Tired, yup, very. For the last 2 weeks I have only managed 8 hours of awake time before my bed calls me... and the call is loud and very welcome. Also I find myself awake at very odd hours, it's not the weather as I have had many bouts like this throughout the year.

May your place of sleep be comfortable and safe.

I'm tired as well, but I never concidered to blame a low frequency level though.. I feel as though it doesn't matter how long I sleep, I get the same results, I can sleep for 12 hrs and be tired all day, or 5 hours.. yep, same result.
I'm grateful everyday, for being able to look at the universe and think, wow..

D3 is an absolute winner for every-one tbh, i take 1000 to 2000 iu per day in winterperiods.
I just read the book ''The China study'' which is about a father and son, both doctor's, study into available foods and needs of the body.
The ultimate conclusion was; that if we eat fresh, varied food with lot's of vegetables, we need not take supplements but one.. vitamine D.

Melatonine supplement is a winner for those of us who can't sleep, or keep waking up. It's naturally secreted from the pineal gland when it get's dark.

I've been sleeping 12+ish hours a day for a while now (weeks)... doesn't bother me one bit.. I prefer my DMT time to my "real life" (luckily I'm single & this doesnt effect anyone else.. I think my dog prefers it actually.. haha)

I don't know that it has anythign to do with the above, but interesting none the less...

oh, and im completely un-interested in what used to interest me.. which I think is typically described as depression... but I personally describe it much like the OP.. I'm BORED AS **** WITH THIS EXSISTANCE it seems so droll, such an obvious game... I guess I'll continue to be a cog till I'm not here anymore.... what else can i do.
I totally relate to this although I have young kids and so sleep and withdrawal to the dreamworld (also one of my favourite places) are not an option but eating fresh food some of it raw (fresh salads or even just a sprinkle of fresh herbs) with meals has made such a difference this winter. Usually I end up heading for "dead" junk food that has been so processed it has forgotten it was ever alive because I'm too "tired" to cook properly. It happens gradually every winter until finally I say enoughs enough and make that switch back to real food. Well this year I said enough's enough before it could even begin and for the first time in ages I haven't had my usual winter low and I feel great. ........not ready for a fully raw diet or anything yet but I definately appreciate how it can nourish our bodies in more than just the calories and vitamins sense

This is from an email blast from James Gilliand from the ECETI Ranch today....

    Energies of Late

We are getting overwhelmed with requests for healing, clarity, and questions about what is going on. People everywhere are going through highs and lows, emotional roller coasters, outbursts and being challenged to their core. Even the physical bodies are reacting with hot flashes, tiredness, aches and pains even healing crises. We are moving into an alignment with Galactic Plane and these energies are streaming in along with the Sun's reaction to these energies. I was told this last burst of energy was sent. The Sun went ballistic in what looked like a solar snowstorm. These energies are impacting the Earths body and your bioelectric fields as well. This creates highs, depressions, mood swings, and lethargic feelings. It can excite anger bringing up any unresolved issues. We are in for a wild ride between now and 2013. We are going to have to learn to still the mind, own our emotions and not get into blame or projection on others. Stop looking for an external reason for sadness, anger, fear, guilt unworthiness, etc. It is time to release the past and with these new energies it is no longer an option. Self monitoring, becoming the observer, feeling the emotions to the core and releasing them with the help of the God, Creator, Spirit within is the quickest path. Forgiveness is the key. It is said there is your business, others business and Gods business. We no longer have the luxury of avoiding our own business by getting into others. It is going to take all we have to get ourselves through these times. We are going to be challenged to our core with these new energies. This to shall pass and a lot of forgiveness and releasing of the past will help get us through these times. You are not alone in this process the whole planet and beyond are going through this shift. Be well,
    James Gilliland

The adjustments we are undergoing cause fatigue and headaches, especially during solar flares and six days around the full moon. A lot of reprogramming is going on, it's easier if we are sleeping.

Try to get your body in top physical shape with stretching, aerobics and strengthening: lose weight, minimize dairy, red meats, processed foods, sugar, fake sugar. Eat fruits, vegetables, nuts and hot peppers. Drink unsweatened white, green and black teas (significantly more flavenoids left to right)j.

Get your mind in shape with knowledge and meditation to release tension, repair chakras, envision your creation and emanate loving thoughts.
It's pretty obvious we are all pretty tired, but the important thing is not to fight it.
I agree I feel the adjustments during solar flares and around full moon. And it is all
reprogramming indeed. To get in line with the frequency of Mother Earth. And she is
going fast so it's hard working to keep up with her .

We have to keep in mind that on the long run we are able to raise above this
3D world (I think most of us already are, that's why normal 3D stuff is depressing for us).
So it's not a bad thing at all we are feeling tired.

We can do things to get our body in shape and eat and drink healthy stuff to feel better,
but just accepting feeling tired and take a nap every now and than isn't a bad thing either.
I'm noticing significant extremes: While I am feeling a bit more tired morning and evenings, I am running on double and triple cylinders when it counts: I am appreciating tremendous energy, concentration during mid-day. It is so intense, I am fighting off impatience that things around me aren't happening fast enough. Full disclosure: my impatience is nothing new.

Let's hope Steve Beckow gets travel arrangements / galactic reunions worked out with AA Michael and the Ashtar Command. Perhaps, then we can enjoy an accelerated Light Family course & tune-up on the Neptune. I know my family, and our bulldog, would enjoy that. She would appreciate a lot of (S & S) Sleeping and Sniffing with the other pooches. That world would make a lot more sense to her.

I went to the doctor because I am always tired and he took bloods and said that my iron was low and he keeps saying it, even though I was taking the tablets he gave me. I don't bother taking them anymore because they don't seem to be doing anything. I think I am tired because I have a lot of things to do. I am always busy and I used to worry a lot but now I don't worry so much now because I have the motto if it doesn't get done there is always tomorrow. So I lay in bed with my list in my head and add it to my list of things to do tomorrow before going to sleep.

I wonder... does the ego exsist in dreams?

Am I hiding from my ego, is that why I seem to prefer that escape method?

this is what we knew in 2006....

Quote Like most experts in the field, Hathaway has confidence in the conveyor belt model and agrees with Dikpati that the next solar maximum should be a doozy. But he disagrees with one point. Dikpati's forecast puts Solar Max at 2012. Hathaway believes it will arrive sooner, in 2010 or 2011.

IMHO there are a multitude of reasonable explanations:

Broad use of wi-fi and digital TV
    Chemtrails
    Electromagnetic sensitivity
    Magnetosphere breaches (several recently)
Magnetosphere going haywired (almost everyday) and allowing solar wind in the atmosphere that stick to one's energy field
Solar cycle starting to reach the peak
Stress (so much doom that comes to nothing)
Fear of what may happen in 2012 (it depleates the nervous system)

I can go on but the best solution in my personal experience is to spend time in nature and appreciate the beauty

Which is why I don't come to the forum that often :D

I'm lucky now as I can usually sleep from around 11pm to 6.30am without interruption. When my mother died, I had terrible sleep problems. I felt I had a "sleeping sickness" where I'd sleep most of the time. I couldn't even watch a TV show without sleeping during the ads & I'd not wake up until the show was over! Then a few months later, I felt the "weight was gone from my shoulders," and I went back to normal sleep patterns. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

I didn't want to get up this morning as I was sooooo tired and I was talking to the taxi driver and he said to me this morning that he has felt like that since just after Christmas. He doesn't want to get up in the morning and has to drag himself out of bed to get to work because he is so tired.
