The American President was underwhelmed after a private discussion with Mr Cameron in 2008 and his impressions of the Conservative leader were reported in a confidential cable sent by US officials back to Washington.
David Cameron was regarded by Barack Obama as a “lightweight” politician following their first meeting, the leaked documents are to disclose.
The embarrassing memo is among more than 1,000 documents from the American embassy in London that have been leaked and will be released in the coming days.
The Daily Telegraph understands that American officials have already warned Downing Street over the contents of the diplomatic cable. It is thought that they have stressed
that Mr Obama’s opinion of Mr Cameron has changed as the two men have got to know one another better.

It's not necessary to call anyone maladjusted here. You should know that Avalon is not JUST a spiritual realm. It encompasses EVERYTHING of interest to us. It's only natural that we share what we're concerned about; especially in politics because of what it's doing to our world. How else would we get the messages out there, if we don't speak of them?

This law has been in effect many years and the executive order just amended it to include the role of the homeland security department. This is not an indication of anything positive or negative it is just an insurance that in a national emergency the government has what is needed to correct the problem. Think of WW2 and the war production that supplied the troops with necessary items to complete their mission. The materials didn't drop out of the sky and assemble themselves into defense items and supplies. Good educational material though, thank you!

If we can believe the prior posting of Obama talking on the phone and saying that the powers that be want Romney in next does it really matter? I think not. Maybe the true power does not lie in the Presidency but the forces that put the man they want in office. Better we take a man off the street with no prior political power that will stand and truly represent the people. I would take someone like Alex Jones over any of them.
