The elderly man with the little white pony tale said it best, we have to reclaim ourselves from this crap. We cannot expand our consciousness if someone/thing is holding it hostage. Our self value, our self esteem. Our consciousness has to be cleared of it so something truer can move through it.

But even the 'good' guys resist every step of the way.
