Default Past Lives - Who do you think you were?

Okay, I've posted this in other threads, so I thought I had better start a dedicated topic.

I'd like to start an honest and open talk about who you feel you were, or who you feel connected to in a past life, on the basis of Bill Ryan's own experience and recall.

No name calling or sarcasm here please, just a positive discussion about who or what you feel you might have been, good or bad, male or female, human or animal etc..

I used to find it very odd that I would walk into a room and a psychic among the crowd would just come up to me and say "excuse me, but I just have to tell you something...you were Akhenaten in a past life". After this happenned three or more times with different people. in different locations, in different states, and even at times when I was just at a party, I started to pay more attention to it and began researching who he was.

The more I looked, the more I didn't want to look. Especially the sculptures, as I feel like I am looking at myself and it is disturbing.

So I went to a past life regression with a very good kinesiologist, who muscle tested me to see if it was correct, and she confirmed that it was true. But I still remained uncertain, as I did not really want to believe it.

My wife believes it 100 percent, and often asks me why I chose a similar face this lifetime, and I answer sarcastically "so you would recognise me".

Appearance wise I have the same very broad shoulders, and unfortunately also inherited the inverted breast bone, extra long neck, protruding stomach and now began to wonder if this was why throughout my youth I would not go anywhere without wearing wide leather wrist bands.

One of the psychics explained to me that inside one of the wrist bands (that Akhenaten wore) there was a compartment with bones of one of his deceased children. I thought that was a bit wierd and creepy.

So maybe I was and maybe I wasn't? Bill Ryan has come to terms with his past lives, but the more I try to ignore the Egyptian connection and push it away as co-incidence or fantasy, the more information keeps coming through me in sudden flashes, when I am not even thinking about it.

I asked the same kinesiologist to test me to see why that happenned, and she said that the birth of our son was a trigger for the past life memory.

Enjoyed your site very much. It certainly tackles important gaps in current theory about key Egyptian symbolism, and also the uses and ability of the Great Pyramid.

Poor Tut. Missed the point. But then look who was left to teach him once Akhenaten (you?) left, lol. (joking, no sarcasm)

I once had a vision of being Nefertiti but quickly sent packing the intruding entities who caused that vision and returned to my own story. Given the material you have on your site, the story of Akhenaten surely falls to you.

My most vivid past life memories are 3 that I am still working through issues from in this lifetime - Atlantean, Greek and Hapsburg.

I believe that past life remembrance is most important when it opens paths for healing and integration of the whole self.

Although I might have been someone important or famous in a past life, I have only needed to explore 4 previous/alternate incarnations for the current life lesson. (and those 4 were just regular PEOPLE- I didn't even know what my names were)

Just before deciding on going through with the divorce, I asked my higher self to show me any relevant issues and ties to my then (- almost 20 years ago) current husband and what I was supposed to be working on at this time (whatever this life lesson, perception, issue- was).

    I was shown my lifetime(s)
1)- as a much older brother to my [husband]/-younger brother and was unhappy at having to sacrifice my dream and saved 'university 'tuition so I could TAKE CARE OF him because our parents died.
2)- a catholic nun ; unhappy with the life of sacrifice and the severe restrictions of that lifestyle and of having to TAKE CARE OF the FATHER-Regent (?)
3)- a hooker and unhappy with having to TAKE CARE OF others needs
4)- a housewife in the victorain era and unhappy at being a non-person who was expected to TAKE CARE OF husbands' needs (and whoever else 's needs that hubby ordered me to)

...and compare those past lives to this lifetime

I heard those same words from current hubby- I want you to TAKE CARE OF me

the TAKE CARE OF lesson was about not having to ”be responsible for/ accept responsibility for” anyone's actions and decisions for their life experiences in their lives... to such a point as to exclude my own needs and desires
… finding the balancing point of caring ABOUT other people but not be responsible FOR them.
I needed to only be responsible for my life experiences and decisions-

and I have been bumping up against LOTS of situations (now that I am consciously aware of what I am working on) this lifetime to help me exorcise that demon / practice fine-tuning a different response

I dunno, but this is something I have wanted to look into for years. Being into RV and all one would think that info would come, it has to several Military trained RV'ers I have known. Not me tho... I wish I knew a regression person in the Dallas area that helps with that.

