yeah, i don't really try to sound too literary here on the forum. i don't want to bore or lose readers - just communicate.

it's funny, i was just thinking of starting a blog when i read your post; i think that's the way to go. get some readers, feedback, etc...

It really is. At first the blog will be small but if you publish there weekly it will grow relatively quickly. And as people post your links on their blogs and elsewhere Google and its subsidiary search engines will become your friend.

is your first novel accessible via the net? if not, is there any other way to get a copy. would love to check it out.

It actually is. It's called "Temple of the Sky" by Rahkyt. You can actually search it and find it on all kinds of websites all around the world. It's been up there for years, but since I no longer have a relationship with that publishing company nobody who orders it ever gets it and the websites won't take it down.

So I put it up in electronic form a couple years ago at lulu dot com. I've actually been thinking about breaking it down into 3 books (it's 500 pages long or thereabouts) and formatting it for kindle and the other e-readers and selling it for about $5 or $6 a piece. I'm still going to do that but I'll leave this link for all my good friends here at PA.

I'm not writing my life story with the view to publish, but just to share with friends, and for my own healing process.
Don Juan Matus said that recapitulation of one's life story is a good practice.
I have found that when I write down what I remember about my past and look at it with fresh eyes, I often get a very different perspective.
When I revise what I think about my past, I am revising what I think about myself.
And I get new insights into people, events and relationships I have known.

This morning he ate all his breakfast, thankfully
and was doing fine, It's been pretty hot here, so
i'm sure that was part of it. That an being in a new place.
Now i have to decide my next step,
the circle we formed is talking about trying to
get the numbers together to do more advanced
training locally, but that might take a while to
organize.
Meanwhile there is an 8 day advanced in
April- May, already planed, different state,
but at least i keep the momentum going.
And i can always hook into the local group
if it happens for extra practice.
It would be nice to go up with the same group,
but then i need the people exposure, so "nice" is not really the aim here.
Growth is.

Off line time for me. I did a substantial post over at the BB latest reviews thread. I took some time to explain where my critical stance came from. As anyone here knows, my tongue is very often in my cheek even when addressing real subjects. My post addressed some words that Carmody expressed. My post had him more in mind than many. It had a little to do with me liking and respecting him despite/because of his uniqueness.

I might come back tomorrow. Love to all. No exceptions.

It is about to spill over onto and into ALL of Humanity...

When I read "musically mastered in the ether", I thought you meant the strange noises being heard. Now they are nearer to my area but so far I haven't heard them. Last night I thought I did but my husband just said was the late night flight to Panama I was hearing.
I will be giving updates here. Thia all reminds me of the crop circles which used to be simple circles and became more and more complex with time. Could it be humanity evolving that is creating it?

This Village is definitely becoming more and more like an artist's colony..the contributions lately have been outstanding. All of us are writers, writing the Village Book. It will be greater than the Hobbit when done because we weave finer threads into the fabric than Tolkien did. There will be no wars, nor clashes. Just lots of love and light.

In Europe the winter started out quite mild which made me think that my earlier fears about the Gulf Stream having been affected by the BP oil disaster were unfounded. Europe wouldn't exist if it weren't for the Gulf Stream sending warm tropical waters up north.
Now I'm not so sure. People are freezing to death. We do need to do something to heat things up. Music is one way.
I was thinking more in terms of dowsing maps for hot spots that could then warm the air from underneath.
And I don't mean volcanic eruptions. Maybe just visualizing warm tones, like yellows and oranges all over the coldest regions and holding that vision in our minds, like a summery weather forecast map. In Costa Rica the weather is behaving itself, nothing unexpected is occurring. (Except for the strange sounds in the atmosphere)
But I would like to hear from others about their areas.

The weather here in Wales seems to go from mild to freezing in days. Back and forth it goes. I can still smell spring in the air, but that could be wishful thinking! But we dont seem to have as much rain as when I was a kid here anymore. I think were getting our fair share of sunshiney days now, but others here may not agree! Wales has a reputation for the rain. Still, it's the rains that keep it a green and pleasant land I guess. But the weather has definately changed in recent years.

I used to visit Snowdonia a lot and it was damp and cold and rainy.
Would you say the temperatures have dropped?

I decided to look at some temperature maps and according to this one I don't see anything unusual...it is February, after all and the Gulf Stream is still doing it's job...even Iceland looks temperate.

Good Morning All !

We are having an exceptionally mild winter in Massachusetts...temps more or less above normal too.
Some cold snaps...but warmer than usual for the most part.

I was not here last year but they got slammed with record snow fall, back to back to back...
this year is definitely a horse of a different color here!
