WF, while trying to listen to the radio yesterday, (I read your post in the brink of hell thread, and you're right, I'm gunna stop listening to that crap, thanks) - there was heavy static on every station.. I assumed strong solar flares. Not sure though.

Another sync .. The Sun. There was some pretty intense geomagnetic activity recently. The Sun will likely have to be an integral part of the "transition" and we are at His mercy. In some sun meditation, I was given the message that the Sun may have to do some things to aid our transition, mind and body detox may be helpful - we may need our inner guidance and should ready - nothing is set in stone ... yet. Of course this is the metaphysical side of me speaking, for laymen who mock such things: you're screwed ... lol.

something changed with the sun yesterday, today it looks yellowish outside, it has been brilliant white sunlight. just me or something is different. I took a photo and the background was so yellow, Later that day I took another and it looked normal. The sun blasted us with something and today 25th july there was big quakes in the solomon islands and off the coast of oregon, not to mention the volcano in Japan sent up a huge shockwave dutchsince has video of the erruption, we are the doorstep of something big.

The sun down here in Brazil is becoming dangerous, really.

When I go outside at noon, I can really feel my skin burning.

Even my cactus plants, which never had problems with the sun, are getting toasted if exposed all day long.

The weather isn´t unusually hot, but the radiation is very intense.

It's pretty intense here too, toasted all my tomatoe and cucumber plants...and some others. I noticed this radiation or intense light getting much stronger about three months ago, but in the last few days something gained some tork and searing, as my plants are toast.

Here in cent Florida it has been 95' every day, but by noon we're so overcast with clouds (or chemtrails) that it hasn't felt as hot or humid as usual...but RMorgan 's statement about it not being so hot, but radiant, I agree! It's the radiation that seems to bombard us here...it really is a different kind of heat...new to me...but I've been saying to wife all summer...we're really lucky for the cloud cover,...I do a 75 minute morning workout outside once a week...and I really got a burn this week. Much more than usual.

There's major claims of drought everywhere and claims of major crop damage etc, especially corn.......seems to me it's not so much lack of rain in many places but possibly major radiation damage or some type of light damage (if that's possible). Something is different lately and the MSM is blaming everything on drought, even where there has been no major shortage of rain......

(just me thinking, I'll look into this more)

...and 2013 is solar max.....hmmm? could be a very serious global food shortage by the end of 2013 that could turn the tables on who eats and who doesn't.....

A couple years of massive amounts of bad crops and this planet is in big trouble feeding it's population big time!

I have worked outside for the last 7 years and I notice something is definitely different about the sun this summer. It seems extremely intense, at times I feel like I am in a microwave oven.

Though I don't seem to be getting any more sunburned than usual, I do feel extremely tired after spending a day in the sun. I am really happy to see this thread because I have tried to discuss this with others who don't seem to notice or understand at all that something is different.

Default Re: The Sun Of Late

Personally, I have been noticing a change in the intensity of the sun specifically the last three or so years.

My focus has been on adapting to this change as quickly and wisely as possible . . . .we are in uncharted territory folks and I would advise to look for newer approaches to many ways of how we accomplish our day to day lives. As far as growing my own food these are a few things I have been concentrating on as far as growing food.

    • building steel framed “high tunnels”. The steel is much stronger than the traditional aluminum high tunnel framing material . . .reason for using welded steel is due to the higher stronger winds and more highly severe weather patterns we have been experiencing and will experience even to a greater degree the next several years.
    • Using “shade cloth” over the high tunnels in the summer. I have shade cloth in three different shading strengths from 30% to 75% . . . .the reason is obvious . . . to protect the plants from the intensity of the sun and heat.
    • The high tunnels also allow us to extend the growing season year round and also protect our food from toxins from things such as chemtrailing and from the torrential rains that basically ‘drown’ the plants
    • We have been ‘stressing’ heirloom and open-pollinated seed for 5 years now. We grow different patches of say for example Golden Bantam Sweet Corn, we expose each patch to different growing stressors like little water or expose the roots of the plant or too much shade or adding too much magnesium or sulpher in that watering. We then save the seed from the corn plants that survive these stressors the best. We take that seed and plant again the next growing season and expose it to different stressors than it had the previous years.

My heart goes out to the new gardeners, such as the people who live in the cities and neighborhoods who are using their yards to grow their food. Many are new to the gardening experience and are almost setup to fail right off the bat because it is so difficult to grow gardens for us experienced people let alone those who have little to no experience.

Also, be careful of the new ‘fad growing’ methods such as permaculture and even full blown organic gardening. These tough growing times call for new more strategic growing methods and it will only become more difficult.

    Adapt . . . .always Adapt

P.S. SilentFeathers I see you are a fellow Appalachian . . . . where about do you call home?

One thing that comes to mind is the occurance of proton events... see the OP of this thread:

    https://projectavalon.net/forum4/show...eather-Event--

The VERY SAME thing happened just a few days ago and the proton event is still occuring and proton content has not fallen much for days now.

Our Earthly atmosphere is accumulating solar plasma/energy/ions.

As a child, I remember that one could literally get cooked (sunburned) worse on a cloudy day.... does chemtrails ring anyone's bells? Is this solar energy entrapped in our atmosphere causing us to cook like fish in a microwave? It sure feels like it!

Tomorrow, here in my town we have a UV concentration level of 8 predicted (max 11)..... hmmmmm.

I live in probably the sunniest part of Canada, Saskatchewan, and I definately feel the sun is brighter or more intense than many other summers in memory. However, upon further reflection I kinda decided it is probably just all the info. related to 2012 and the expected spike in solar activity affecting my perceptions. Although, if it is a fact that solar flare activity and solar storms are peaking this year(if we really know what that is since our records of these things may not go far enough back) than it is more than just my imagination, it is likely a reality. Anyhoo, so yes Whitefeather, I'm basically agreeing with you that the sun does seem brighter, ha ha.

we need a thread like this, each of us, can experience the sun at our local areas and pool what we know and get a better take on the overall picture. NASA is unreliable and blocks lots of things going on with the sun. It seems in my area the sun rises too far north and sets too far north for this time of year, also at high noon it isn't directly overhead. I hate to say it but looks like we are headed for a solar event for sure.... the kill shot hasn't happened but, look what it's already doing to our bodies now....I've worked outside doing Air conditioning work for over 20 years, thats alot of summers, never have I seen a summer like this . It doesn't have to be hot for the light from the sun to cook the skin... yuk.

Yeah, it seems brighter to me than normal and hotter, but that could be that I've been thinking about the sun too much lately and could be imagining things.

I've been spending a lot of time in the pool lately and I'm more aware now that the earth is not just something I'm *on*, it's something I'm *in* if you count the atmosphere and magnetic field. And the sun is not something I'm *near* (if 93 million miles away can be considered near) it's something I'm also *in*. If you don't think you are inside the body of the sun, try stepping outside of it's heliosphere on the outer reaches of the solar system. You will soon realize how the outer body of the sun is protecting us from massive interstellar radiation.

My thinking on these matters is very much influenced by George Kavassilas. He has suggested that we should try to ask the sun and earth directly what they are doing, because they are living beings, and we are living inside of them, and they are going to have final say what goes on around here. I do ask them what they are doing and try to tune into them both, with little success so far, but I figure it's worth a try.

P.S. SilentFeathers I see you are a fellow Appalachian . . . . where about do you call home?
I'm right on the North Georgia North Carolina border, pretty much in the sticks, nestled on a mountain side bird watching

The Sun is changing and so will we too. I don't know for how long I've been feeling like this. Weeks, months or perhaps even for years?
