On that note ... here and now ... 4th day running without a *single* chemtrail. Wow. Save for the story I shared regarding Dr. Boylan's JPE I don't remember going that many days without any chemtrails. Sup with that???

Song for the day (at least my contribution) is a crooner that would make JB proud. Where is JB these days anyhoo??? Demands for her "2nd job" must be taking away from quality time with the village. That is a shame. We miss you June Bug.

Here and now just waking
Feeling a bit crappy , headachy
Yesterday had a taste of my " old self "
again, my brain got stuck for way too
long online , which makes me feel blah .
Too much screen radiation and emfs for
my cleaned out self , but it's a good reminder
of how far I've come . Will spend more time
in nature today to counteract maybe even have
a salt water bath and try out some new Celtic
salt I found .
I did take Louis for a walk to the park two short
blocks away and he was surprisingly full of beans.
Being with me on the leash meant he was less
wobbly although he ended up on his butt when he tried
his usual spins and leaps. The issue appears more one
sided, lead on the left he seems to veer to the left,
lead on the right he crashes more into me,
like a car with bad Wheel alignment .
Thought to check his ears for any inner ear infections
( balance) and his eyes for any weird condition that
might impair his vision on one side .

Also wondering if it's energetic given he is overly
sensitive to such things, seeing spirits , orbs and auras.
It also could be brain related , the list goes on, lol .
I also notoced that his back feet are not as warm
as his front feet . I'm still doing reiki daily to run
energy through his meridians .
But the puzzle continues.
Will sleep some more to try shift headache.
Very full night of dreams but little recall dammit

Here and now I ponder the higher quality forum that Bill posted about recently. Given my inability to relate to many of the threads it would seem that I should just bide my time and stay out of trouble while my own 'inner' quality rises and matches the level of the rest of the forum. I mean, if the forum seems particularly uninteresting then it must be me. What other possible explanation could there be for it?

Anyway, I always have here and now to feel at home in. A rain is falling in upstate NY and I hope it does not turn to snow and make my outside life miserable. It is so nice and cozy in my Tower.

Me thinks the " quality " meter is very much a
subjective one . I see what Bill is referring too
but also get what you are saying Modwiz , each
to their own etc . I was questioning my
commitment to the "cause" recently for
not being interested in posting " out there"
then I realized it was just where i was at
All is as it should be ,not getting swept
up by the crowd is a sign of strength IMO
and IME some of us are very much our own
islands .
Also some are more in reflection mode after
the blast of psyopic winds that blew through
here in recent times . Each time that happens
we get more wiser to the machine .

Hey Calz I been thinkin' bout the village lately, wishing I would get back here. I peek in from time to time. I'm up in New Hampshire now visiting my son and his family (my two grandsons). We saw some real live snow up in Vermont yesterday. Thought of you, Modwiz. The snowy fir branches were so beautiful.

Love and good cheer to all, villagers, PA'ers and 'lurkers' (as I was for quite awhile!).

So odd. It seems that every single human being I come in contact with zaps my energy these days. Picked up bro from work. Immediately felt him taking my energy, but certainly not consciously. Hubby comes home, wants to talk...immediate zap. Why is it that other people talking to me zaps my energy? Seems like I am only "stable" when I'm by myself...that's just wrong. I think.

Yep, have a cold. Head's a little fuzzy, nose is sore. Can't figure out my new danged phone, it's such a complicated thing I just let it sit all day. Then someone finally gets ahold of me mad because I'm not answering calls and texts. Grrr. Or lol. I am enjoying the silence of not knowing why the phone's not ringing. No wonder that figuring it out is not my top priority. They all depend on me so much.

TV is on mute. Love it. Space heater humming. Hearing clickety click of the keyboard and tick-tock of clock. And this high pitched whistly-ringing sound in my left ear. Hmmm. It's dark in here, but I don't mind it because it's peaceful...bright light bulbs are not my thing. Now, open windows I love...oops mind wandering again. Lasagna in the oven, good thing hubby cooks or it wouldn't be there. Just don't feel like doing much. Fighting pangs of guilt. Guilt is such a human emotion.

Try some early sunrise or late sunset sungazing meditation if You are drawn to...in your own way and own time build-up...this energy and direct visual solar contact will help you with your own energy that can be shared more readily upon your own choice and willingness without draining your own inner light...the best to you and glad you are here at good ol' here and now : )

one in many, I would recommend investing in some black stones, preferably to be carried, tourmaline, garnet(andradite), kyanite, smokey quartz, any of which can help keep your energy from getting zapped, especially the black tourmaline. I freakin love the stuff, but then again I have a "rock problem". No denial, here....

