US, if he is an actor, it would also mean that we have a liar sending us this message- as he states emphatically in the video that he is not an actor.

Yes, it would mean he is lying as is the person (could be frank vidal saying he is someone else) who posted the video, but it does not mean they are some psy op or government study to see how close we are to buying into this stuff. It could be someone who just wants to have a bit of fun at our expense. I actually don't mind coming across this stuff. We get to sort out the facts, and decide if we can be duped or not.

I knew that there was something wrong about that guy. I always trust my senses and almost 100 % always see through lies or acting. Also alot that he said didn't make sense at all. It's the same guy in those two videos, you have to be blind not to see or hear it. But why was that video made? Just for laughs or do they (who ever they are) want to distracts us from the events that are happening in 2012 and 2013?

Look closely at the earlobe. (Besides, the birthmark/ mole on Dr Conti's left cheek is missing.)

Perhaps makeup could be applied to an ear to deform it, pushing the outer helix of his ear (especially the right ear) out a bit, or adding bulk to the fossa? The birthmark could be a dab of makeup?

These picture actually reminded me of watching the TV show cash in the attic a few years back and the regular london auctioneer Tom Keen from Chiswick auction rooms..

Bill, look at Dr Sal's ear in his video exactly at 26:24 in his video.....

Your photo's are showing two different angles and the bottom of his lobe is missing in the pic on the left. Dr Sal's lobe looks much more like Vidal's when Sal turns to his left....

I am imagining that something placed behind the ear, pushing it out a bit, would account for the difference I see in Dr Sal's video, first of my two images above.

But scientists operate from a baseline of skepticism and required proofs that are always up for questioning and reevaluation.

As for those hands...they do indeed look very different. The plot thickens!

BTW, the NASA website assigns a different name to the acronym SARA than Sal Conti. NASA says that SARA stands for Service and Advice for Reseach and Analysis. Not all NASA scientists are on NASA's direct payroll. Many of them are on university payrolls instead like at USC or CalTech.

Think of your responsibility here. I'm going to say something very heavy. Hundreds of millions of people could die if we irresponsibly and prematurely trash a legitimate warning because we're all trying to be smart alecs.

The bastards in power know our tendencies well ... they could well discredit something close to the truth, by hiring a low budget actor to present a partially fictionalized account of something they know to be very real.

On the other hand, as I suggested in a much earlier post in this thread, Dr. Sal might be totally truthful in this video, but have been fed dishonest data via HAARP.

As with most such endeavors, we continue to have to look past, as best we can, the vagaries of human integrity and competence, to the underlying reality unfolding before us and within us.

ED209, your post as well as other's seems to indicate this is a hoax. I appreciate all the great investigators digging into this. I am comfortable with my assessment and each one of us must use our own discernment based on facts shared. I still think we need to clean up our world, end the wi fi pollution, and stop the destruction of our environment in a sane manner which does not mean mankind going back to primitive lifestyles.

We are capable of so much if we work together.

I completely agree with you on this pov. It would be just like the elites to release info with enough easily discovered lies that people turn away from the truth right in front of them. It's the entire goal of disinformation. Make the person sharing it untrustworthy or an outright fraud and thus the information is a lie, and that simply is not accurate. I think now, I want to ask us to look at the validity of the pole shift. We have vast records of past pole shifts, and it would probably be best to vett that truth now. I do not believe "Dr. Sal" is anything other than an actor.

Thank you Sir, you always seem to put things in the right perspective, IMHO anyway. If it is going to happen, it is going to happen - and with the amount of predictions happening all over the Truth Internet, its jut not feasible to worry about every single one anyway. I completely wholeheartedly agree.
It is always the desire to know, to be sure, to find out, to check, to research, to know more.. its cool if done with discernment and in healthy dose.
I wish I could always remember that, seeing all the predictions, whistle-blows and the likes. I cant though.
