If life has taught me one thing it is "where focus goes, energy flows." If one looks into the abyss long enough it will eventually suck one in.
If life has a purpose for the living it is to help create a world that we can be proud of handing over to our grandchildren.
Such a world has in it love, kindness, laughter, knowledge, work one enjoys, and community and family fun.
And in order to serve humanity with such ideal in mind one needs to maintain one's mind clean.
A task which only the self can perform.
Those who want to do the collective cleaning-up job on behalf of all humanity--- while they deserve everyone's respect and support -yet they ought to abstain from picking up every piece of dirt and hold it up in everyone's face.
While they perform a great service it should be understood that buckets and mops are best brought out at nights while businesses are closed to the public.

Yes, some things ought to be done in silence. Lest the very thing that one is cleaning up can be put upon others and the very things that one wants to create or could be created are canceled out completely. The road to good intentions can be paved in ****

May The Most High God take him to the Heaven he has longed to see. And may he find the answers to all his questions. And if he has time apart from his greatest joy, may he help us here on earth as we change the paradigm we are all struggling to change.

I think maybe Ulli is referring to certain threads with graphic content. I got lost on one such thread recently, looking for clarity on an experience I'd had years ago. After some reading I just became anxious and even short tempered. I made myself remember the experience I had was just that. An experience needed at that moment. It's not my reality.

Hmmmm posted an update last night
And it looks like it didn't go through
Never mind

Slept really well for the first time here
Thankfully as yesterday was intense -
we were working in dying and beyond
and all the various techniques for helping
people to cross over both with those still
living and facing death and those that got
stuck in between .

I went looking for my still born baby brother
and ended up eventually locating him along
with tens of thousands of others .
Looks like I have a major project on my
hands . Very intense day

We have until 3om today off thankfully
The other two girls are wanting to go exploring
visit a reptile park and other things but I'm
thinking that I might have a hermit day
just to re gather myself . We have 5 or 6
days straight of 12 hour solid working coming
up and I want to make sure I'm up for it

Have seen many more hawks sailing the skies than normal in the past 24 hours...and I've "locked eyes" with several of them in the past six months, so the display caught my attention. Dropped in to Avalon for a few minutes, and read the news about Jorr. My heart is breaking for Maria's loss and ours.

Today while driving back up the mountain a very large Lady Red Tail graced me with her presence flying in front and above me slowly making one wide circle, tipping her wings and then she took flight.

His passing was part of a general regrouping, and strategically extremely important.

Today is the 4 year anniversary of my Mom's passing due to stomach cancer and the other things that go along with it. That whole 6 month process was the most beautiful transformation/evolution that I've seen yet in this life and I cherish the memory. The memory is still clear in my mind of her body laying there and the rest of the family around grieving for their loss. I remember shrugging of other people's hugs as they wanted me to share and take part of their grief. I just wanted to feel my own emotions and not take on the burden of everyone else's.

There were 2 noise makers on a nearby table. It was one of those cardboard tubes with the paper coiled at the end and when you blew into it the coiled paper expanded out and whipped around and it had a kazoo like tip where you blew through. Anyways, I grabbed one of those and the caregiver (who was awesome and played a huge part in my mom shedding her old self and remembering her true self) grabbed the other and we looked at each other, knowingly. Each taking a deep breath, I kept in mind that this was a celebration of a beautiful woman that transformed into, it was just so beautiful; and blew. No physical sound came out and yet I felt carried with it.

And today, I celebrate my mom and her beautiful journey/transformation, while my family still grieves their own loss.

Be well; and celebrate life and the journey. Love you all.

I don't like to quote myself, but wanted to report that I simply forgot to look up at all yesterday in the garden. Obviously, I had to look down, and got absorbed.

It wasn't until I was collecting my tools to go home that I happened to look up, and a red-tailed hawk shot down from the sky nearby (hopefully taking a meal that would have eaten my winter squash, as the voles love to do.) Made me smile.
