Default Psychology of Survival - wilderness training, hands on

For those in northern europe, there is a neat program starting that is very affordable, which is starting this spring. Will help you get some good experience in survival. It is being run by a former army ranger who served with the swedish military. His name is Stefan Forsman and he is also specialised for survival in arctic conditions (which I think is something we need to prepare for).

The company he owns is called Get Lost in the Wild and claims that you can only get so much knowledge from books and online, the best survival training has to be reality based.

Stage one - Psychology of Survival plus Foundation Survival Skills, including navigation, fire making and knotting
    Foundation program - 3 days

Stage two - Snares, Traps and producing Implements from Natural Materials
    Intermediate program- 3 days

Stage three - Realistic Survival Experience
    Advanced program - 7 days
