Another concern is what happens to our minds when these changes occur. Like he said, we may be experiencing the beginnings of this already. Are there any studies out that have shown the affects of quick magnetic changes on humans, animals or plants?

This is the point that caught my attention - where he starts talking about the psychological affects of magnetic field shifts - which he suggests may be starting even now. This does not appear to be an area in which he has expertise.

At about 21:10, he says "Let me just throw this in ... [pointing at camera] ... Have you noticed how many cases of normal people suddenly going crazy and doing unthinkable things are happening lately? It all makes sense .... There are certainly no zombies. But I believe that some of the weakest, most vulnerable minds are already being affected by the earliest, slightest magnetic disturbances."

He seems to be alluding here to the recent mass shooting in Aurora, Colorado. But no information he gave about his education or training indicates that he has a basis for making such an extrapolation, i.e. from slight magnetic disturbances (which may be occurring even now) to such an event. As a consequence, this part of his presentation comes across as a kind of fear-mongering without a scientific basis.

My problem is that is does not seem to be the same guy. Check at the nose in the video vs the picture.

1: Shape of the mans nose in the picture is different to the Dr Sal's in the video.
2: Dr Sal has quiet a prominent dark mole on the left side of his cheek, this man in your picture, does not.

The human mind interprets different faces by there shape and structure. That is how we can remember our mothers face from our sisters face, ect. If you look at the facial shape and structure of Dr Sal and the individual in your pictures, you can clearly see they are not the same.

I found some papers written by a conti, S along with other researchers on the ... Also, the name sergio is used which is likely a different alias.. maybe a pen name. .... what his middle initial could be, but I did find two matches for "Salvatore Conti" .... things he is saying run contrary to what we know of physics and astronomy.

Ok, in trying to figure out where this dude was coming from, perhaps something related to the following was his line of thinking:

The newest theories in physics state that gravity as a weak force is an effect of the 'brane within which we exist interacting with others and with the source of gravitation, which exists beyond our universe and our experience of it is only partial compared to its full force wherever its origin might be.

Beyond that, any shifts in gravitation that occur simultaneous to a magnetic pole shift could affect the actual physical matter on the planet, as well as electromagnetism (as it is affected by gravitation) and which could potentially affect any metals in the earth itself and upon the earth, which could in turn lead to tectonic shifting and volcanic pressure release.

The atomic value (number) stuff is pure alchemy. And not the spiritual type. Changing the values is equivalent to changing its properties, making it something else altogether.

The equatorial bulge stuff has to do with the spin of the earth, it's not a perfect circle, it's a geoid, and it's wide at the middle because of its rotation on its axis, according to the most popular theory. I'm not exactly sure what he's talking about here unless he is speaking about some sort of mass movement of earth mass to the equator, causing the bulge to increase, which might be related to the first paragraphs above, if the theories being put forth regarding the nature of gravity now are accurate.

All of the pole shift theories I've ever seen talk about the ice caps melting and destabilizing the planet as being the most probable cause of a physical pole shift, or some massive astronomical body passing close to the earth.

The forces at work within the planet's interior are massive, the pressures are beyond imagining if the current model of the earth and its internal composition are true and the core is a giant metallic and crystalline ball surrounded by a molten region. Anybody who plans to go down there when things get iffy on the surface must have quite a bit of faith in human technology.

With security regulations, and the consequences, why would this Dr risk a good job, and his career?

If Dr Conti had recorded his message anonymously, on audio only, maybe with his voice changed with an audio filter, can you imagine how people would ridicule it?

The dismissal from quite a few folks (who simply do not want to believe anything like this) is discouraging enough as it is -- even though he's stated his credentials and left his face and voice unchanged.

What more should the guy do?

After doing this it is highly likely he doesn't work at NASA anymore. I for one Bill, do NOT want to believe this, especially being a father. This is "deadly" news if true, which it may or may not be. People don't want to hear that they and all their loved ones are most likely going to be snuffed out.

It is true that many things going on over the past several years could really make this scenario very likely (seed vault, underground bases/colonies, Elites cashing in, etc) that would cause many to believe this guy and his story. Most of us here on this forum know something BIG is gonna happen, most likely soon too. 2016 is rather sooner than later in my opinion.