I was a fourteen year old Inuit boy. I remember going on hunts with my uncle. It must have been many years or lifetimes ago because we were hunting with spears. Probably why I hate cold dark winters but love the northern light's.

Joan of Arc, Quoatzelcoatl (sp?), Odin, Lucifer, and many that are less infamous or completely unknown to Earthers (residing within a different vibrational density). I also have ties to Egypt which I am currently in the process of learning more about. Turns out all of my tattoos (three) are connected to their ancient mystery schools, though I had absolutely no idea at the times that I got them.

I have many past life memories. I once saw the whole past life thing from a perspective of higher consciousness. From that perspective the way we understand past-lives was similar to how we would explain something quite complex to a child. We look at it from a finite perspective, but what I saw was that it was much more fluid. The main thing is that the energy of a being is not solid. we are all simply consciousness that moves and flows through experience. We often hear people claiming to have been someone famous, and often there are many people who believe to be the reincarnation of the same person (this fact is often used to poopoo the whole notion of past lives). However, what I saw was the energy of Mozart, for example, remains in the collective, and elements of this energy can be accessed by beings for whom it is relevent. Access to this energy 'feels' like past life connection, and in a sense is, but not in the linear one being kind of way. Right now I feel like Christina Lavers, but one day my consciousness will move on. The energy of Christina Lavers will always be there and it may be used by another aspect of consciousness in another reality, or timeline. In another time or space there concievably could be many people who feel connected to the energy of Christina LAvers.

Gee hope this makes some sense...

yes... I like the analogy of the chili cookoff... it is the same meal... just different recipes competing for the prize... different people pick different recipes.

I haven't done past life regressions (yet), but my inner self tells me that Tibet and countries in the east have played a big part in my previous lifetimes. Atlantis and Lemuria long ago too. For some unknown reason I have allways felt this attraction towards cigars, I wonder why? I don't even smoke! I'm pretty sure most of my previous incarnations have taken place in the stars. I came from the higher densities to help this planet in this time of transition, that is all that I know for sure and nothing else actually matters.

I was a priestess in Egypt at the time of Akhenaten. I've spent only a few lives here on earth from what I can tell (a combination of memory and being told by psychics, with all of them telling me the same: that I've been a healer in every single life here.).

I also remember a few far less strenuous lives back "home." Where negative emotions don't exist, where colours are far more vibrant than anything here on earth, and where people simply are, thus able to revel in their joy of being.

    Hi Unicorn,

My own revelation of being an American Indian came through a strange process I was invited to experience at a friends house. He laid me down on the floor, and with his wife at my feet, they began rubbing my forehead and ankles in a circular motion. Then he started asking me to visualize myself getting taller and shorter, then asked to visualize a door, which I could step through.

Once I had done that, he said "not look down at your feet, what are you wearing?"

I was surprised to see that I was wearing moccasins and then he said to look around me, and I was in a forest, with other Indians around a sort of camp and there were horses. If I can remember what that process was called I'll post it, and maybe you can try it out. I've done it three times and every time I saw a different past life.

    Hello Karelia,

Thankyou for sharing your story, and indeed thankyou to everyone as this is often a difficult topic to explore.

I was explaining to Unicorn about a process I experienced, which you might like to try if I can find out the name, which is always very vivid in recall of past lives. In my Egyptian one, I was Akhnaten as a child, trying desperately to fit in, and also trying to explain to people all around me who I really was and where I had come from. You see I believe he may have been either from another world, or from the Atlantean empire.

Perhaps you can do some more readings around that area and see if more information comes to light. Visiting a museum with artifacts from that era also helps as a trigger.

    Thankyou Starseed,

I think many of us are drawn here to the Avalon forum, as we may have shared past lives together and are still searching for that connection to the past.

The Atlantean/Lemurian age for example that you mention must hold very strong past life memories embedded in our subconscious somewhere that would be incredible to unlock. I have had visions of running away from torrents of water engulfing the land, which may or may not have been related to that period.

It is interesting that you mention the stars, as I also think that we have all probably experienced lives on other worlds.
