Something is definitely going on. I have had similar expoeriences in the last few weeks. I feel an increased sexual energy that disturbs meditation....I'm not sure if disturb is the proper word. It is more of a distraction.

Cosmic orgasm is a term mostly defined the sexual experience and expanded orgasm experienced during the effect of some psychedelics such as LSD and psilocybin (magic mushrooms). It is believed that the orgasm is experienced in every cell of the body, with the unification of ONENESS with the Universe. The pleasure they say is undefinable.

What a trip. Found this info on the link you posted Sis. I myself Have never reached an orgasm tripping on LSD in my younger years. Its never to late! Cosmic Orgasm seems like the way to full oneness. Ahhhhhhhhhhh

I occasionally try to explain the bliss of merging with other beings in other dimensions as a cosmic orgasm. There is really no comparison to sex here on earth, or even to having an ongoing kundalini rush, which is very sensual and sexual. The most awesome sex I ever engaged in was when I was in the middle of a kundalini rush lasting a year. The next most awesome sex was when I imbibed mushrooms or LSD or practiced tantric sex.

Part of my process of meditation when I started in earnest to try leaving my body by meditating about 2 hours every morning at 3 am, was experiencing a huge increase in sensuality/sexuality during the meditation. It usually happened after about an hour or two if it was going to happen. If I gave into the sensual feeling it pulled me back into my body. If I went beyond it, I would jump out of my body and into other dimensions. This was a challenge fairly often for a couple of months but I finally learned to ignore the pull back down into the body. It almost seemed like it was something that was being used to keep me from leaving my body. When I felt that sensuality and everything became AWESOMELY sensual and sexual, I often didn't WANT to leave my body. I had to literally REFUSE to continue feeling it, to raise my concentration either up to my pineal or crown chakra... and it was a battle! I lost the battle as often as I won it.

After about a month of leaving my body consistently, the sensuality of the physical no longer had the power to hold me in my body. So for me it was something to overcome. I felt it was the final block or trick to keep me in the body. When out of body I found that the sensuality was a thousand-fold magnified. It was so far beyond the sensuality of the physical plane that it helped lessen the pull of the physical sensuality. No matter how many awesome experiences I've had while in my physical body, including tantric, kundalini or merging with the earth...they cannot hold a candle to being in a spirit or light body and having what I consider to be a true cosmic orgasm, merging with other beings.

I've always been connected to Mother Earth. Long walks in the woods. I use to have conversations with anything that talked with me; trees, rocks, streams, violets. I had a place where I'd lay on these huge boulders and they give off a low, deep talk vibration. I never needed to know what they were saying. It just seemed natural. Fortunately I didn't know any different. My guess was that I needed to ground when I went there.

This is what I look forward to the most: merging with other beings. I feel it on some levels now. I'm not trying to make it happen, only keep an awareness on what comes up. When I'm around strangers, it feels as if I've know them forever. Sometimes, everyone looks the same. And everyone from Avalon comes with me when I'm out on a walk. I see them as light bodies. We merge sometimes into one whole light but still separate at the same time.

My heart expands, and I'm choking back this intensity when I talk with strangers about nothing. It is more often than not now. It's still relatively new, so I don't have the words you have yet. The feelings are unmistakable.

I know what you mean about your heart expanding when talking with almost anyone about anything. I sometimes don't look at people because even when I'm just shopping for groceries I can look at someone and I feel so pulled towards them. When I smile at them and say hello it's almost like I'm glowing and projecting love at them. It's not on purpose, it just happens. I've had this "problem" for most of my life and it used to get rather awkward having so many men fall in love with me and women attracted to me. When I was young I thought it was because they thought I was good looking, but later I realized it was because of the love I can't easily stop projecting. So I deliberately became somewhat of a loner and sort of tough on the exterior in order not to encourage so many men.

