This reminds me of the Federal Reserve Act being secretly enacted during the holiday season on 12/23/1913. It looks like there's no protests or outcry so far after Obama signed it.

I suspect this is in preparation for an upcoming crisis or war that's planned for the near future. Look at other things happening now like Patriot missiles on the way to China and giant UFOs photographed near the moon. I think these are all related and we will soon see what they are planning.

The woman caller talks about bestiality from about 6.00 minutes into this video.
From what I heard, it's now OK for soldiers to have "animal partners" in their homes. This is astonishing, I can't see what Beastiality has to do with security! I have to say I can't believe this and I will have to read the NDAA to see what it actually says! I think the whole NDAA is to DE-HUMANISE us. Notice dehumanisation ALWAYS happened before a halocaust! People were de-humanised before the Armenian halocaust, before Russia's anti-Semitic pogroms, & the Jewish Halocaust. I think we are really at a tipping point in history, and how we act NOW is going to determine our future (or lack of future). I hope we collectively get through the next decade better than we've done in the past.

I'm glad you've brought up what happened in Nazi Germany and Post War East German (GDR). This sounds terrible how fathers were taken, never to be seen again. I've read that most German prisoners weren't killed by Hitler, but were forced to join the military to fight WW2. But it sounds like these farmers were killed as none of them ever returned. I've spent a lot of time in Germany & I was astonished at how cultured and intelligent most German people are - for example, many Germans can speak English fluently. It's so hard to believe that the grand-parents of such amazing people could have been deceived. The parallels of what is happening now to the "free-world" and what happened in Nazi Germany are totally uncanny. It makes me believe that the same powers in charge then, are still in charge now & they are manipulating the world all over again, but this time they won't make the same mistakes as before (such as invading Russia). Not to mention operation paper-clip brought top Nazis to the USA & Markus Woolf from the GDR Stassi was astonishingly employed by the US Dept. of Homeland Security.

Bear in mind that now-a-days they don't have to rely on individuals for such a thing, the internet (with it's illusion of anonymity) will do a far better job than the village idiot. This is one of the reasons I don't post my political opinion very much, call me paranoid if you will, but the writing is on the wall.

I've just had a HORRIBLE THOUGHT - will the local Police start picking up crime suspects that couldn't be charged in the past as there's no evidence against them? From now on, will Police just arrest anyone they like, or they think is a criminal under this new law? Considering the US Govt is starting to "open up" FEMA camps by advertising staff vacancies for guards - are they expecting a mass influx of prisoners into these camps? The US Govt can't just use mass arrests of citizens yet, they will have to start slowly applying the NDAA - maybe to drug addicts, pedophiles, or people who've been found not guilty of crimes due to a technicality. So I'm saying the NDAA will start-off being applied to people that society will be "pleased" to see imprisoned! Then more and more people will be caught in its net! It's very scarey.

hasn't this been the case for a while... all they have todo is label you a terrorist.. which is all too easy.

the media falls in, a short blerb about you is played.. people you know will think "yep, its always the quiet ones" or "I always knew there was something wrong with that guy" & promtly forget you...

Hell just recently we had a few people arrested up here, one was a Militia leader that was REALLY rocking the boat with soveirnty & common law, he even set up his own common law court system..... The FBI raided his house, blocked streets off, and arrested him under charges that were later thrown out... but its too late now isn't it?

Popular opinion has been "informed" already by the media of his "crimes" & of course even if they report on the illegal arrest the damage is done... his name tarnished and with it the VERY citizen friendly militia movement he started along with his common Law court system & his emergency anti-tyranny network: the Liberty Bell network (if a person felt their rights were being violated by police or any other agency that had the wrongly given ability to use force, they would call the liberty bell network... Volenteers would show up and peacefully observe, ensuring all rights for all parties involved were respected,,, an AMAZING system that I am going to try and resurect this summer in southern alaska)

I think they are making it legal to do what they are already doing; at least thats my current thoery... we (US citizens) will put up with a LOT of iddiocy from our master, err government; but they know they can't push us TOO far, and we have a lot of guns.. but willlingly put them away for unifmored thugs (I never understood that...) if we think everything is done "right".

Does he have flaws? yes....

But he's human, and he DID SOMETHING

How can you throw someone in jail just because he is suspected of something that may very well be a total fabrication.

Former CIA officer and historian Phil Giraldi warns in a Dec. 29 column for antiwar.com that Obama goes further than Bush and Cheney, and like Bush-Cheney, Obama has destroyed the U.S. Constitution in a way that parallels what Hitler and Carl Schmitt did against the Weimar Constitution.

"Sadly, on the verge of a new year, it is hard to argue that Washington in 2011 is much different from Weimar and Berlin in 1933," Giraldi says. "[T]he power coupled with lack of accountability that has been assumed by the [Obama] White House should be regarded as a deadly serious matter by every American citizen. If you think Weimar Republic Germany is a long time ago and far away so it can't happen here, you are wrong. It can happen here, and unless something is done to stop it, it almost surely will happen here. It is happening already." (emphasis added).

Giraldi notes that there are frequent analogies being made between the U.S. and empires. The neo-cons have delusions about the Roman imperial system being a perpetual American empire, while others says that a U.S. empire will destroy itself eventually as did Rome and London.

But for Giraldi, the parallel is Weimar. Like Weimar after the Reichstag Fire, the U.S. has destroyed the Constitution and replaced it with a "lawless Fuehrer state," like that provided for Hitler by Carl Schmitt and other leading jurists. Giving a brief summary of some of the crisis powers given to Hitler after the Reichstag Fire, which "was almost certainly carried out by the Nazis themselves," Giraldi emphasizes the importance of the "Enabling Act, which gave [Hitler] the authority to ignore parliament and pass laws by decree." The full name of the Enabling Act was, "in English, the Act for the Removal of Distress from People and Reich," and it said that "a powerful executive could ignore restraints imposed by bureaucrats and constitutions when required to cope with a crisis."

Today, America is far down a similar path, Giraldi warns.

"The first anti-terror legislation to pass was the USA PATRIOT Act, the full title of which is the The Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001, a euphemism oddly reminiscent of Hitler's Enabling Act," Giraldi says. It was followed by the PATRIOT Act II of 2006, and "the two laws diminished constitutional rights to free speech, freedom of association, freedom from illegal search, habeas corpus, prohibition of cruel and unusual punishment, and freedom from the illegal seizure of private property. The First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendments in the Bill of Rights were all discarded or abridged....

"The Military Commissions Act of 2006 (MCA) followed, creating military tribunals for the trying of unlawful enemy combatants, including American citizens. Unlike in a civil or criminal court, the accused needs only a two-thirds vote by the commission members present to be convicted.... The act suspends habeas corpus and Geneva Convention protections and permits the indefinite jailing of suspects in a military prison without charges or access to a lawyer...."

Obama "has expanded the Bush portfolio, repeatedly citing state-secrets privileges to prevent any legal challenges while authorizing the assassination of U.S. citizens overseas based on suspicion, carrying out acts of war against countries with which Washington is not at war, and now, finally, signing the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, which provides for indefinite military detention of anyone anywhere for any reason, including U.S. citizens in the United States, because the whole world is the battlefield. Did Hitler behave similarly in contravention of the Weimar constitution? He sure did...."

Giraldi doesn't make the obvious point that Lyndon LaRouche is warning about, but the point is clear. Remove Obama from office under the Constitution while there is still time.
