As part of the growth process, some of us become very sensitive to other people’s energies. This can make you feel a bit crazy, off balance, like you are not yourself, heavy and exhausted.

The tools we offer here are based on Divine Healing. They are based on the law of “ask and you shall receive”. You can say this prayer out loud or silently, it will be equally effective. What is important is your intent.

This process is very good to do when you have been working with others as a therapist, if you have been in a crowded or busy place (shops, tube, airport), after being on the internet.

Here is how it goes:

Step 1:

“Mother-Father God, please reabsorb into your light all negative imprinted messages and energies that I have taken on from ______(state who, e.g. the internet, my client, others, or all others)________ relating to:

As the energies release you may feel tingling in your body, sigh, yawn or burp. Wait a moment until it feels like the energies have settled. Then say:

“Mother-Father God, I command all aspects of my being now return to 100% full energy, health, well-being, vitality, strength, vigour and youthfulness and that all the tissues, vibrations and frequencies of my body, mind and soul renew and revive, regenerate and rejuvenate to hold and sustain higher levels of light. Thank You”


Step 2:

“Mother Father God please release and cut all the Soul Cords, Past Life Cords, Genetic Cords, Relational Cords, Karmic Cords, Psychic Cords, Physical Cords, Energetic Cords, Emotional Cords, Mental Cords, Spiritual cords, Other Relational Cords and Sexual cords and attachments that I have made, or others have made to me, that no longer serve anyone. Please heal and repair each matrix multi-dimensionally, in all incarnations and time frames, to infinity and beyond including the Akashic records.

Please take everyone back to their centre and stabilise and strengthen the boundary of each ketheric template body. Thank YOU”

I don't mean to offend anyone with my comments here, as it's clear the intention behind this thread was nothing other than positive. But, I'd like to pose a few questions and put forward some alternate perspectives about the information in the OP.

main question I'd like to ask those who resonate with the OP is... why?
Why to pray to a God for... well, anything really?

Why should we pray for assistance from some other entity, whether it be a God or otherwise?
Why should we relinquish our personal power to another, when we are perfectly capable of doing things for ourselves?
Why must we externalise all the time, constantly searching outside of ourselves for answers and/or solutions to our problems?

If I was a God, I would be very cautious about going out of my way to 'directly' interfere with another individual.
Why would I want to do that?
Rather, I'd try to focus on persuading individuals to put more effort into learning how to do things for themselves.
I'd focus my intention on teaching and promoting self empowerment.
I'd help individuals to realise their own potential, maybe offering a hint or sign of some kind to gently nudge them in the right direction.
But, only if that was absolutely necessary.
And, that would be the total extent of any assistance I might offer.
The rest, I would leave to the individual to discover and learn for themselves.

I certainly wouldn't be undermining or diminishing a sovereign individuals' own power by offering to do all the work for them.
What would be the benefit to the individual in me doing that?
Would that really help the individual in the long run?

If, hypothetically, I did decide to do it all for them.
What would I be teaching that individual about themselves?
Would I be teaching them that they were weak, incompetent and/or incapable?
Would I be hindering their progress towards recognising and utilising their own power?
Quite possibly I think.

So that probably wouldn't be the best course of action for me to take, right?
It wouldn't truly constitute an act of unconditional love then, right?
Personally I don't think so, which is why I decided to put these questions/thoughts out there.

Anyways, my intention with this post wasn't to be negative simply for the sake of being negative, in fact, quite the opposite. Sometimes I just struggle to understand where people are coming from with things like the practice of praying to Gods etc. Ultimately though, I guess its all just a matter of perspective and personal choice at the end of the day. Regardless, I'm going to finish up here by quoting a well-known proverb, one that I think sums up everything I've attempted to get across in this post pretty well...

"Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day... teach him to fish and he'll never go hungry again".

Well D-Day, there are many reasons many people do many things. I'll just make the following few points:

1) People who are unconscious believe that God is without and so pray to a God outside of themselves, thereby giving away their power, as you contend above.
2) People who are conscious know that God is without and within and so pray to a God knowing that doing so is also speaking to the god within.
3) The people who read Avalon are generally conscious.
4) Each person gets what they need from everything they see, hear or read.

Different levels of knowledge and awareness are present in all venues. Assuming the highest level of intention and understanding is always the best policy, imho.

The tingling was only the beginning of what I experienced, I felt an overwhelming presence of joyful energy that was so intense I broke out into tears of happiness. Then I started laughing, as if my heart was touched by someone or something divine in nature. I had to get a hold of myself due to the fact I am at work... This has happened to me only once before... Earlier this year after I requested to here from our brothers and sisters not of this world. They answered loud and clear... Since then I have realized a peace that I have never known.

I wish say to thank you, because I really needed a prayer to clear unwanted energies! Thank you, I am extremely grateful.

I think I can add a little bit to this. When a person expands in consciousness and goes beyond duality and stays more and more in the 'now' moment, the bands (aura) surrounding the body, instead of going in one direction, left to the past, one flips, forming a wheel within a wheel. This sort of becomes like your own personal faraday cage, that radiates out and protects us from unwanted energy influences.

A few years ago, I experienced this for the first time. I was always brought down energetically by my husbands critical thoughts toward me. My most sensitive daughter was also negatively affected by her father's judgement, even as she lived many hours away from home. One day I realized the reality of my own energy field and how it worked. I confronted my husband one morning before he set out to work on the farm. I told him that his negativity would not hurt and affect me anymore and that he could not affect our children either. Also, if he persisted he would find the energy would square and bounce back to him, affecting him badly!

Well, late in the afternoon he arrived home very down, saying 'what have you done to me?'

'Nothing, I said, you did it to yourself'!

My daughter felt the energy lift off of her without knowing how or why!

It was a very empowering moment. I have read about how this works from other sources and I took note that Steven Greer used this protection to save himself. Or it sounded similar. It's like creating ones own atmosphere that's a radiating field of energy.
