That image makes me so angry and so sad, unbelievable we have so little influence that these dehumanizing things still occur.

The man who photographed that image, he did such things as a way of life. Imagine how that affected him.

Uhuh, yeah, i have been in some bad parts of Sri Lanka and the Dominican Republic and some of the things i saw there almost broke my heart, the man who made these images MUST FEEL part of something greater, otherwise these things and unjustice would drive you completely insane, meaning everybody with a heart and soul. I hope this child turned out ok but i fear for the worst. I hope this photographer stays in possession of his sanity to, i know i wouldnt.

In my experience... life as a human...is about being in this avatar, and being pushed to limits. Then..beyond. Careful, though, for it has to have a chance of being coherent enough to unravel something useful from it. The art of living on the edge. Some edge of some sort. Otherwise..there is no point. Right?

Well, we are making some points here at least, lets keep that up and keep on infuencing things we DO have a grip on, its the least we can do until we can expand our actions to other places with direct and practical actions.

Here and Now...feeling puny. I don't know what the heck happened. Sure came on suddenly...stomach issues, freezing cold, exhausted. I don't have time for this lol, I have to pack a whole house in one day. I was lying in bed just letting my body and mind relax, and I was startled by the relentless squawking of a bunch of birds. So I looked out my window, and they are everywhere...blackbirds squawking and flapping and won't be still. I did a quick count of ten so I could estimate how many groups of ten and get a handle on how many there are. There are well over 100. They are staying within one area, the square of my front yard to across the street neighbor's front yard, next door to them and back to my side next door. Trees in my yard to front yard across the street and up and down and squawk, squawk, squawk...Eesh!


update a few minutes later: now I'm starving. ??? sort of afraid to eat anything...

Those birds were telling you to get up and connect to the Village,
where you would get the inspiration and power you need to complete your house move.
Simple.
All weird animal behavior is spirit message.

Careful, though, for it has to have a chance of being coherent enough to unravel something useful from it. The art of living on the edge. Some edge of some sort. Otherwise..there is no point. Right?

Living on the edge...obviously means something different for every person.
True freedom means being allowed to find one's own particular type of edge.

I can't stand the cold, so my edge has to be warm and soft and preferably sunny.
Once on my cushy edge I can hear my conscience which is in no uncertain terms needling me about system change.
On and on.
But which system?
I have established for myself, beyond any doubt, that the inner thought system creates the outer reality,
hence the outer world chaos which we all perceive here,
as demonstrated by the photo of the starving child being watched by the vulture
is the result of inner wrong thinking as well as misunderstanding of our humanness and purpose.

Once inner clarity is attained then one can begin the hard work on the "outer" system change.
Or maybe it isn't hard work at all- when the inside is in place everything then just happens by itself.
I thought it was funny that you of all people used the word "coherent"
as every time you explain anything scientifically my eyes just glaze over.

However, I'm comforted by the idea that many others here can understand you well.
Thank you for being you and consistently manage to show me my own "edge".

What makes me sad, is that we do have influence over things like this and instead invest most time in perfering not to speak of negative things.

That photo is demonstrates the bottom pyramid of a brainwashing hierarchy. When will we well fed people be there? We talk about the world ending, apocalypse vs 2012 and the light
coming. For that child the world has already ended not in a beam of light and lighttransmuted body. That is not a life. This is not a life we'd choose for our children is it? Or for ourselves. So what are we choosing?

That isn't a life that is vivid of a containment system. Forgotten farm animals starving in the cellar of the hierarchy.

When stop obsessing so much about what the world changes are going to do for us, what is in it for us, how it's going to affect us and start reflecting about what world changes are going to do for children like that...our influence will be known. That child is reflection of our spiritual poverty. Our disconnect from god.

Our brainswash down here on the street level is no different than the brainwashing that is intiated from the top of the pyramid. The thing is.... is ours so less extreme we have the power to get out from under it. And we choose not to. So what choice does it leave that child.

But...We are not yet that child, so by our choice we are the insturments that allowed that child to come to that condition. If we in the Oneness that everyone babbles on mindlessl about, than that child is surely us.

We are not sad and angry enough, there's not enough anger and sadness to correct what we see in that photo. And we not that our 'talking and thinking about love' has not yet created a space for it.

We're not even allowed in this brave new light world to become angry enough because it's not luv-n-lighty, and positive. All we have to do is correct our thinking in order to begin facilating a cure for what that child represents and will we do it? No. Those who even suggest it are shouted down.

That child is physical representation of our inner reality. There is no arguement that someone can make about dimensions, future times, or multiple exiistences or that something is coming to save us at some point in the future that excuses what those children are enduring now.

When people can muster enough self value to return to reality , photos like that will begin to disappear. That requires work on our part. However one chooses to intiate it.

I can commiserate with the photographer. I noted on a thread the other day to observe people consantly reinforcing their own brainwash is like watching a satanic ritual conducted a dozen times a day.

I could cry, I could scream, I could very come close to tipping over and running through people who perpetrate that ****, and the funnny thing is people get angry at me for even expressing annoyance at their brainwash the dream they are spinning that is holding them captive and resulting in that photo. That dream hasn't done a thing for that child, that should be the evidence. We think it's going to do something for us?

We are not sad nor angry enough to even fully understand the part that we all play in this awful neglectful charade.

Thing is, for those of us who listen to these kinds of rants we end up confused, not knowing where to direct our sympathy,
the children out there who are starving, or the ranter him/herself.

I have been pleased to note Carmody that people are, just in the last few weeks, begining to speak of things that have evidential substance and edge to them instead of shrinking from them. Hard disturbing subjects that were previously glossed over. Pleased to see a number of people backpeddling away from the floss too.

We need a little edge to cut through the cob webs of the stories, videos and pep talks that have constituted our spiritual exploration yeah these many years. I am the first person who want a lif'es journey to be so easy as flipping on the tv but...its not. Our human condition and potential experience has been reduced down to flipping on the tv . Neptune has blown open a vast world of opportunity for me, just in the last week, (I won't credit it for my brake repair tho)and I hope at least it has the momentum to make people want to turn the tv off and tune back into a reality that offers so much more than the program has shown them.

The next six weeks till spring arrives in essence if not by calendar should be interesting.

While living in Barbados I met someone from South Africa who worked in charities. As coincidence would have it he noticed that I happened to be reading a biography of Elizabeth Taylor, a Neptunian actress, when I mentioned to him that she had done a tour of South Africa and visited the poorest of the poor.
She had pledged $10,000 to a particular orphanage in his town, and of course I believed what I had read.

So God being the opener of eyes, sends me this guy all the way from South Africa
to enlighten me that the Elizabeth Taylor show did not come through with
one single cent of promised money, although this was even promised in front of reporters.
All hot air- Liz Taylor publicity machine. This is the dark side of Neptune.
Angelina and Brad did a better job, I guess, but who knows for sure.
Africa, more than any other continent, is the victim of system change.
Where only 100 years ago tribal systems were still functioning
they are suddenly expected to switch to national, and even global thinking.
Something other nations had 2000 years to attain.

Ernies only error is that he confused injustice with indifference to the human condition. The human condition must first be addressed before the human potential can shine.

I gave an opinion about ONE picture and what this image did to me in ONE sentence, i have been to some places and did my part there, and now i am doing it here ( my job). And i understand the part i am playing by the way, and am walking the walk accordingly .
