Here and Now...What's Happening?

Windy cold clear sunny day on the mtn -sun rays are unusually hot for winter.

Had a lot of lucid dreams and slept by the fire last night..... there was a strange/unusual sound in all of the other rooms of the house -sounded like low, sonic hum, cross between a refrigerator running and crickets -very odd. The only room I didn't hear it in was the fireplace room.

Just got home from work, feel a little drained but no news other than colleague off and recovering, so just gonna leave it there. Little ones' been making me laugh like a drain. He is such a good mimic and has everyone around him in stitches. I feel honoured my kids chose me.

Happy Birthday to you too then VS and feeling blessed and honoured to have you in my world too.

Since he woke up he has been suffering a severe arrhythmia attack, and may need to go to the hospital.
Being a doctor he knows what to do, and has been medicating himself.
But so far his heartbeat has not returned to normal.

I will do more here, Ulli, but as I began my initial energy entanglement with Luis, information about the CME's (Sun=heart) came to me. It would seem to be the causative agent for his arrhythmia. My 'sense' is that it is temporary and will pass. Anxiety about this condition, though normal and expected, is detrimental to the situation. It will all pass and re-normalize if the adrenaline released by the anxiety can be reduced by being calm in the knowledge that it will pass.

Now, for some 'actions' on my side to assist.

I didn't even mention to him that I had written. Just now he told me that his attack started 20 hours ago, but only told me on waking up this morning. He's had twenty hours of hell.
I brought my plea to the thread, and seven minutes later as he is sitting nearby and listening with his stethoscope and suddenly tells me that he can't believe what he's hearing... his heartbeat returned to normal...from one moment to the next, during the listening. He feels a miracle has happened. Not a gradual process, but from a chaotic heart beat to a perfectly normal one.
We are both stunned. I just told him that I had asked my friends on the forum for help.
He was touched. He says tell your friends thank you, thank you... all of you.
Good work, Lisa and Belle, and also anyone who didn't announce their participation in this healing event.

You guys are too much. He is still fine. Pulse 64 now, normal heart beat....earlier it was 135, and totally irregular.
He took 2 tablets again at noon, which made zero difference...an hour later still no improvement.
All throughout he seemed very calm.
He didn't tell me anything, until this morning when he wanted to show me the latest passwords for the online banking, in case something happened to him.
I admit I had some adrenalin surges, even though outwardly no one would have guessed what was going on inside.

The same thought came to me as well....but then I remembered that when he had his first attack in June of 2007 the sun spot cycle was at it's lowest, if I'm not mistaken.
That time he was hospitalized...where he received cardioversion.
It came on fast and strong, just as he was going to get into his car to go to work.
He came running back inside, got out his stethoscope and took three baby aspirins immediately, which he claims saved his life.
Today's attack was the most severe since then...there have been a few minor ones which didn't last long.

So grateful to you all...and appreciating normal life again.

He has Uranus in the first house in Leo...also Leo Ascendant, and Uranus inconjunct Mercury in the 6th in Cap.

After reading Belle's comment I searched up on also using cough as a regulator for the heart beat...
he only knew of it as being a useful during a heart attack.

My mom has had arrythmia for over 30 years. Her cardiologist recommended the deep coughing in the event she had an attack while alone...it has worked for her in the past while waiting for an ambulance to arrive...thankfully, since she lives alone in the old family home.

Kinda like the idea of panting like a dog when you find yourself breathing too shallow and too quickly...interrupting the breath causing it to slow.

At least that's the thought. It could be more psychologically helpful than physically helpful...I just don't know.

I use breathing, meditative relaxation techniques, muscle relaxation, ie, self hypnosis relaxation techniques. (relax muscles, inner and outer, drop blood pressure and self hypnotic relaxation. Push all pressing priorities out..etc.) when I do that, my issues stop, or end. I hold that space until the stress period ends.

I sent that, as a package, and lived it at the same time. with just a whisper of a touch on the heart.

I can stop my issue, on a dime, as I've learend how, over the years.

After listening to Kerry's interview last night and this morning it has become clearer to me than ever...
that soon after passing the millennium there was this new world, where anything was possible,
and that miracles were becoming more commonplace and also that this is happening on a worldwide scale now.

But the other part of the new paradigm is the need for groups to work together.
Forming groups, maintaining cohesive, unified relationships will give these new energies clearer directional flow,
and prove far more effective than if one were going it alone.

I am glad all is well again Ulli. Ijust read the post a minute ago. I had the same a year ago. Was in hospital at hogmanay for 24 hrs and like your husband my heart rate was fine again. Scary stuff I know as I had a whopping Heart attack 11 yrs ago and had two stents put in .
