I said it once and I ll say it again. I HAVE NEVER HAD A FLU SHOT IN MY LIFE!!!!!! I was the dirtiest kid you ever met, always "falling" in the creek", and today I dont get sick anymore often than people w that get flu shots every year. It seems like people that get shots are sick more often than I am!!!!!! FLU SHOTS ARE A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
as i look back through the glowing embers that are the bridges in my life
i get a fleating glimps of how green it is on the otherside
and i know i can forge the river
    but the water is deep
    the current swift
    the river is wide
    and i
    i am terrified of drownding

I have to have a flu shot because as a child I got the flu regular and with my asthma I ended up in hospital a lot. The hand gel hurts a lot though and I get very sore burned hands from it, so I just use soap and water. I did speak to a nurse about the hand gels and she said the next generation of children are going to have a lot of allergies with it, as it is being over used. It is good hygene to wash hands after toilet, before eating and when handling pets but over washing or treating hands can be quite damaging to the skin.
