Yes, failed missile launches can result in a spiral effect............BUT, not as perfectly symetrical as these images. These are NOT failed missiles.

Yes, failed missile launches can result in a spiral effect............BUT, not as perfectly symetrical as these images. These are NOT failed missiles.

Since the 'authorities' cannot (truly) explain these happenings (even if they Know what they Are), and that they are so extremely visible to Everyone, they need to offer the illusion of 'knowledge', so as to maintain control. Thus the the use of 'a failed missile launch', and many believe this as they have been trained to look towards these 'powers' for answers. This attitude and approach displays the level of conceit these people have for the general population.

I, for one, do Not see these as 'rockets'...

Now, - breaks between dimensions - possibly.

ET displays to get everyone's attention... also a possibility.

But, Really... rockets?! That's truly pathetic. (there's no 'launch' trail leading up to these spirals, nor is there any offering of Where this 'rocket' was launched, nor do they offer even a photo of the 'rocket') This shows how truly desperate these so-called 'powers' are.

I originally felt exactly this. However, more than a few have happened away from heavily populated areas, thus somewhat negating the 'notification' aspect.

Here's one from western Canada... not exactly a 'hotspot' for doing Any 'notification'. Of particular note is the 'ship' that initiates this phenomena.
While 'we' do have some superior technology, I personally don't think this is something we've yet been able to accomplish. I may be wrong, but I don't feel I am.

I also don't feel that HAARP is capable of this type of phenomena. I know there are those that say it is, but, personally, I don't see that we have the ability to concentrate the phenomena to such a discrete point with such a visual effect.

These spiral patterns are a result of missiles releasing aerisols into the atmosphere. This is known officially as the cloud of C.A.R.E. or Controlled aerisol release experiment.