Same, PL... i always carry Black Tourm and Hermatite with me and what ever else I'm nudged to pick up,
on the way out the door. I also have a big chunk of BT next to my big Mac.
I learnt the hard way after a really nasty psi attack fried my entire hardrive,
and i had no back up. An expensive lesson that one.
Selenite also works well i find, i have some wands of that.

I keep a bowl of stones with my keys, etc,
so i don't forget to pocket some on my way out

on the left of my altar out on the porch I have a chunk of BT that weighs at least a few pounds, and the piece I carry has inclusions of mica and quarts and generally resides in the same pocket as my phone.

as for selenite, I have at least ten or twelve wands, for making vortices, which is a lot of fun if you haven't tried it. Just need enough to place end to end to make a circle big enough to stand in.

also, I love selenite because no matter how closed off a person is, if you wave it slowly upwards across their face, they will invariably feel something when it crosses the third eye. It's great for demonstrating to the skeptics that maybe this energy business isn't all flaky, after all.

In my garden in the "middle world " I have a
cirlce I work in where i do all of my journeying
from . It's made of selenite rocks all touching .

I haven't ever done any sun-gazing type of stuff, but when I read what you wrote, it definitely felt like what I need, so I'm on it! And after I read the reminders of BT, I looked around the house and all my little pieces are missing. Apparently, hubby took them to work because they were "pretty" lol. He's bringing them back tomorrow-every single thing he has up there so I can redistribute them. I am certain that between having a better source of energy for myself and using the stones and crystals I have more effectively, you all have just given me the key. I can't thank you enough for sharing!!

that everything has an " etheric double "
and you can call on the energy of an object
without actually needing the physical object .
It helps with losing attachment to physical things .
And is good practice for energy work .
Try it out .

A good example is putting a pic of BT up as

When we got home from visiting family overnight for the holiday, we discovered that Ishtar (my youngest, very fluffy black and white cat) had gotten into some fly paper while we were gone. She had extricated herself from the paper, but she was still a sticky mess. Her usual high and mighty attitude was much diminished. So, I got to spend a few hours holding her down, cutting all the sticky out of her fur with a pair of scissors, as the label on the paper recommended removing the adhesive with paint thinner.

As of 5 am this morning, she was back to being full of badness, I am happy to report, in spite of her new punk rock hairdo.

As for the spiritual activities of recent days, I have had the experience of the three lower chakras opening, balancing, and energizing almost by themselves. It started as a little tickle about a week before the last lunar eclipse, and it has increased daily. This has had an apparent side effect of other people around me experiencing an increased sensitivity to spiritual energies, even amongst the most closed, "christian-minded", of my own family. It's been an amazing past few days.

Also, I would like to report that one gift from an aunt was a gift certificate to the gift shop of the MS Petrified Forest. I had not been to see them in a while, so I was glad to have an excuse to visit the shop. They had loads of new merchendise the majority of which was what would be sought after in metaphysical circles. As I made my circuit around the store, my breath caught a little as I approached a particular glass case. Looking in, I spotted a bag labeled "Azez Quartz -Hiddenite, NC" Really? A bag of about twenty to thirty pieces of various sizes, for forty bucks, which was exactly the amount of my gift certificate. (cue in heavenly light show and angelic choir noises) I don't know about the truth of the myth associated with this particular quartz material, but I can safely say "wow. Just freaking wow" it is, indeed, some amazingly powerful stuff.

I have a program in place that I will "find" the crystal that is meant to be mine.
Hasn't happened yet. Such a great story PL. Congratulations.

My last two canine friends I know I was meant to have just "appeared" at my cottage.
So, the technique is working well in the animal kingdom.....
I did recently find my sandstone healing rock.....
But, still waiting for the crystal.

Yes, I am familiar, very well, with techniques for calling in the essence of things, specifically for the purpose of working with said energies. For example, my wife has a bad day at work so I call her into my hand, then call the essence of rhodochrosite into my hand, effectively giving her a stone treatment via distance without even having the stone physically in my possession at the time. This works with herbs and plants, animals and crystals, but I don't see why it wouldn't work with anything one might imagine.

Rose, we really ought to go rock shopping together, then, as one of my particular gifts is knowing which stones go with whom.

A close friend who is very "advanced" suggests that most of the mineral kingdom has already shifted about 80% into 5D.

Yes, thankfully we have the village where we can mention such concepts without getting "bombarded" as sometimes occurs elsewhere

Also my understanding that crystals "choose you" (or at least it is mutual). I have only every purchased one online (lemurian seed crystal from mount shasta) and prefer to feel the energies myself (physically) so I understand what you mean.