There is something very powerful about just sitting and looking into the eyes of someone else. Once when I was in an encounter type group called Life Spring, we did an exercise where two people sat facing each other in chairs with knees touching. We looked into each others eyes and took turns asking and answering a question like "what do you really want" or "who are you". It became very trancelike after a while and we were supposed to blink as little as possible and keep staring directly into each others eyes. We didn't know exactly what the goal was except that the facilitators said that either we would "GET IT" or we wouldn't. I found out what "GET IT" meant. The lady I was doing the process with and I suddenly popped out above our bodies and merged, and instantly knew everything about each other since we became each other.

When we returned to our bodies we couldn't stop laughing since we were basically in a state of bliss. So they put each of us with other people who hadn't "Gotten It" yet. With each person they put me with I just sort of reached inside them and pulled them out into a merge above our bodies. The room was really rocking with everyone going into laughter in bliss and humor. I think I pulled about 6-7 people out and merged with them and so did the other lady I had started with. Maybe we could call that "Cosmic Group Astral Sex"! LOL...Over the following years I tried it with a few friends and had success several times.

This was before I experienced merging on other dimensions but it was still quite fantastic! I guess it was in a higher vibrational state but still right above our bodies so the vibration was not a LOT higher than our normal 3D state. When you leave the earth vibrational frequency altogether, you can't (at least I can't) even see anything of the earth or this entire universe because this is a rather slow vibrational frequency. I also have no interest at all in earth or this universe when I'm out of body in higher vibrational frequency dimensions.

This might be a fun exercise for people to try. There seems to be a huge magnetic pull from within the eyes. There is probably a strong connection to the soul through the eyes. About a week ago I was sitting and happened to look into a large mirror that was only about 4 ft. in front of me. I stared into my eyes and soon began to see my aura, then I started seeing energy and I thought if I kept it up much longer I might just leave my body.

When you're looking into someone else's eyes in the exercise I described, you can see their face change into many different faces, young and old, beautiful and ugly, wise and stupid, good and evil, male and female...all the opposites in duality. Most of the other people who did this exercise also saw this happen and it can happen when you look into a mirror. I thought it might be all the earthly illusions passing through my mind. The key is to not pull back, to keep your emotions in check and just go with whatever happens with no judgments.

I was part of a monthly group encounter for almost two years, in the late 70's. Friday 5:00 PM to Sunday 3:00 PM. There were the regular nine or ten, and some times an occasional friend of someones would join in. They never came back and a couple of times people bolted on Friday night.

We only left the room for meals and bathroom breaks and 11:00 pm-6:00 am for sleep. Which I never really could do because of the intensity of the day. There was a pattern where on Friday night, people wouldn’t make eye contact with anyone because they were “warming up”. The same for Sundays afternoons.

It was a safe environment, so over the course of these days much came up. Two would enter the circle to “share” honest stuff, the good, the bad, and the ugly in the Now moment. There was mutual respect for bravery and heart expanding love when we joined back with the larger circle. Though, there were times that some had difficulty to see that each was only a mirror for the other.

Even though there was trust and love, people quickly put their masks on when they headed out the door. It was hard to integrate back into the “real world”. It was challenging to returned to the daily routines. I didn’t fit the world of make-believe and soon put on a small mask. That’s why I’m excited for this coming time, where everyone will shine who they are without fears of vulnerability; and for complete acceptance for everyone's uniqueness.

I was part of a meditation group in the 70’s and one of the exercises was to hold a candle by our chin while the group wrote down their impressions. It was easy to see the facial changes. We’d record past life impressions, and share the results.

Again....I’m sitting here with my mouth is opened, cuz your candor blows me away. Sensuality was not encouraged in my family. (Full disclosure, I live the era of the hippie times, nuff said. Clarification update: males only.) I can recall a time when I got my hair cut and was looking in the mirror. I’ve lost the words probably because I was only 8. It's more the feeling that I carry of how I was rebuked by my Mom. Even to this day, I have a bathroom mirror and one dusty one in the corner of my bedroom where I asked myself, “Do you think these jeans make me look fat?”

