created has been destroyed. They will promise you paradise but deliver only death. Beware of any entity that is not a living person -- no government, no institution, no corporation has a soul, nor a heart, nor a conscience. They are forces of organized destruction that decimate those things we hold dear while delivering to us things that will only enslave us or harm us.

Beware the corporation; the government; the non-profit institution working as a front group for private industry. Never allow yourself to be ruled over by any institution which exists only as a fictional construct organized from the projection of human greed.

And be ready for the acceleration of the collapse. Because if you are reading this, you are the future of the human race. You have a duty to stay alive, keep your genes intact, and be around to help create the Next Society after this one crumbles into history.

    Hello Anchor,

I am a human who believes that there is such a thing as healthy fear. Of course, there is also the unhealthy paralyzing fear. But I think most well balance humans can use healthy fear to keep them safe. You want your one- year- old to know that touching the wood stove will burn his fingers and that it will hurt. Parents do that to manage the child's behavior with a healthy dose of realism. Fire burns your skin. Burns are painful, and can lead to infection or worse. The Message is not about fear but how to keep you safe and know what can be a danger to you. You want your child to understand about fire so he can keep himself safe and healthy around teh woodstove or any fire. I am sure, Anchor, that you understand the difference between a healthy fear and an unhelathy fear. So I am curious when you write to be "ruthlessly positive and FEAR NOTHING."

In your post you also write:

"I think that the 2012 "Ascension" that people go on about was never much about humans (though it will apply to the surviving ones)"

To me, such a statement would be a heads up that I better pay attention or I won't be one of the "surviving ones" What information about the bumpy rides do humans need to know to help keep them safe, or at least have a better chance of keeping themselves safe. Or are you saying they can't keep themselves safe, and not to fear death that is around the cornor from these bumpy rides?

Can you please define what you mean by bumpy rides? How do you define bumpy? Is it just a wild thunderstorm that you can sit by the woodstove and read a good novel until the storm passes and the power comes back on? Or are you talking about the bumpy ride of a deadly tsunnami taking the lives of innocent humans, children and elderly alike? Is that one of the bumpy rides you are referring to when you say FEAR NOTHING? Or perhaps by fearing nothing one should walk the streets at night in a rough neighborhood and think they will never come across a knife at their throat? And should it happen, since they Fear Nothing, they also didn't master the skills to protect themselves.

It is my opinion, if you know what you are up against, you can take responsibility for your life and strategize your safety and that of your family. To blindly walk forth in life not being observant to, and or aware of, the potential dangers that may or may not cross your path, is putting oneself and their family in danger.

I taught my children, when they were very young, how to take care of themselves, and now they travel the world enjoying its bounty, but also alert enough to side stepping any metaphorical fires, and yet skilled enough to take care of themselves should they need to. They have a healthy fear of what is out there. They learned to think quick on their feet. Yet there are some people who are so oblivious to the dangers of the world, that they can dance their way right into quicksand without the means, plan, or the skills to help themsleves out of that danger.

Every year, every day we, as humans face potential danger, either from circumstances, from another human, an animal, or mother nature herself. Mother nature can offer you assistance if you understand how to use her bounty. She can also kill those who are foolish in their actions. Having a healthy fear of mother nature will help keep yourself and your family alive and comfortable. I see fearless people by the ocean every summer, those are the ones who have no respect for the power of the ocean. We have rules and regulation in place to try and keep those fearless people from killing themselves and others through their fearlessness. In my opinion, part of common sense is understanding what you need to have a healthy fear of.

So can you please explain why you write not to FEAR ANYTHING. IN my opinion, and from my experience in life, it doesn't sound like good advice to me.

So what exactly is your message in this post?

    Sincerely,

    Mr. Davis

It did happen in another timeline which i've seen happening where I live and it was very destructive within about 20 seconds when it started and there was a pre-warning if it happened then I had to go to Ecuador immediately!! (I get most of my info from dreams ,past, future, alter timelines,my own progress, etc)

Thank you for this data, Mu, which leads me to another one of these reverse speculation based on Noah and the "Pied Piper":

"They" have a knowledge of how the atavic or "body" memory works and so the fear button is being pushed very hard by triggering these ancient memories from all quarters; whether it being dreams, visions, media "news" of impending catastrophes, etc... and it is being orchestrated from beyond the veil (The programming of a Planet).

