Default Rudeness and lack of curiosity in people is mind blowing.

Had my first encounter with someone who was not yet prepared to be introduced to truths that may not be completely mainstream. A friend of mine, a young lady from Russia, made a comment on Facebook about this being the 51 year anniversary of Yuri Gargarin’s space flight and his being the first man to orbit the Earth. Tongue-in-cheek, I made a comment saying was she completely 100% sure that he was the first man in orbit. She asked what did I mean and I suggested she look up, John Lear, Richard Dolan, plasma physics, etc. She, being young, didn’t feel like wasting her time on looking things up that she had no knowledge of and wanted me to explain further, so I gave her a little bit more info on the things I mentioned.

So, then another one of her friend’s chimes in and puts up an article taken from the Discovery Channel about how Yuri may not have been the official first man, due to technicalities with his landing.

She asked what that had to do with anything and he responded with he was trying to post something about where I might be getting my information from and he was trying to shut me up.

    Shut me up.

    Nice.

So, I kindly responded with the fact that the information he posted was not what I was alluding to, and that quite possibly there may be more things going on in and off this world that they are led to believe. They should try opening their minds and doing their own research and learning some things. Then I said that it was their choice, and if they didn’t like what they were hearing, then I would now “shut up” about it.

It just goes to show you that there’s not an ounce of imagination or curiosity left in most people today. Hell, if someone said that Yuri was not the first person to orbit the earth and I was given some clues on where to look, I would have spent the rest of my day LEARNING something new.

I thought it was pretty rude of this guy to try to shut me up. If you don’t want to believe an alternate piece of information or history, that’s your prerogative. There are nicer ways to speak to people.

Sometimes, I just wish something would happen finally, out in the open so I can say SEE! I TOLD YOU!

    Good post.

Yup, me too! I've been dealing withn this s*** for most of my life, and I'll be 68 in a couple o weeks. What I love, is when you're trying to explain something and their eyes go dead. It's like their brain just turns off when they hear something they are not prepared to handle. I call them sleepers.

What can be equally frustrating is when I am talking to people who can "see" what I'm saying and agree, but it does not affect their actions or behaviors in any way, not that I'm perfect either though, but I totally know what you all are talking about.

    Yea, exactly.

And I HAVE said exactly that to people and that pissed them off -- one of them later on stopped me and thanked me for saying that, as this person started to do the research to prove me wrong, but found out that I was right all along, so she's one of the ex-sheep expatriates, if you will.

So ya never know -- rudeness can help once in a while.

    Like this ...

    Or this ...

    While they are all ...

But when they wake up, they are like ...

I find it's hard to find the balance between getting the word out and just leaving it alone. My siblings are interested in who's car is more red. I'm at the point where I've backed off. I suggested to one of my brothers that when he see the price of gold, gas, and food go up, or lots of arrests happening around the world then please invite me back to share more of what I know.

I've been also thinking that maybe they are "sheep asleep", but they aren't causing negative energy to swirl around. It's my hope that there'll be that point where they will wake up and process will naturally unfold. I put it out there and it's their decision now. Though, I do see that individually my siblings are asking a few questions (emphasis on 'few').

As far as sharing with strangers, I got all excited when I saw a Ron Paul sticker scotch taped to someones car window. I asked if she ever listened to Alex Jones. But I was aware that my voice dropped to a whisper while looking left and right; that was about 9 months ago. Maybe I should be looking up now for tiny toy copters, too.

I used to work with a very good friend of mine, and we could talk about this stuff all day. He had a very open mind and I enjoyed our many conversations. Then I changed jobs and worked with another friend (ex-friend now) and he always had an opposite answer for everything I talked about and his word was final. There were no chemtrails, the government couldn't afford another war, or martial law or anything else. He was interested in aliens and UFOs but that's about all he was open to. Now I feel like I have no one in my "real life" circle to talk to about these things. My wife wants no part of it whatsoever.

Ah well, what can you do but hope for the best.

It is very difficult and I have for the last month or so, just stopped trying to 'wake others up'!
Was on a golf course playing with a good mate of mine and he at one point turned to me and said that I seemed a bit down, at which point I, in a small way, explained a few 'truths'. Money, cancer and law! (only in a quick first contact way)
He turned to me and said that he KNEW that the things I was stating ARE TRUE but he would prefer not to know and just live the life and time, he and his family have!
I then said that if we don't change things, then our children will have to shoulder that which we wouldn't!
He said 'no it will just stay the same'.