Work in progress here: I’d vacillate between painfully shy avoiding eye-contact to sheer silliness... all to avert intensity of an encounter. Which makes for a solitary life. Not a complaint. Just an awareness. I’m relearning/learning that there are degrees of sexual and sensuality intensity and heart expanding Love. In the day to day, with everyone, I am filled, and over flow; as mentioned painfully so. A good kind of pain, but sometimes I can’t get those words out to the stranger to say, "These are good tears - it’s a Blessed Heart connection." And I know, they too felt the connection.

I’m aware that I “should” stop this post. But also aware that it’s more because of vulnerability that I’m feeling in this moment. I'm fighting the urge not to push the "submit reply' button.

When I was involved in similar exercises to what you wrote about, I had the experience many times of seeing the infinite faces appear and slide off someone's face. I'm not sure I've ever heard of someone who has had the same experience or at least, who described their experience in terms that match my own so precisely.

Initially, the 'original' person in the chair across from me is surrounded by vast amounts of light that ebbs and flows in my vision. Then I go more deeply into the experience and the clouds of light take over completely and all I can see are two pinpoints where the physical eyes were.

When the faces begin, it can be embarrassing if I'm staring into the eyes of someone I don't know well or even who is a friend I've never let down boundaries with so thoroughly before.

I see faces of utter beauty...faces I'm in love with....faces that I feel such intimacy with that I burst into tears...as well as the ordinary, the ugly and the unknowns of all nationalities, races, time frames, economic and social status, etc with whom I'm sharing such a tender experience. I mean, how often do you get to stare lovingly, neutrally and compassionately into an entire world of people's eyes, individual by individual, each acknowledged and acknowledging... just 2-3 feet away? It's humbling.

Sometimes they come and go in milliseconds yet each is a recognizable distinct person (sometimes, non-human) with a soul. And every face is lit by the brightest, most flattering clear light! A photographer's dream.

Thanks for sharing. It took me back to the days when I was doing similar trainings.

I 'feel' that there will be even more people experiencing these effects, *as long as they make an effort to do so*.

My continued efforts are not all that I wish them to be, particularly when compared to those in this thread, and others in other threads. Two steps forward, one back, so to speak. Certainly, it doesn't help that I've never before this year done any meditation whatsoever, never mind not having any 'training'.

To hear of such great experiences is not only 'amazing', but also empowering, heartwarming and uplifting. They also show how far I need to go in my own journey to the point where I'll feel even somewhat 'accomplished'. Just a 'late bloomer' I guess!

I just wanted to say that I too am happy for you, in my minds eye I can see your "accomplishments" (I cant think of another word). You are very cool, it is not necessarily to emulate the experiences I "see" you having, they're just very inspiring to me, and so are you. You are creating great momentum, I am trying to do that as well, many challenges currently, but trying everyday, not giving up, just not knowing the level/s of achievements.

I'll simply post what happened to me yesterday, early evening.

I was laying out, getting the last rays of the sun (for my location - I'm on the east side of a hill, so combined with the slope, and large trees, the sun 'disappears' about 2:30/3:00).

As I'm laying there, facing the sun, meditating as I normally do, I go into my 'hazy state' (for want of a better description).. where I see via my 3rd eye, rhythmic, swirling 'bands' of light & dark, possibly with 'colors', but it's not the focus at that time. They started to go into a circular pattern, closing in on the center. Slowly, the pattern begins to coalesce, and I began to see a 'sky'... and my body became very weak, almost non-existent... and my mind/spirit was drawn towards the Sky.

I got the Distinct Feeling... Knowledge... that THIS was (one of) the New Earth(s)...

I Could have 'gone'... but there's too much to keep me here, for Now...

Perhaps I'm 'mistaken'... I think not.
