Mike has letter of intent in hand, which is essentially an offer by certain investors to buy the Boss' company. Will get it to Boss on Monday, and Boss will have one week to sign. If Boss does not agree to sell company (which is a management buyout), Mike walks. That's scary.

Being true to who he is, Mike has 2 back up plans in place. If boss does not sell, the person making the offer wants Mike to start fresh with him...start a new company. That's scary.

Second back up plan...had phone call with President of Indiana company. If management buyout does not work out, there is a place for him there. Though they currently are under a hiring freeze, they would take him in a heartbeat. That's scary.

Hmmmm....courage is not the absence of fear....

    Much Love,
Life is a road we don't travel alone. But everyone's on their own journey home.

Our Village has performed quite a few healing feats, some of which I have witnessed in person. The greatest of such was when my husbands latest arrhythmia attack
had been ongoing for nearly 24 hours until I finally remembered that perhaps I should ask the other Villagers for help. I did, and his heart beat was back to normal within less than 5 minutes.
So it's quite evident that we all here make a powerful healing team.
Now I want to call for something a bit more tricky. The Houman thread has made me aware of the urgency. Astrid also has been enlightening in the matter. I don't have any specific cases to ask for help right now, but perhaps by focusing on this video of the rescue of a humpback whale who got entangled in fishing nets we could create a freedom mission, to disentangle wherever someone is trapped...in a general way. i'm sure later on we will become aware of specific cases.

See what happens when you fess up and let the air flow around things?

It's a sure way to get things moving along in a new and better direction.

I remember i fessed up something to a therapist right at the last minute
of the session. And i was like , shoot i wasn't going to talk about that, to which
he replied "It means that you are ready to be honest with yourself" ( about that issue)
He was correct on that, not on many other things but on that he was spot on.

Was talking to a friend today who's carrying an old heart wound from a failed romance, and recalled this ancient tale:

One day a young man was standing in the middle of the town proclaiming that he had the most beautiful heart in the whole valley. A large crowd gathered and they all admired his heart for it was perfect. There was not a mark or a flaw in it. Yes, they all agreed it truly was the most beautiful heart they had ever seen. The young man was very proud and boasted more loudly about his beautiful heart. Suddenly, an old man appeared at the front of the crowd and said "Why your heart is not nearly as beautiful as mine." The crowd and the young man looked at the old man's heart. It was beating strongly, but full of scars, it had places where pieces had been removed and other pieces put in, but they didn't fit quite right and there were several jagged edges. In fact, in some places there were deep gouges where whole pieces were missing. The people stared -- how can he say his heart is more beautiful, they thought? The young man looked at the old man's heart and saw its state and laughed. "You must be joking," he said. "Compare your heart with mine, mine is perfect and yours is a mess of scars and tears." "Yes," said the old man, "Yours is perfect looking but I would never trade with you. You see, every scar represents a person to whom I have given my love. I tear out a piece of my heart and give it to them, and often they give me a piece of their heart which fits into the empty place in my heart, but because the pieces aren't exact, I have some rough edges, which I cherish, because they remind me of the love we shared. Sometimes I have given pieces of my heart away, and the other person hasn't returned a piece of his heart to me. These are the empty gouges -- giving love is taking a chance. Although these gouges are painful, they stay open, reminding me of the love I have for these people too, and I hope someday they may return and fill the space I have waiting. So now do you see what true beauty is?" The young man stood silently with tears running down his cheeks. He walked up to the old man, reached into his perfect young and beautiful heart, and ripped a piece out. He offered it to the old man with trembling hands. The old man took his offering, placed it in his heart and then took a piece from his old scarred heart and placed it in the wound in the young man's heart. It fit, but not perfectly, as there were some jagged edges. The young man looked at his heart, not perfect anymore but more beautiful than ever, since love from the old man's heart flowed into his.

A week or so ago, a blue jay nest fell out of a pine tree in our yard, and we've been looking after two young jays who are still getting their flying act together. There's a few sneaky cats in our neighborhood who'd like nothing more than a baby bird feast, and we keep Amos primed to chase them off when they prowl around. The other jays in the trees warn us when they spot a cat, and off he goes. They've come to appreciate his service, and don't fly away when he's walking around the yard.

    Here's one of the youngsters:

    Thank you Ulli,

Poor whale but what an amazing soulful story.

It is a great analogy for fragmented or trapped souls and mostly the gift that freedom brings.

    Corvus!

Your Blue Jay doesn't look like ours, but gorgeous just the same. I love the auburn-red under the tail and the black mohawk. Whenever we see a blue jay, and there is now a three generation family that roosts in our yard and they eat willingly out of our garden. If I find a grub or earthworm while digging or weeding, I'll always toss it into the compost, and employ its benevolent activities there. If one of the Jays is watching me while I work, it will swoop down boldly and snatch it up. We address them each with the name Corvus. The kids are quick to say, "Look! There's Corvus!" I'll have to take a picture of our resident blue jays post it, too.

Many blessings in return and to all!

    What a beautiful video Ulli.
    Such a magnificent creature!

I've never been able to watch a film with whales or dolphins in it in distress, without a cry, so this is a wet waking up today.

