Earthangel this is definately the place to ask, so dont worry about that! I think you've already given your daughter good advice. Smudging is probably the way to go, surrounding herself in a white or golden light maybe. I reckon the dark ones are probably amping it up right now. Their so scared! Purplelama any crystal advice for night terrors! Actually I just remembered...amythyst!

For nightmares I would suggest blue calcite under the pillow, and cleared with sea salt weekly.

Thank you Lisab and PurpleLama, I have passed that along......she is very prone to things like hagging........I think she is an indigo child but not sure......she has had some very odd psychic experiences in her 25 years. thanks again for your help.

speaking of waking at 3 am.........my husband and I have been having a really difficult time sleeping the last two weeks or so ......sleep is something Im usually very good at! but its hard to fall asleep and we wake up quite a lot.......my 25 year old daughter has been having terrible night terrors too......she lives with her boyfriend and she is waking up screaming and crying.....anybody have some good suggestions for dealing with night terrors? a lot of them seem to involve FEMA camp type situations...... I suggested she spray lavender and put on some relaxing hemisync type music to sleep to, perhaps a smudge stick for the apartment as they've been there less than a year. sorry if this is not the right place to be asking......

Sorry your daughter is having trouble. The use of lavender, music and smudging her space are great things to do. The use of cedar, sweetgrass and sage are good to use in combination.

This reality is a conceptualized reality. This 3 dimensional earth plane reality is a dream..... there are those in the 3d earth plane reality that would like to control the dream.... conceptualize (create) the illusion of control, fear, suffering, pain, destruction, war and scarcity thinking....etc . These persons and entities need us -our attention- to enforce the dream make (assemble) it real seem real) but it's a lie. It doesn't exist, but they want you to think it does -because they want to control something that doesn't exist. Control does not exist; it's an illusion. So these entities/humans with intent create an energy (fear, war....etc) impose it on us -then we agree with it or believe it; we think it's real; it forms into the collective- now we are enforcing the lie -their lie-that is not ours or real.

We can change the dream....by not believing the lie and not going into fear-it is not real. We have abundance (enough), love, peace and beauty....etc. Whether we are dreaming in an awake state or sleep state, we can create workable spaces with ourselves and ask our own spirits and helpers to create a world and live in a world where there is beauty, love, peace abundance...etc is the expression -this is who we are, what the world and universe are. We can actualize this within ourselves and express it in the world -create a different dream.

Here are some threads to read if you haven't.... Wade Fraizer's "A Healed Planet" and Carmody's Lithium thread , there are a lot more on the forum...also i'll send them to you as i think of them.

Ulli, Carmody and Modwiz can explain this better than I can and probably give you some suggestions to help your daughter. And everyone else on this thread too.
