Here and Now...feeling puny. I don't know what the heck happened. Sure came on suddenly...stomach issues, freezing cold, exhausted. I don't have time for this lol, I have to pack a whole house in one day. I was lying in bed just letting my body and mind relax, and I was startled by the relentless squawking of a bunch of birds. So I looked out my window, and they are everywhere...blackbirds squawking and flapping and won't be still. I did a quick count of ten so I could estimate how many groups of ten and get a handle on how many there are. There are well over 100. They are staying within one area, the square of my front yard to across the street neighbor's front yard, next door to them and back to my side next door. Trees in my yard to front yard across the street and up and down and squawk, squawk, squawk...Eesh!


update a few minutes later: now I'm starving. ??? sort of afraid to eat anything...

Mereedas, am holding you in my thoughts. Tonight I'l be lighting candles for you and others that need healing right now. There's a few people around me with back and nerve issues at the moment. Its certaintly no joke. Even my healthy 22 year old son has back pain at the moment. Is it a trapped nerve that you have? Ulli's advice on a vit B complex is a good idea.

The essence of the Bahai message is what we all here believe, that humanity is one, yet made up of individuals.
The original message grants sovereignty to individuals.

Unfortunately the current administration has turned that message into something else, and so a top-down hierarchy has developed.
Baha'i scholars have been gradually driven out by the fundamentalists who somehow have taken over. Happened before, will happen again.
I became a dissident eleven years ago and am no longer active in the community but still hold the original message dear in my heart.
These songs keep me going whenever I'm about to lose it, spiritually, or am feeling low.

Well fed people using the word starving is a pet peeve of mine. Use of the word negates how blessed we are. Mindfulness and word usage are very linked.
This is not a scold but a reminder. Starving happens. Roughly 14,000 people die every 24 hours of it.

Of course..then we can understand that this situation is commonplace, if humans are involved. Thus, any group of people who may possess dimensional knowledge and learned capabilities...would then find themselves critically corrupted by the spiritual equivalent of 'The Peter Principle'.

In such understanding it slowly becomes clear that over thousands of years, any secret society would eventually find itself bastardized by it's own human tendencies to have problematic beings seek out and push themselves into top positions. We know that it can and does happen in mere generations, so it is possible then to see some semblance of how far off the mark and original path... that any such secret group would end up at or in. A path and line of reasoning that has little or nothing to do with the spirit of the original message and intent. The fact that an organization is run top down and also that it operates in secret, this adds to the problematic aspects of the peter principle coming into the situation around the concepts of not just incompetence, but ..low empathy animalism in such positions would be the norm, as there is no oversight and no reflection of the insanities to help tame the more inflammatory developments.

The situation of the corruption of US politics, for example, has happened, as a progression..over the past 200 years in full view and full access (face time) of the public and all connected. Transfer such a function and reality to the face of 'secret societies', with thousands of years of hidden regressive...er..progression. Imagine how corrupted such an insider systems is, when run from a position of total secrecy. Insanity and brutality would grow into such a system, as a minimum, no matter what the original intent.

From the link..a descriptor for what happens to prophets like Jesus, etc: "In addition, Peter suggested the idea of “Super-Competence” in an inappropriately low position. He proposed that this employee will have two paths dependent upon their leadership. Competent People Managers will promote this employee for the betterment of the company. Incompetent People Managers will most likely feel intimidated and/or threatened by this employee. This employee is a disruption to their perceived natural order and will almost certainly drive them to set this employee up for failure and/or dismiss them. Organizations with poor leadership cannot handle this type of disruption to their hierarchical structure. A Super-Competent employee “…violates the first commandment of hierarchical life with incompetent leadership: [namely that] the hierarchy must be preserved…”

The bones are out of place and compress the nerve. The nerve becomes inflamed and causes sharp pains which in turn contracts the muscle which also becomes inflamed. The contracted muscle then pulls the bone even harder onto the nerve.
And so it goes, energy healing in such a case can only help in lifting your spirit enough to go and seek proper attention.
So you need pain killers, muscle relaxants, and nerve supplements like Vitamin B complex, preferably injections three times a week.
If you can find a good chiropractor, massage therapist you are probably better off than with a regular GP.

I need every push in getting me to not only look at it
[which i tend to do: just watch...everything].

The place i'm in is all about business, and physically, i'm far from any 'satsang';
so, it's very unlike the village. Will take effort and time to find a good chiro/
massager around here.
What makes it lenghtier is the coming 6 nights graveyard shifts -
no energy left after work.
What makes it worse is that during work, it is getting better,
to the point i do not feel pain. After sleeping, it's back....

I highly appreciate all incoming help from your side.
Will do my best to heed your advice.

Uhuh, yeah, i have been in some bad parts of Sri Lanka and the Dominican Republic and some of the things i saw there almost broke my heart, the man who made these images MUST FEEL part of something greater, otherwise these things and unjustice would drive you completely insane, meaning everybody with a heart and soul. I hope this child turned out ok but i fear for the worst. I hope this photographer stays in possesion of his sanity to, i know i wouldnt.

In my experience... life as a human...is about being in this avatar, and being pushed to limits. Then..beyond. Careful, though, for it has to have a chance of being coherent enough to unravel something useful from it. The art of living on the edge. Some edge of some sort. Otherwise..there is no point. Right?

If the pain comes back after sleeping you might want to make some changes to your bed.
One cheap way of doing that is to place a brick under each leg at the foot end which will tilt your bed slightly
which your body has to adapt to. That might give the contracted muscles a rest.

The other thought that came to me is that your room might be cold
and if your shoulders get uncovered at night that could add to the problem.
Wear an extra sweater in bed.
Maybe also buy some Ultra Strength Bengay cream,
and rub it on your shoulders, upper back and back of your neck before you go to sleep.

I still insist that the hot salt bag will work better and is cheaper.
I got that tip from a Ukrainian doctor who worked in Kiev hospital
during the last nine years of the Soviet system when all money had run out,
and there were no medicines and they had patients screaming in pain.
They had to figure out all sorts of alternative solutions.
Heat is needed to relax a contracted muscle and hot salt worked far more effectively than a hot water bottle.

You are not gonna like this one, but it has to be said, repeatedly: quit smoking.
