I have no knowledge of the jurisdictional or other legal aspects. The defendant called OITC is the link to the federal reserve and the reason for the purported commercial liens being filed against them and their cronies in europe. The delay of the mass arrests, according to drake, was due to finalization of 'legalities', all or part of which involved this lawsuit. Of course, in the last update, the mass arrests have supposedly been put on hold while the cabal negotiates its surrender .

The OITC is an organisation that calls itself the Office of International Treasury Control. According to Wikipedia, OITC has tried to run scams in Ecuador, Fiji and the United Kingdom, and one of its directors was imprisoned. The OITC also claims to be chartered under a United Nations number, but this has turned out to be false.

European finance officials have discussed limiting the size of withdrawals from ATM machines, imposing border checks and introducing euro zone capital controls as a worst-case scenario should Athens decide to leave the euro.

EU officials said the ideas are part of a range of contingency plans. They emphasised that the discussions were merely about being prepared for any eventuality rather than planning for something they expect to happen.

But with increased political uncertainty in Greece following the inconclusive election on May 6th and ahead of a second election on June 17th, there is now an increased need to have contingencies in place, the EU sources said.

When Drake Bailey looks up, he doesn't see Mother Nature at work. Instead, this Venice, Florida resident says he sees the weather ‘big brother' wanted him to have.

"When I was a kid in the 1950's, winters were different. Well, has anything changed that? You start asking questions and eventually you end up at places that give you the answers," Bailey told us.

His answer? Chemtrails.

But in order to understand chemtrails, you need a little science lesson about their counterparts called contrails. Contrail is short for condensation trail, or the visible trail of condensed water vapor made by the exhaust of airplane engines.

Bailey's theory is that chemicals are being added to jet fuel turning contrails into chemtrails. The government then uses ground technology to superheat the air, releasing those chemicals. Depending on the type of chemical, rain clouds will form, or be prevented from forming. The end result? The government can control droughts, floods, even hurricanes.

Both the History and the Discovery channel have produced documentaries about the theory. Books have been written; even federal agencies like the Air Force and the Environmental Protection Agency have had to address thousands of inquiries about the subject.

Where's the proof? Well, scientists have put chemicals in the atmosphere before.

Meteorologists call it cloud seeding. While it has a very minimal effect, scientists have produced rain by spreading dry ice, or silver iodide, in the upper parts of clouds.

In the 1960s and '70s the government attempted something similar with a project called Storm Fury. It was a partnership with the Navy to try and reduce the strength of hurricanes by cooling and weakening the storm's core.

"The problem is, this Storm Fury idea didn't work," said Dr. Chris Landsea, with the National Hurricane Center in Miami. "They tried it around a few storms. It turns out what they were doing essentially had no effect."

As for chemtrails? Dr. Landsea says they're not real.

"Unfortunately, large-scale weather modification is just science fiction at this point. There are theories into how you could do it but practicality it just doesn't work," he said.

He says what theorists call chemtrails, are really lingering contrails produced by the right weather conditions. We may see more of them in Florida because our high humidity can make contrails grow and stick around for much longer than in places with lower humidity levels.

But Bailey doesn't buy it, and neither do thousands of others who blame the government, not Mother Nature, for the weather.

I liked the show too and my feeling is good on this but there are contradictions between cobra and drake that I don't like. One of the things that cobra said was that he knew 10 years ago the mass arrest were decided for april 2012. However drake said it was only decided after the papers were sent to the Hague last year. What's up with that? This is a contradiction to me and one I don't take lightly.

Sounds like Cobra is saying that if the Cabal does NOT surrender by about June 23, then it's all going to be much harder but the mass arrests will happen. The banks will have to all close down first in that case before the mass arrests.

It is very hard to know what the Cabal will do. They don't think the same way most humans do. It would obviously be in their best interest to surrender, but will they? We just don't know yet.

Many people may feel great discomfort during all the transition -- especially those who have not been awake due to their lifelong programming -- but once the transition has finished everyone will like it.

Cobra explains about the Archons. I really need to hear that part again, but the Archons do a lot to influence how people feel and what they think (including the Cabal and the Lightworkers). The mass meditations have been especially helpful in getting a victory over the Archons. Cobra says we have had a lot of success removing the Archons in the base few weeks, but not 100% yet. Not all of them have yet been removed from the astral planes and in the physical (in the Jesuit faction). The Jesuit faction is a religious military group that has influenced most of the events in human history over the past 400 years or so. They understand occult technologies, how the human mind works, etc. They are infiltrated in the top parts of the Catholic Church (and most of them are in Italy right now).

Cobra talks about going physically onto a ship with the Pleiadians in this life. Cobra was born to human parents but has an "unbroken" connection to a previous life in Pleiades. It was very hard for Cobra to come back to Earth life because the vibrations with the Pleiadians was so much higher.

The condition before the Pleiadians to will come reveal themselves to us en mass is that first the Cabal must be removed. It will begin with a few individuals and the media and then there will be some fly-overs....

Cobra explained that after the Cabal has surrendered the United Nations will no longer be under the Cabal's control.

Pleiadians will appear first among ET races because they are the most like humans both psychologically and physically.

I find this interesting, because when people talk about the cabal, not many seem to think of the Jesuits. People tend to focus more on the money side of things. If you ask the average person, the Jesuits are just missionaries and intellectuals. But he calls them the physical Archons. Hmm. This is what he says about them on his site:

I like very much like Cobra (at Portal 2012), but don't know who s/he is. Reading and hearing the messages at Portal 2012 seem to "pull all the ends together" for me. It also makes it more real for me the ET participation in what is going on.

It is pretty clear to me that the HUGE TRANSITION is still coming; and as said by Cobra, if the elite does not publicly conceded and remove themselves from offices of power by approx. June 22nd, the mass arrests will STILL BE ON.

And, to be honest, I actually feel just as comfortable -- if not MORE comfortable -- listening to Cobra at Portal 2012 as I do listening to Drake himself. (Even though I live in Texas and was born here, some of the Southern style gets to be a bit much for me at times. I'm okay with it, but prefer Cobra's style.)

Cobra also explains that if the Cabal does NOT abdicate and step down by June 22nd, the MASS ARREST SCENARIO WILL CONTINUE.

This is going to happen. One way or the other, it is happening, and it is happening soon.

Hi Avocadess I listened to the Cobra interview last night and think he backs up what Drake is saying. I feel he is doing what he says he is. It's the first time I have heard him and I have never read any of his statements in blogs etc. I visited his website and had trouble finding anything to read that he wrote. he sounds English to my ears. He isn't American as even an accent would be detectable through all the voice obscuity.

Hi Stan,
With "code" I mean the messages he posts allegedly for insiders. I read it somewhere, probably on his website or possibly on kauilapele's blog. Those short messages he posts that don't seem to have any meaning.

As to his name, I have no idea why except that reptiles do not equal reptilians.
