Re: Here and Now...What's Happening?
Hi WackyTweaky,
there's a lot of information out there
I found this
I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you.
Let Go and Let God- Ho’oponopono
Let go and let God, I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you.
Let’s see, how’s it been working for you the other way?
How often have these energies re-emerged in your life, over and over and over again?
Have you felt safe?
Do you hesitate to allow the Divine Creator run your life because you are afraid of something? Think about this. God is running your life anyway and the problem is you keep thinking you know better which steers you away from God, which causes you stress and anxiety. So here’s the answer. Stop trying to override the system it feels much better when you go with the flow, the natural energy of life, the natural order of things.
Do flowers sit around trying to attract bees or do they open themselves up and wait patiently?
Do trees bloom where they are planted or do they move from place to place trying to figure out what’s best for them?
I love you.
Incessant Ho’oponopono
Incessant Ho’oponopono.
Turn off the shoulds turn on the cleaning. Move from cleaning a few times a day to moment by moment cleaning.
Any thought, positive or negative requires cleaning. During meals, in the bathroom, in the car, riding the bike, bus, train etc. Blue solar water, bottle palm.
Multiple projects, clean on which ones are important and which ones won’t matter this time next year and lighten the load. Work less, clean more.
Talk to the dogs, teach them Ho’oponopono. Talk to your car, house, trees, buildings and listen to their direction.
Everything has energy infused by God and everything can give you relief. Erase, Erase.

Healing every incident and its appendages based on the origin.
Please do it according to God’s will until I am at the present. Filled with light and truth.
God’s peace and love, forgiveness of myself for my incorrect perceptions.
Forgiveness of every person, place, circumstances and event which contributed to this, these feelings thoughts.
Ho’oponopono – Zero Limits
We Are Responsible but it’s not our fault!
When you have a problem where does it come from? When someone is doing something you don’t like what part of you has attracted that experience in to your life? What happens before you have a thought, any thought?
These and many other questions are explored in a new book I read by Joe Vitale called “Zero Limits”.
According to Vitale’ and co-author Dr. lhaleakala Hew Len we have only two ways in which we live our lives. Read More.
1. Replaying old memories of our own, or those we share with others, in our subconscious, as if these memories are life’s realities
2. Or living in inspiration which is allowing “the Divine” or “God” or “Yahweh” (or whatever your concept of a higher power is) to take full control of our lives. This concept is simple in its explanation but not so easy to implement.
When we live our lives through inspiration we are aligned with all that is good and life becomes easy for us. When we look outside ourselves for the answers to our problems, fears, illnesses and attitudes our lives just don’t seem to work so well. Most of us live by default and experience inspiration on occasion but mostly experience the replaying of all those old memories.
“Zero Limits” teaches and explains the practice of Ho’oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian healing practice, which allows us to “clean” away the old memories and open ourselves to a state of zero where “God” can inspire us. As I read this book I thought about the limiting beliefs I have and those of my clients. It seems that every day someone brings me a problem from outside themselves….I don’t feel well, I was never good enough for my mother, I couldn’t possibly do that…whatever that might be, It’s genetic, we have had that in our families for generations and the list goes on. We all share something from this short list…ah replaying the old memories again.
So, how do I become inspired? According to Dr. Len, who has pioneered a modern version of Self I-Dentity Through Ho’oponopono (SITH), I look at every problem as a blessing and an opportunity to constantly “clean” my energy making way for “The Divine” to come in to my life to guide and inspire me.
I have been practicing and it seems pretty easy to get the basics so here they are:
- Take complete responsibility for the fact that EVERY experience that comes in to your life is there because you created it.
- State the following 4 affirmations over and over until you feel better:
I love you
I’m sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
- This is known as cleaning: Do it whenever you are thinking. Less thinking, more cleaning.