I am beginning to consider that the concept of organic portals may have some truth?
    Normal..!

Oh, I haven't dared talk about UFO's and aliens. They'd have me committed for sure. I've only gone as far as to say that our Earth as we know it will be a place of peace and no money needed, equality, longevity, 100% health. They are still in the competition mode of things, one-up-comparison stuff. After a visit with them, I'm drained. And I reward myself with a pint of Ben & Jerry's. Yes, I said it. Closet Ben & Jerry's person. Much less these days. Well, less time with family, too. I suspect a correlation some where there or have a I stated the obvious? Tee...

Just a couple of days ago, I deleted my face book account. It was painful watching the conversations about where they should go to get their eyebrows reshaped. My focus was for my nieces and nephews that have little kids. So I’d add links that only covered just those topics. Nothing...

I agree that maybe there’s enough of us that’ll hold the light, and help them lessen the fear while we all transition beyond the "this".

I am sure that many if not most of us here feel what you are saying........my husband and I thankfully are co-linear in our expanding and awakening.....which is a real blessing......but other than our kids who are in their 20's we don't have anyone to talk to about things, sure the odd friend will tolerate but never investigate themselves......one friend told me they think people just don't want to believe things could be that bad so they don't want to hear it......one time my then 24 year old was visiting a friend for dinner about half an hour away from our home (in the country) the plan was for us to drive her , she would stay over and we would pick her up the next day......around 11 she called me crying and asked could we come and get her , she was on the front lawn of the friends house, crying her eyes out after she had been thrown out for saying some of the things we were talking about regarding swine flu at the time........her friend went insane and threw her out of her house ........I thought that was a bit over the top........how about pass the salt and change the subject??
We have tried not talking about the things we know but find that a frustrating waste of an evening......but then don't want to risk friends becoming ex-friends.......I find all this information so exciting and I love talking about it, I don't understand how they dont want to know more! and seriously how can you be so limited in your thinking to believe there are no aliens??? come on !

even better is when my husband mentioned 9/11 at the dinner table with some friends and the one husband looks across at his wife and just rolls his eyes not aware I was across from him watching. This from a guy who drinks diet coke non stop, works through holidays on a farm worth millions but won't sell it, doesn't believe organic food is any better than regular, puts down people who actually eat organic, and is dotting his farm with windmills........

Well I think people realy dont want to know.. some are realy closed and others are a bit open.. often it is best to give a bit in time.
Yes there is a REAL lac of curiosity also it is common. Many keep them selves ocupied with imaginary futures that they cant have and TV and games.
Some times it can be a good way to disturbe what they know and do it again ... with a little luck they can get curious.. or why not anoyed.. lol.

Most people like to be in the comfort zone ... They dont whant to be different. It is about programing and the hassle free zone !

Icke say this so good !

The planet have given you all that you have !

Oh forget talking about 9/11. I was told by my ex-friend, that I shouldn't talk about it at work, if I wanted to keep my job. Huh???
    Talk about censorship.

And that's how the people in control stay in control. Most people don't want to know what's going on. They are satisfied with working their jobs, going home, kissing the cat, kicking the wife, drinking beer and watching football.

I'm getting cranky in my old age.
There's something that doesn't make sense. Let's go and poke it with a stick.

This parable by Kryon helps me deal with these annoyances:

Imagine yourself, along with many other human beings, in a tar pit covered with tar, dirty from head to foot, unable to move quickly from place to place because the tar is so thick. As you plod from place to place, you become used to this condition, and year after year your life is lived in this fasion along with others. Like gravity of the planet, the encumberance of the tar is simply accepted - a fact of life for all. This is your imagined state (you image that's just how it is).

Suddenly but quietly, you are offered a gift from God. It's a "magic" tool that cleans your body and keeps it clean even while you are in the tar! Like an energy field, it actually repels the tar as you walk through it. You accept the gift and the work that must go with it, and you begin to learn how to use it (The Atonement). Slowly you change. To others you are begining to stand out, you are different - fresh and clean, while they are moving around you, still in the dark tar. You begin to realize how you have co-created this for yourself, but you also realize that it was a very personal gift, so you say nothing.

