We’ve got richness and diversity right here in the “Land of Avalon”.

Time for us to tip the scales not towards Ascension, but to be IN Ascension. We all have the skills to raise the vibrations. So what do we need? More awareness? Group Focus?

Mother Earth has made the call. She’s in labor. She needs our assistance. Our Mother is asking for one last push. The more each focuses awareness on raising and doing, that’s one tick less for the negative energies, the nay-sayers, the controllers.

Feel free to share what you did today to assist Our Mamma and her kids Homeward. Come on kids, get in the car. We going to Freedom Land.

We do need to provide as much of our higher vibrations as possible along with the positive visualization and all other help to awaken our brothers and sisters. We need to bring as many of them with us as we can. Something I disagree with Dolores Canon about; this is urgent and we must do more; imagine the struggle for evolution and doing battle with all those left behind— the fate of those left behind without ourselves to help them if we don't.

In complete agreement about shining the free light. It will benefit who it will and some will apply sunscreen and open umbrellas while donning sunglasses.


@energygardener, the above reality is what Dolores Cannon has made peace with. In a shipwreck with no lifeboats only the swimmers will survive. Some will learn to swim right at that instance. Although, in her scenario the non-swimmers just inherit a world where swimming is not required. I like her scenario. I tire of people with the same opportunities as myself finding every excuse to watch more TV instead

What did I do today?

Love my daughter and encourage her into responsible "adulthood." Let's see ... also, I continued in the development of my Toe Reading site so that I can help people (who are looking) to get in step with their Soul's journey.

What did I do today to further the cause?
Refused to listen to the thoughts-that-aren't-mine. Brought up convo with customer about the perils of modern life, its hustle and bustle, and to go home and spend time with his loving family.
Also reminded him of my boundaries and my rights. He took it well and he also surprised me at how much he actually already knew. Of course, he immigrated here not ten years ago from Ethiopia so he is already far more in tune than most of the rest of us anyway.

There was a couple who came by my home who needed a ride. They told me they would pay me. I knew they didn't have much money and really are having a hard time. So when I got outside I told them to keep the money and the fun I got was the look on their faces! Where I live there are people who can ....well lets say be kinda rough. Plus anytime I come into contact with a child I make sure I say high and joke with them. Also at work when I check people out so many of them look stressed out so when they come through the line ....let's say their total is $ 5.83 I will tell them their total is $27.00 they look at me in shock! Then I smile and they start laughing! They leave with a smile on their face. I don't do it for the store I do it because a happy person is least likely to get mad at their kids or spouse . Say a joke ,listen to your neighbor ......it's not always about telling them about Planet X or the greys it's about bringing a smile or a laugh and brother in this crazy world a smile and laugh can go a long way.....

I talked to my young friend at work who had been diagnosed with a scary illness. Her diagnosis has been changed, and I assured her that her body still has the same ability to heal itself.

We talked about how she can help herself. She said she'll come see me so we can talk.

Her eyes had a sparkle they didn't have before.

The medical diagnosis, I suspect, is still 'dire' in the doctor's eyes, but I want her to remember she is the healer.

I worked with a gentleman today with a gentle soul who still carries the pain and wounds of his ancestors. Have been working with him for over 2 years now. He is finally writing in a journal, working through his wounds and releasing the pain.

I talked with my father and meditated today.

I am really working on this one; I am not at peace with it, not yet. I believe much more must be done to awaken those that have bought into the illusion of all things physical and useless, certainly the TV. But, please remember that we are more fortunate than most; we are much more sensitive and must marshal other skills to help them.

I have not yet been able to sustain any full concerted efforts by the good guys—but threads like this bring me hope. I also believe, as I am sure you do, that our subconscious energies may be the most important, which peace and light as examples do attract (even educate) others. Our combined efforts are very important and exponentially more powerful than many know.