I find a scenario like this quite possible but I am hesitant to bite the hook on this one so to speak, mainly due to seeing one story after another like this coming out almost on a daily basis it seems lately, claiming the end of the world or ELE type scenarios. This year especially has been full of "hard to believe" stories....people like Sal are coming out of the woodwork at the speed of light it seems lately.

This "new" claim needs some more research for sure and crossed examined big time.

Watching him speak I did think of the Hopi purification prophecy and some other ancient prophecies that somewhat align with a type of event that could be dove-tailed with this......

I remember reading that in the 1960s or late 1950s the US military for a reason I cannot recall at present, wanted to blast a hole in the ozone layer, it got the go ahead through the military channels to the highest level, it was only the President that stopped it. I personally don't believe anything other than hurricanes and earthquakes, false flag events will be happening in 2012. I will not simply dismiss any new report just because of all the other bs ones. If the amount of rads you recieve per hour is over the safe level, you will not survive. I don't care what anyone says, you wont survive. You have two hours to get to a safe distance from the radiation that will be carried by wind, and contaminate water, and the ground , you can't drink the water or touch the ground. This is a model for radiation exposure at a ground zero point, meaning it was focused in a specific area, when you talk of a GLOBAL covering of the entire planet with radiation, ... nothing will survive, no plant, no animal , no humans, no single cell , and it will take years for something like this to disperse and even then the ground and the water will take even longer to return to safe levels for life. I dont know much about what is talked about on the forum, I can't spell worth a dam, I don't post videos I'm not that skilled in computers, but when it comes to nuclear, or chemical warfare/protection, I know what I'm saying . How many people survived hiroshima at ground zero ? imagine that all over the earth without the big boom fireball , in the Army we called it silent death, you can't see it, taste it , or touch it, but it's there. Doesn't that depend on how much radiation? It is not a binary condition - either kill everything, or zero radiation. We experience radiation from the sun and from elsewhere in space all the time - just not enough to usually cause noticeable harm.

And isn't shielding, of appropriate material and depth, useful? Otherwise how could technicians manage nuclear reactors? They are too close ... but protected by serious shielding.

We already know there is going to be a magnetic pole shift, so consideration of confirmation from "far off" and "advanced" super beings is irrelevant. Pole shifts have been known to occur for hundreds of years with varying degrees of impact on Earth. So no big deal.

Why is it that all these super beings from advanced races in the darkest parts of some unknown galaxy always communicate in English? Of course I realise Sali is an Applied Mathematics professional (confirmation needed) and mathematics is the universal language of everything (supposedly), so how come the cypher developed to interpret those signals (and retransmit) had become so proficient to broadcast such a complex message as portrayed by Sali?

The van Allen belts will NOT collapse to the surface of earth. The Earths magnetism is a derivative of GRAVITY. Electricity (both scalar and commercial) is a derivative of MAGNETISM. So no matter the speed of pole reversal gravity will remain the same throughout and everything electrical will be impacted including life forms, us.

Being vague for the source troubles me. The use of HAARP as well, personally rings bells and at this moment I find that difficult to believe. But, assuming HAARP was used then how do we know this actually off world transmissions in the first place?

The Earth cannot possibly be alone in experiencing pole reversal, other bodies in the solar system will be affected and little is mentioned about the position of the Solar System in respect of its position in the spiral arm of the Milky Way that promotes this problem in the first place, something that should have been considered IMO during Sali's presentation. Am sure the aliens noticed:-)

The South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA) is an area where the Earth's inner Van Allen radiation belt comes closest to the Earth's surface dipping down to an altitude of 200km (124mi). Effects
The South Atlantic Anomaly is of great significance to astronomical satellites and other spacecraft that orbit the Earth at several hundred kilometers altitude; these orbits take satellites through the anomaly periodically, exposing them to several minutes of strong radiation, caused by the trapped protons in the inner Van Allen belt. The International Space Station, orbiting with an inclination of 51.6°, requires extra shielding to deal with this problem. What if it is the magnetic field that keeps oxygen on earth ? the field goes down and our air drifts up and away. this will be our sixth ectinction .

We don't know when the magnetic pole shift would be strongest, we don't know how severe its affects would be this time, and we didn't know that extraterrestrials were telling us these specifics

Now we have a claim of them telling us, providing information on the when and how severe.
