I Dennis T Leahy hereby bet Mr. Paul Moo Pythonic Cow:

If Paul wins the bet: Paul receives monies to buy 1 (one) gallon of raw milk
If Dennis wins the bet: Dennis receives monies to buy 1 (one) gallon almond milk

I don't usually bet, unless I'd enjoy losing . In this case, I'd enjoy losing. Me and 7 billion of my closest friends.

But a couple of loose ends make the debt hard to decide.

What's the sell-by-date on this bet? If we're still hemming and hawing in the old folks home, decades into the future, with the forecasts of "any day now" still being made frequently, then when do we agree that it didn't happen as Drake and yourself, Dennis, are expecting?

Perhaps the harder question -- how do we determine, if something like this does go down, big time, whether it really is a major positive shift for humanity, or just another big con job in a nice looking wrapper.

The date's a little tricky, but I'm not trying to duck anything. As I mentioned elsewhere, if I were employed in psyops on this, I'd announce a firm date or range (as Drake was told to do)... then I'd let that date pass... and would make up my own timeframe to spring it. If you want to press me, I'll agree to the 3rd week of May, which was the end of the 45 day window (even though, like I said, I don't hold team Drake to that date and applaud them if they use a psyop on the Bastards.) I'm personally giving them, oh, say... 90 to 100 days after the 45 day time window. If it does not happen by then, Drake goes on the shelf with the GFL.

If you say the date given by Drake should be the end date for the bet, and I lose, and the Plan happens a bit later, I will simply chuckle and hope you enjoyed the moo juice.

As to how we will know, I would say the PNAC crew that planned 9/11 will be among those arrested. So, I would look for the big names we are familiar with in PNAC (William Kristol, Dov S. Zakheim, Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz, Donald Rumsfeld, Richard Perle, et al) to be arrested. If none of those names are on the list of those arrested, and the list is just a handful of some banking Vice-Presidents as patsies, then I would think you nailed it (and they will get presidential pardons.)

I have a feeling we will be told Obama is a good guy who was operating under threat of family torture and death, and he will get off. I still would not believe it, however.
So anyway, those arrested would have to be very high up the chain of command to appear to be a believable sweep. If the Clintons and Poppy Bush are not on the list, I would also not trust the integrity of the operation.

Well, Paul and Dennis, I have followed your bets with interest. I used to be a professional bettor, so if I were to give this bet odds, I'd put it this way:

Dennis (5 out of the aforementioned jackasses out of 19 to be arrested prior to Sept 30, 2012).......... -300

Paul (ditto above, but after Sept 30, 2012)....................................................................................... + 270


So that means that if one were to put a $100 bet on Dennis' outcome, one would get only about a $133 return, for a total profit of only $33.


And if one were to place a $100 bet on Paul's outcome, one get a return of about $270, for a profit of $170.


So, in other words, the odds are about three times higher for Dennis' outcome to happen than Paul's outcome.

Have you spoken to any of the people in the states who ACTUALLY KNOW DRAKE AND ACTUALLY WERE SIGNERS IN THE PAPERWORK?

IT is so much more believable that AMERICANS are finally going to carry a plan...any plan to end this insanity in this country and around the world.

On what exactly do you base your "opinion"...I see nothing approaching a fact, Paul. With all due respect. I say approaching, because not a one of us knows all the "facts". But there small ones, like the people working with Drake, several of whom I now know personally because I am doing some work for them.

These are people who have lived a lot, who have been ACTUALLY fighting for our freedom in the courts, not just posting on a forum like the rest of us (i include myself), who have risked their lives in different ways. They have been working with Drake for months. They understand common law and the rest of it because they have working with it for years. These are real people. It is possible THEY were dooped? What about the actual paperwork? It is their paperwork...NOT Drake's.

Anyone can have a million contrary opinions and if Drake were asking to sign something or place our finger prints on something like the Republic does, but so many suppositions, I just have yet to understand. Drake is simply asking us, and this is really terrible right? to prepare, to store food, to take care of our neighbors, telling the Militia to be on alert, if any "portion" of the military still is loyal to the Banksters, to take action. Really terrible stuff?

And I don't believe Drake! I believe in us, as humans as free Americans, a people who have had enough. And if he were stooge, well, why would he be so stupid (not that I think he is) to bring up the ET stuff and all of that, which is turning people off that refuse to have an open mind. And it is a lot of people. I have a cousin who saw a "flying saucer" in her yard and she told me in one breath and the next breath went back to the previous conversation. It did not change her. My bad, Paul. The profit is $170, not $270. I'm a bit rusty.


So the -300 = a 75% chance of it happening.


The +270 = a 27% chance of it happening.


So the betting gods use a standard of betting $100 to determine the payout rates, so if something has only a 27% chance of happening, then the betting gods (Las Vegas) puts the odds at -300, which, with a $100 bet, pays out only $33.


It's rather convoluted about how they do things, but that's how they do it.


I hope that this can clear things up a bit.
