UFO filmed over Ipswich, Queensland - 12 April

Hi Avalonians,

A friend in Australia has just sent me this brand new video of a sighting over Ipswich, west of Brisbane that was shot in the last few hours by a close friend. You can hear him talking with others while he is filming.

Apparently, similar óbjects´have been seen in the area during the last 2 months.

We would love to hear what the minds on the Avalon Forum have to say.

was just a thought,Zebra.as the video talked about a port hole........ if something is traveling at the speed of light we would not be able to see it , the light cant catch up to it ,so if it slowed down we would .as it slowed down, i would imagine that it would look like a plasma type light mixing tones until it stabilized the reflection.we would see the craft and the light flashing around it ,at least for a little while, to me it could sorta look like a port hole.......just a thought.

If these objects have been around for about two months, I wonder if they have anything to do with the nearby Amberley airforce base? Just a thought. Ipswich was also very badly affected by the floods last year, a tent city I believe has grown in the region .. more thoughts. I meander, just wondering why these sightings have prevailed over the last few months in this particular area?

Good question mojo. Nothing more about the observation itself but I will ask. My friend emailed a short while ago and says the guy is very keen to find out more, to understand what he has witnessed and documented.

He wrote: '' he will be very interested in what your friends have to say! We recently, out of the blue so to speak, had a long conversation about such things. It appears that his headspace has very much been "reached" in that mysterious and sometimes all-encompassing way with which we are both familiar! Send me the low-down and I'll pass it on.''


So mojo, it sounds like he has been having some other experiences that might be connected. Sounds also like this is all very recent for him as well. At least consciously.

I'll keep on it and update when I can get some more information.

That's a very interesting video. I would love to see some more videos if your friend sees the objects again.

It's a shame your friend doesn't have a tripod. Even a tiny $5 tripod would make a huge difference.

I live near Melbourne and I frequently see similar objects. With the naked eye, they appear like a star rapidly changing colours - mostly white, blue, red, white, blue, red. With binoculars, it is obvious they are not a stars. Unfortunately, I don't own a video camera. My old digital camera can't zoom close enough, nor can it handle the very low light to get clear pictures.

I've been to Ipswich a few times, most notably in 1995 when there were a lot of UFO sightings in that area and in particular, Mount Walker (see google maps) where people had reported lights like these coming in and out of the top of it.



So we formed an investigative team and went out there at 3am in the morning, and started climbing this mountain.

I was the first one to reach the top, and was stunned to find that on the peak was a helicopter landing pad and a large antenna.

You see Amberley Air Force base is not far away and they apparently use this antenna to bounce signals off to the base.

Just one possible explanation anyway..I have a photo of myself meditating on top of it around 6am.

Interesting. I noticed a light here last week as I was looking out of the window, very early in the morning, and because of this kind of changing colour behaviour, it got my attention. But it was very small. And it had disappeared after I had got my camera ready. I will be sure to pass the tripod tip along (by the way, he is the friend of my friend, we have not met yet. My friend and I have had some history together in the field, and he hoped that I could help this guy further).

Cool. You do know this area well That is a great photo!

I actually had a conversation a few years ago with the co-ordinators of UFO Research Qld and they told about a particular person in this area of Brisbane, who would regularly go into 'a zone' (which his mother described) and disappear out of the house. Eventually, she followed him early one morning and found that he went to Mount Walker. He would climb up there and remain for hours. And, the story unfolded with the help of UFORQ to discover that he was having regular contact up there .. and I also saw some photos of skin conditions, after such encounters. I do not know anymore of this case. I believe from memory that it started around 1993, because I was researching to do a documentary, that eventually turned into something else.

So, ironically, this was around the time you went on your trip up there. I have forgotten, but I don´t recall the information that there was a helipad up there - in 1993. Hmm.

I am still waiting on more information from this latest video. My go between to this guy is finding out. But, another interesting comment the guy had said to him was: the sightings have been so consistent over the last two months that the craft are like the furniture around here. It is like they are observing us!

