This is why it's tricky figuring out who's a scam artist and who's not. People still have to eat, so charging money itself isn't necessarily a bad thing. It is common on Avalon for people to quickly attack anything they even remotely perceive to be in disagreement with them. It is high time that everyone on Avalon grew up and started taking responsibility for their own reactions. Not every situation is something that you need to "win".

It could be satellite based or ground based if mobile, as the reported locations of the various attacks have been both Europe based and while over the US.

Appears to correspond to dictator Putin's new "psi war" "we will bury you" statements.

The symptoms reek of a quantum attack weapon, microwave driven.

If it is very wide spread in "regions" and not just small fly thru zones, I would suspect MF or VHF carriers are being used for the quantum beam.

Okay, now this doesn't make sense. If it was a "Quantum attack" which itself is a very vague term, then it would not be a "beam" that would be being fired. It would be some sort of high power device in a remote location that would make use of entanglement to agitate its target area. The primary advantage to operating on a quantum level is nonlocality which allows you to affect particles over vast distances in an assumed untraceable way. In mainstream news we just had a report of entanglement functioning at a range of up to 97 KM, and I can only imagine what black project tech is at. Of course, this itself makes a huge number of assumptions about what the tech actually would be. However I'd hazzard a guess that if you had a way to entangle portions of the target's brain and/or nervous systems (central/autonomous) you could wreak havoc at a distance and turn just about anyone into a ticking time bomb waiting to go off. But then the question is what would they be entangling, targeting, and how could they affect it?

Too many questions, not enough data to answer.

The problem with finding a way ahead strategy for raising consciousness is the tendency of people to centralize any initiative/project around a central core of people and/or one individual, rather than keeping activities decentralized. This struggle will continue until people learn/choose to come from within, as that is the only way to raise consciousness effectively. Joining a group or movement will by design limit one's ability to affect change through such an organization. This is primarily why the freedom movement as it is currently structured will fail to fulfill the objectives as outlined in their public notice (see attached).

In other words, our modern civilization will continue its decline until people learn/choose to come from within.

A shift from this terminal phase of decline in which we find ourselves to a new phase of our collective existence signifying the beginning of a new civilization will become evident within the next 12 months. Debate abounds as far as exactly when this new phase shall begin, though that point is largely irrelevant. Until a critical mass of people learn/choose to come from within, humanity will remain firmly entrenched within the "old civilization" mindset. Therefore, "let's get people conscious first," and address other issues once consciousness has been raised and a sufficient number of people come from within.

By coming from within, one can literally reprogram the matrix without having to organize events, talk to people, etc.

This is the approach that the author of this post has chosen to pursue.

What type of consciousness raising are you describing? Because unless the couple hundred thousand or so people who visit New Age or UFOology websites are able to meditate and magically change the entire conscious attitude of the remaining six billion plus humans on Planet Earth then it is fallacious to expect this to happen minus hard evidence. The sad fact is that you simply can't reach the majority of people without something more than your word. It is entirely unreasonable to expect a human to take such a leap of faith when the world is so orderly and dictated and has been for so long. People should not be faulted for having a "Seeing is believing" attitude, it was beaten into them over generations of failure and cruelty.

That's the way I see it... when I focus on others in measurement of how much they are awakened, I am in judgement and wasting my time and energy and always end up getting frustrated by their "not getting it" (as if what I know is so special anyway). Thanks to lots of good posts on this forum, I have been adjusting my approach to a.) being positive and b.) just being.

I am amazed at how much and how fast others around me are changing (just kidding there). My point is that when I just be a positive, caring me without any expectation of others, others seem to be much more positive as well and I have found they are much more open to the information I think I possess.

I just hope I meet some more satanists so I can be this new, infectious me around some of them because that's the folks who in my humble opinion the consciousness changes most need to come from.