With this world being made insecure in all directions and survival being threatened... here comes Noah and the "Pied Piper" with their solution... South America will be safe... an open air, natural concentration camp for all the psychics and dissenters to gather in, following the moves made by the, so-called, elite families...

(I was going to quote one of Siberia9's post here but, checking on it, he seems he has deleted it, one were his elite cousins was saying he would be in their soup...)

According to historical accounts, the "children" of Hameln were talked into moving somewhere else... since there was no hope for them, where they were, of ever owning land or making a fortune... whereas if they would help occupy these newly conquered lands... and so the able-bodied were recruited and the lames left behind.

    Sounds familiar?

"Come to our ship if you want to survive..."

"You better ascend fast or else... all you need to do is tune in to our frequency and..."

"There is that twin Earth that's being prepared and we need people there to be its keeper... to maintain our galactic flag on it..."

"Simple, if you don't do like it says in the book, you'll go straight to hell!"

David Icke has said many times "I have not come here to lose".
Thousands of volunteers from all over the cosmos have come here for this specific occasion.
There are circles inside circles inside circles to this special 'story' that we are currently living, horrific and wonderul altogether and however we look at it,we can not see or get the whole wide picture.we can continue and pretend that society is nothing but a victim of an evil dark force, this is indeed a dark force behind those curtains, but we are not completely inoccent victims,we were also wonderfuly cooperating,we have bought whatever marchndise was in offer...

We have no choice now but to participate in the game, and we need to play our roles in it the best way we can.and whenever the fear rises, whenever despair crawls in,we better remind ourselvs that the truth of planet earth is much greater than the globalists and the dracos, there are other players and the human spirit shall prevail.
But we need to play our roles.

"When the going gets tough, the tough gets going" - JFK's father said that. I checked the meaning of it,and this is what I found:
Meaning: When a situation is difficult or dangerous, strong people work harder to resolve the problem. This saying relies on a difficult play on words; it could be rephrased word-for-word as: "When the situation becomes hard, strong people start working."

Since waking up,I have found an inner strength that I didn't know I have, and a silent encouraging wispering voice tapping on my shoulder,I am sorry to say,but I am not ready to believe that this game is finalized.
far from it.we need to fasten our seatbelts and get ready for a ride,a one that will not be easily forgotten, but we have great force behind us,we are not alone and will not be left alone in our devestation.
Its been said more than once that the darkest moment comes before the dawn.

And we as society need to unlearn and re-learn,we really do,because with hand on heart,we weren't always playing it nicely ourselves, not always providing the proper treatment for our earth,to our fellow animals,to our peers...than how can we request it from others.
Dare I say,the PTB is our own creation as much as we are theirs...
I am as certain as can be that if each of us weren't up for it,we wouldn't be talking about it so passionately here on Avalon, brain and heartstorming for possible solutions..

I am founding myself to be more blatant nowdays, trying to overcome my shy self and to express it direct to people, some of them stop and listen..confused,feel themselvs helpless, but derive power when hearing that there is something that can be done about it..
we will cross this final line and this controlling energy will have no choice but to surrender,or to disappear, because the earth will speak, and after it will,we will be there to spread out our own energetic grid,in contrast to what was here before.

I think David Icke is right, and - we have not come here to lose.

I do not believe that "bad government" is the root of these problems. Our own cooperation with the so called "bad government" is also a huge part of the problem. Our lack of care also another big part of the problem. Or as Wade Frazier likes to say the "bad government" is only a symptom and not the cause, personal integrity being the scarcest resource on the planet.

How many of you have tried to raise awareness about something that you knew is important only to be met with boredom or "polite interest". My biggest surprise when I've found Avalon is that we had only 2,000+ active members out of a population of 7 billion...

I dont know what is in store.

Somethings on that list may happen.

I hope I can remain in the fearless state I am now in

I've been talking about Earth changes and the side-effects on us of the Earths energetic changes since I comprehended the gist of what was going down in 2005 or so.

So much has happened. So many peopled dead, or homeless and hungry... Even though TPTB (/W!) want to prosecute their plan I plan on doing my part to ameliorate the effects of their VANDALISM.

I don't know what is going to happen, but I expect that those with the right hearts and minds will float through the challenges like a leaf blown on the breeze.

