I made a pot of pumpkin stew with barley and red kidney beans and sweet white miso as a thickener. Sea veggies and a variety of mushrooms and spices: nutmeg, cumin, cinnamon and sea salt to round it out. Shhh! my secret ingredient? Fennel seeds.

So how does this help move us forward, you say? I chose stew over my friends Ben&Jerry. Light, light, more light.

I am pleased to announce that I am no longer an orphaned soul. Not orphaned, I forgot. Today, I researched and reflected on what it is to be part of the Andromedan Family and it's goals to raise conscious awareness. I discovered that I’ve been right on track. The years of life altering decisions are all in alignment with what it means to be a part of the greater community.