Now, do you think the others around you will ignore you as you walk freely without the tar touching you or encumbering your feet? They will watch the tar touch your body and never soil you. What do you think will happen? Ah! Watch! THEY are about to change! The first thing that will happen is that wherever you walk, there will be space, for they will clear the way for you. The second thing that will happen is that they will ask you how such a thing is possible. And when they find the "magic" tool from God, each of them will begin using it for themselves, and more humans will also be "clean" - each person creating for him or herself personally, just as you did for yourself.

As you silently continue your life over a period of time, look at what is happening to those around you! More than half will be "clean" and unencumbered by the tar. Stop and think about what has really happened. You have not evangelized your gift or asked any of these people to change for you, and yet they changed anyway. This is how the result of just the one creates for the many!

Default Countering back and forth is a good way to go.

    Quote Posted by WhiteCrowBlackDeer (here)

Oh, I haven't dared talk about UFO's and aliens. They'd have me committed for sure. I've only gone as far as to say that our Earth as we know it will be a place of peace and no money needed, equality, longevity, 100% health. They are still in the competition mode of things, one-up-comparison stuff. After a visit with them, I'm drained. And I reward myself with a pint of Ben & Jerry's. Yes, I said it. Closet Ben & Jerry's person. Much less these days. Well, less time with family, too. I suspect a correlation some where there or have a stated the obvious? Tee...
When I talk with people who quickly dismiss the idea of UFOs, then I quickly counter them with THE FACT that many, many pilots of all sorts have already gone on record about UFOs ...

    http://www.wanttoknow.info/ufo

... and I use sites like this one. I personally know the people who run that particular site and it's a good one.

If one is to dismiss any/all UFOs, one must also dismiss the testimonies of reliable, sane professional pilots -- is one really prepared to dismiss such testimonies?

So when one counters with: Well, why haven't we seen it on the news, then?

I then tell them about the 5 corporations that own the entire, eff'n mainstream media...

    http://www.corporations.org/media/

... like how this awesome site explains it.

Then they counter with another "fact" that's really BS ...

The countering give-and-take is the best way to wake people up and I've done a lot of that, too.

But, mostly, it's been people shoving off the information, as they cannot bear the thought that they could be wrong ... AND THEY ARE WRONG ... so they are going to have a ****-storm of awakening SOON.

And I'll come out of the closet with you about Ben & Jerry's! Love that stuff!

I almost told them, "Go back to sleep, sheep, nothing to see here." But, then, I didn't want to be rude.
I find it's hard to find the balance between getting the word out and just leaving it alone. My siblings are interested in who's car is more red. I'm at the point where I've backed off.
I have a little bit more of a different approach WhiteCrowBlackDeer...

    I'll never 'Back-Off'...

Only last week my brother (who I've never really had much time for) rang me up to catch up...

So I asked him how his kids were, basically small talk and he preceded to tell me how much his 8 year-old daughter loves 'Lady Gaga'...

In disbelief, I asked him "Do you actually let ???? listen and watch that (My Own Words) 'Meat Dress, Blood Stained-Panty-Wearing Sell-Out Satanist' influence your 8 year old daughters mind..?

He got a little taken back by that comment...

He replied in his usual 'Dumbfounded' tone - "What's wrong with that...?"

I replied - "You Dumb-'Effing' Bastard, its time you started paying attention to what your children watch on TV"..!

He again was 'Dumbfounded' and started to take offence to my advice...

I said to him - "You naive bastard, just put in a You Tube Search - "Lady Gaga Satanist", then come back to me after you've educated yourself..!"

    ...and 'Hung-Up'

3 Days later I get another call - "Yep - You were'nt telling BS were you, it took me a whole afternoon to re-educate ???? as to why 'Lady Gaga' wasn't a very good role model for such a young mind..! That very day I went out and bought her the latest 'Taylor Swift' album and decided I should take more of an interest in what my kids are listening to, let alone influenced by..!"

I replied - "Good to hear..!"

(Moral of the Story) - Don't sugarcoat anything, tell them the 'TRUTH' and if they don't listen its not your problem and at least you tried..!

The fact that she went insane and threw your daughter out proves that she knows on some level that it's true. If she really thought it was nonsense, she would have just laughed. She's upset on a deep level, but she can't deal with it. I deal with this all the time. I know so many people who are trying so hard to ignore what they know is true. They get angry because when I talk about it they can't ignore it anymore.