    { Or a plastic bag on its way to the group of plastic bags in the middle of the ocean (sorry surreal moment, decided not to edit) }

I don't know what is going to happen but I know what I want, and I reckon I know how to go about getting it.

2012 is yet another series of steps to the future that I am proceeding towards. It will be like all the best and most successful holidays rolled into one.

Remember that fleeting moment when you stood in awe of some natural wonder?

The moments of most harmonious shared pleasure with a partner?

All those things rolled into one, and stretched out eternally.

The future I move toward, step by step, is that of excitement, joy and fun, it is love, care and happiness, it is shared, and it is one and all.

It will be here for us on this planet.

This is seriously what I want - and that is why I have a Vision of what I want and I use it to envision and to make it so.

    --

I live on a world where each person takes responsibility for each thought, action, word and deed.

I live on a world where each person lives in harmony with themselves, and in harmony with each of their other-selves and where each person lives in harmony with nature, the planet and all of her creatures and kingdoms, and ultimately in harmony with all levels of the entire manifest universe.

I live on a world that is free from tyranny, where each of the want-to-be tyrants and troublemakers have left never to return.

I live on a world that has been restored to its pristine vitality, purified on the land, purified in the air and purified in the sea.

For the highest and best good of all, make it so.

    --

And that, my friends, is what I think we have in store in 2012 - some harsh changes, but this is the road we are ultimately on - well at least all those on my "timeline" - (chuckle)

    Enjoy! Fear not!

Radiate the love, and radiate the light!

    BRING IT ON!
John, thank you for this post!!

This is what I want to see too. I'm going to look at this again, every day and often, to remind myself to envision it.

Bill, thank you for this opportunity to consider all we may encounter before us and to preper mentally wich is as important (if not slightly more) as physically..!

Adrian's Salbuchi's article as well as the second one by Mike Adams are both providing a direct view of what we are heading for, all hints are right infront of us.
hiding our head in the sand will not help, this is one case where - 'better Go overboard than be sorry... :)

Quote "Watching it all crumble is far more interesting than watching it continue its destructive ways, of course, because those of us paying attention realize a future civilization must rise up in the place of this one after the collapse."
This is such a key sentence.the only other thing we better pay good attention to is Who is the contractor that will help us rise up this new civilisation,we better agree to it carefully..

"Good luck happens when preparedness meets opportunity"

    A worthwhile discussion.

How many of you have tried to raise awareness about something that you knew is important only to be met with boredom or "polite interest". My biggest surprise when I've found Avalon is that we had only 2,000+ active members out of a population of 7 billion...
Agreed for the most part, Ilie. When I lurked at Godlike, though, I saw that there were plenty of people reading (allowing for bots and trolls, of course) the threads and being exposed to information similar to this thread. GLP threads do turn up in Google searches on such topics, so that increases the audience even further. Respones of apathy, boredom, or polite interest may not be what they seem on the surface.

While this thread is quite disheartening (bleak scenarios, almost no practical solutions), I have drawn one valuable conclusion. If our only hope is to awaken humanity and stop participating in our demise, we are getting good training in communication styles, logical debate, and persuasion, right in these exchanges with each other. We are familiar with each other, we can respect each other more or less :-/ because of our shared values and friendships. We are exposed to a wide variety of opinions and experiences, and we can learn how to approach others based on what we've done here. "How do I deal with the pessimist? The love-and-light New Ager? The hostile and the paranoid and the totally freaked out people?"

We can learn how to prepare for the physical changes that are coming, how to rise above the mental and spiritual challenges that are coming. Our time in Avalon could be most useful at a time when useful ideas seem to be scarce indeed.

My only real preparation is spiritual. In the end, that's all that matters, and I don't want to survive in a mad-max-style world. If we end up there, we've already lost in the short run and it will be a long hard slog to even get back where we are now.
Agreed. I'm quite surprised by this thread Bill as it doesn't really include anything new to assist in preparation it merely perpetuates and facilitates the unfolding inevitability. I know it's not anyone's responsibility to help others prepare, but an advert for the certain (when it absolutely isn't.......) is counterproductive imo, especially on a site where all this has already been said and is (for the most part) common knowledge here. I can only think that the purpose of this thread is a sort of "catch up" for those who are new to this or lagging? Before I get jumped on for daring to question the motive, please understand the question poses from a perspective of genuine confusion as to why this has been posted, not to break rank as it were.......
It's OK to question anyone's motive.