I really like your idea, about trying as a group to assist with entanglement issues and have been thinking in the same directions.

    I'm in for it.

This post below was written in reply to Waky's post, not Meeradas', who sneaked his picture in there while I was writing.
This picture has just opened a whole new can of worms in my head. Shame on you, Meeradas. I'll throw the book at you.

    @ Wakytweaky
Great. I have my natal Capricorn sun squared by Neptune and like all squares this has thrown the whole works at me, regarding Piscean complexes. Neptune is the ruler of Pisces, and like water, he dilutes and dissolve.
The spiritual wanderings, the getting lost, the tendency to being easily misled, being impressionable, and recurring loss of identity, which was then always quickly countered by my strong Aquarians planets which insist on identity.
So even though right now I'm on a temporary plateau where I feel fairly clear-headed, I know that it is only a matter of time and I' ll be in deep confusion again, especially when Neptune starts the opposition to my natal Saturn.

Being caught in a net or web is currently going to be a problem for lots of people as Neptune is currently in Pisces, still only at two degrees.the next few years will have all humanity experience what it feels like to be a Pisces. More people will become spiritual, but that can work in many ways. Becoming lost or entangled is a typical Piscean karma, and which creates in an individual a desire for clarity and finding direction.

For some this might simply mean getting freed from the shackles of extreme materialism and to own only what is essential for operating one's current agenda. Many people who have lost their homes have come through the experience with a new vision of who they are and what they want, and mostly what they want to DO with their lives. They have learnt a big lesson about their banks and how those easy loans and promises entrapped them in a false sense of security.
Accumulating more stuff than is needed won't work any longer with Neptune in Pisces, as all will be disolved and redistributed elsewhere.
Yet there will be the discovery of provisions appearing just at the right moment, again and again.
Invisibility is not just an attribute of dark and ill-meaning entities, but also of those who wish us well.
Saviors are all around, and they help mostly those who don't sit around waiting for saviors to show up.
The saying 'God helps those who help themselves' (and others) is still true as ever, and nowadays God helps those even more who have formed groups.

    @Meeradas
I followed the Ruhnama link you provided. This led me to being reminded of one of the main reasons why I left the Baha'is. The movement had become gradually more and more top-down, with a communist type flavor creeping in, especially after the wall went down in Berlin. Any organization can be instantly judged by how they deal with dissent, and my reason for dropping out was related to this atmosphere of a controlling hierarchy similar to the Soviet Politbureau.
Anyway, the Bahai leadership which is called The Universal House of Justice, instead of allowing the grassroots to interact freely through the various Bahai media had started to censor all letters and critiques. They were disenrolling people who didn't follow the party line. And they had made it compulsory on all Baha's to join a study circle called, get this, "The Ruhi Institute".
So now I know where they got the name,
The word Ruhe in German means stillness, quiet, silence.
All governing bodies that don't understand their mandate fear a noisy crowd. Their only desire is to maintain control.
The last House of Justice member who still represented the right Bahai spirit was an American by the name of Dr. Ruhe, which to me is the right place for stillness...government should be still, quiet, silent, letting the children play.
Not imposing stillness on the people but maintaining it in their own ranks.

A friend sent me this email:

"Never squat with your spurs on . . ."

Will Rogers, who died in a 1935 plane crash, was one of the greatest political sages this country has ever known.

    Some of his sayings:
    1. Never slap a man who's chewing tobacco.

    2. Never kick a cow chip on a hot day.

    3. There are two theories to arguing with a woman. Neither works.

    4. Never miss a good chance to shut up.

    5. Always drink upstream from the herd.

    6. If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.

    7. The quickest way to double your money is to fold it and put it back into your pocket.

    8. There are three kinds of men:
    - The ones that learn by reading.
    - The few who learn by observation.
    - The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence and find out for themselves.

    9. Good judgment comes from experience, and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

    10. If you're riding' ahead of the herd, take a look back every now and then to make sure it's still there.

    11. Lettin' the cat outta the bag is a whole lot easier'n puttin' it back.

    12. After eating an entire bull, a mountain lion felt so good he started roaring. He kept it up until a hunter came along and shot him.

The moral:  When you're full of bull, keep your mouth shut.

    ABOUT GROWING OLDER...
First ~Eventually you will reach a point when you stop lying about your age and start bragging about it.

Second ~ The older we get, the fewer things seem worth waiting in line for.

Third ~ Some people try to turn back their odometers.

Not me; I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

Fourth ~ When you are dissatisfied and would like to go back to youth, think of Algebra.

Fifth ~ You know you are getting old when everything either dries up or leaks.

Sixth ~ I don't know how I got over the hill without getting to the top.

Seventh ~ One of the many things no one tells you about aging is that it's such a nice change from being young.

Eighth ~ One must wait until evening to see how splendid the day has been.

Ninth ~ Being young is beautiful, but being old is comfortable.

Tenth ~ Long ago, when men cursed and beat the ground with sticks, it was called witchcraft.Today it's called golf.

And, finally ~ If you don't learn to laugh at trouble, you won't have anything to laugh at when you're old.
