I've had my mind in this for a few days and i am working on expanding my understanding of the field.
What I found of particularly interesting was also the cross reference at the beginning where he referred to Cleve Backster pioneering work with the consciousness of plants and how they appears to read our thoughts.

Now my understanding is that on a cosmic cellular level, we are all the same organism or we share the same energy of cosmic awareness.
I am sure you understand.....that sea of wonderful energy and feeling.

Thanks for the Puthoff's presentation. Not too long ago I watched the lecture by Todd Murphy, Persinger's assistant who invented the Shiva device relevant for increasing ability for remote viewing and telepathy. This lecture gives a thorough scientific analyzes on telepathy and remote viewing. It is interesting that this research is more detached from the military bonds or Intelligence imperatives.