So, we shall see.

living on the gold coast up until mid 90s, i remember numerous sightings from the hinterland ranges , the coastline and up to ipswich, it was sorta common talk but not many were interested in investigating. these days interest is growing and there are far more eyes in the sky, and more intelligent thought is given on the subject.and yes the skys can so very clear in those areas.living in europe i miss those larger sky views.
what i guess i wanted to say is that it wasnt that uncommon 20 years ago,there is a huge imortantnce in the area for quite some time now. the more info released, the closer we are to the truth's that have evaded us.interesting post!

here is the sight location of the base using google earth 27°37'50.21" S 152°41'43.06" E
it is interesting to see as there are about 10 fighters parked so close to each other that it seems crazy , with one hit you could wipe out 10. and there was a circular construction which could be base foundations for tanks but they do seem strange ,thats not the way i would do foundations!, they are in construction, worth a look.
curiously i wrote" amberley air force base and ufos" and there were 21,300 hits on the net, so happy hunting, there are a lot of people out there that have seen things flying about in that area.

Looks like these are man-made crafts, probably dispatched from the Pine Gap area. One way of telling if it is a fake one is if the craft stays in the sky for too long then it is a man-made one. Jackovesk posted an excellent footage of a spacecraft here on this forum; you can see that the spacecraft moved incredibly fast away from the people who just spotted it in the distance. The real ET's who are not here to harm us are very scared of the human species, because everytime they are spotted they get shot down. Humans are primitive, stupid and violent species, they just want to kill everything that moves and these ET's want to avoid being killed by us.

If I was one of these friendly ET's I would stay away from humans as far as possible. I bet there are more beautiful planets in the universe that can be explored, why bother with this one which has the most violent organic critters in the universe. The humans riding these man made spacecrafts have no fear of being shot down so they are not in a hurry to move fast across the sky when they are being spotted, and seriously when you think about it, they could easily be shot down by any one of the numerous space based weapons.

That totally 'FREAKED ME OUT', the 1st thing I thought about when I woke up this morning was...

I should start a 'Thread' on my 'Amazing' Dream I had last night, where I recieved what seemed like an 'Incredible' Download of Information & Energy, then saw a 'MASSIVE' White-Light that encompassed the entire room I was in...Whoooaaa..!

I even searched for my 'Sketchbook' this morning so I could draw what I saw and experienced...

If he was filming this in Ipswich and looking Westerly, that UFO would have been right over the Brisbane CBD and virtually right over the top of my house...

tonton, thanks for the info. I just checked out the base on google and looking at the round structures. What do you mean about the foundations, what are tanks, or how do you think they are normally footed?
I wonder about Amberley now, because of all of this information coming to light, because I always thought it to be quite an innocuous facility. Doing pubic air shows, sending F1 11s over dump and burn flyovers during new years eve celebrations, that sort of thing. And, it is very close also to Brisbane city and Ipswich and we can see a lot of detail from the air, by way of google.

The presence of ufos over the last 2 months, could be as Cilka has now raised, possibly military and not ET. The fact, she says, that they just stay there for long periods of time. This raises some interesting questions, in light of the false flag attack.

Or, what is going in Amberley? Is it the classic scenario of hiding things in plain sight? You got to wonder.

tonton, have you ever heard about the book called Alien Honeycomb? It came out in the 80s, from memory. One of the first books I read on Australian sightings. It was a fantastic account where the author went on an investigation that brought him to the hinterland of the gold coast .. to search out information that a ufo had crashed on land that was owned by Telecom. He tells in the book how the caretaker of the property eventually took him to a shed and revealed this strange metallic material, that resembled honeycomb. There were photos in this book as well. Apparently all other evidence had been removed. But, he made the mistake of sending the object away for testing - and although he got results back - the artifact itself was 'disappeared'

POST UPDATE: Just checked, the author was John Pinkney. The book is available through Amazon. Used copies are now selling from 44 dollars each !!!
