I'm sorry to disagree that a movie about synchronicities won't work. I understand what you mean. If you're deep in the movie, the synchronies are feel like almost in real life.

There's another thing that Germany stands for...

has anybody else noticed they like beer [so much that the country is named like that]:

Their beer is so good it is hard not to love it.

I like the wordsmithing.

There's nothing quite like the beers that are on tap at the local bars and eateries, when Oktoberfest is coming on line (just before Oktoberfest and the beers arrive). Awesome in a way that is indescribable.

Hey Elthia me too..... there are so many times I have laughed and smiled.

Thanks Carmody -I really like Reggae, use to go to Reggae festivals and of course a big fan of Bob Marley. I never heard of the group Thievery Corporation -thanks.

Last night after I posted that it was too cold to rain up here on the mtn not ten minutes later started to sleet and turned into rain.
All day today rain and it's very cold.

Have lost a lot of weight since I have not been eating meat.....below 120 now -hoping it will level off soon. I felt like I was needing something more and a voice said amino acids so I am doing a little research into amino acids. Still taking colloids and really feeling the detox from meat.....a bit of ride but good.

Recently went through a period of not remembering my dreams -just sleep it was good. Now I am dreaming about areas that I know where there are relatively strong leylines and resonate sound areas too. In the dreams, there are several people, that I would say do not respect power asking me where these places are..... I end up taking them into remote areas that are fenced off and have gates and tell them, "I'm sorry the ranchers must have closed and locked the gates and I do not have the keys to open any of the locks" -I have a real feeling and sense about protecting these places in my dreams. Anyways I tthink I have been busy.

Wow! The cello! I love the sound of them. So sonorous and somber (good words eh?). And when a woman plays one to that level with such passion, well, it is very sexy.
Reminds of the movie with Jack Nicholson can't remember its name or the actress he seduced while playing the cello.

Marriane is June Bug? Totally flabergasted with that one.

The movie was The Witches of Eastwick and the cellist was Susan Sarandon, I believe.

I wanted to say more on your thread Astrid -excellent thread by the way, but I found myself going into an area where I would not likely play nice.... the outcome would probably not be beneficial.

Have worked for years with the "outcomes" mental, emotional, spiritual, social and physical of the conditioning by the media and people's social groups -and I don't need to say more.

Hey Y'all, here and now, reading a news report about "renewable" energy. What is renewable about 24 million gallons of water being poured into a volcano, especially considering the dearth of water out west? Sounds like something out of a James Bond film -Roger Moore era. There's got to be a better way to go about this "energy" problem.

They hope the water comes back to the surface fast enough and hot enough to create cheap, clean electricity that isn't dependent on sunny skies or stiff breezes - without shaking the earth and rattling the nerves of nearby residents.

A funny thing happened last night. I was standing at my kitchen basin getting water. All of a sudden it felt as though it was moving away from me. Dipping down.
I am of sane mind (debatable though *cough*) , not into 'erbs n tings......

I had an interesting experience a couple of days ago.
I was preparing dinner, chopping an onion,
and i shifted into a future time for a brief moment.
I was given a taste of how its going to feel to be
in that future moment. I was still me, but i had moved through
this year to the end of it, i was no longer studying but
had a full time practice. It was only like 10 or 20 seconds,
i slipped in and then slipped back out of it again.
It was pretty cool.
