IF the two men - Frank Vidal/Sal Conti - turn out to be the same person, this (for me) would explain the accent: I agree with US that their voices sound very similar.

This man sat the on the board of the NASA team at GSA 2011, I did not stick around to see if he gave any speeches... I was shocked when I saw his face in the video before watching it since it was somebody I have personally seen in real life..I have never been a "Doomtard" but I will personally verify that regardless of what he says may be true or not, he did at least represent NASA at a scientific meeting...

The Van Allen Belt should be nothing to worry about: ask the Apollo astronauts...

THanks for the detailed analysis. I too am familier with palm reading and the lines. I think we both know that comparing these gentleman's hands in two very different positions makes it hard to get an accurate determination of how exactly they do line up, LOL. If we could find an image of them open and facing us in the same way, then it would be much easier. My issue is with the angles, lighting, and even weight differences can affect hands. Granted he's not a woman, but even water retention can change ones hand appearance for puffiness etc.. It takes a while granted, but hands can change, and we don't know how far apart these images are in the timeline.

Thanks for your input. I am not 100% in either corner, but I am very much more in the line of it's a hoax, and think the voice information and facial features are key. The hands is a good angle, but these pictures do not give enough to go on for me to make a determination. I looked for other images but could not find any which would be better to compare. I really wish we could just do a voice analysis, and if there is anyone on the forum who can run it through analysis please do so.

Bill, look at Dr Sal's ear in his video exactly at 26:24 in his video.....

Your photo's are showing two different angles and the bottom of his lobe is missing in the pic on the left. Dr Sal's lobe looks much more like Vidal's when Sal turns to his left....

Ladies and Gentlemen, when I first saw this video I quickly sent it off to 2 of my physicist friends asking if 'Dr. Sal' was full of baloney. I just got an answer from the first who is an astronomer, here is his reply:

I can give you the science facts and then you can decide by yourself:

1. The magnetic field of Earth is generated by a dynamo effect due to the rotation of the core of the Earth with respect to the molten (mostly iron) surrounding it.

2. The polarity of the magnetic field changes with time (i.e. right now we have the North magnetic pole pointing towards the geographical North pole in the past and at some point in the future this will flip and the South magnetic pole will align with the North geographical pole).

3. The flipping is random, as opposite to the flipping of the magnetic field on the Sun that happens regularly every 22 years. We don't have a good understanding and/or model to explain it. 

4. We have record of the flipping in magnetic sensitive rocks (mostly basalt) and the last flipping happened around 780,000 years ago..

5. Usually the flipping is gradual and slow (in human life terms not geological). There has been at least one event when the flipping has happened on a very short time scale (the flipping is roughly 180 degrees, this change happened at a rate of 6 degrees/day taking roughly a month....).

6. We don't have a good empirical data to infer what happened then...

My conclusion: the actor doesn't know what he is talking about (but he is a good actor).

I have also been looking at the search function for GSA - if you put NASA 2011 in the search you come up with all the events held in that year that pertain to NASA. It is impossible to tell from this however if Dr. Conti was part of those events. So? Nothing conclusive that I can see.

On another note, the hands have it... okay trying to inject some humor here. (They actually don't show anything either, just read the differing interpretations.)

For me this is becoming a marvelous lesson in the differing ways we perceive reality. Just an obvious note - we all have filters through which we look and that is in veritably going to influence what any given data tells us. The underlying lesson here is discernment, which is quickly becoming the catch word of the alternative media.

I had a great uncle, who unfortunately passed away only a few weeks ago. He lived in Canada with my grat aunt. Now in the 60s-late 70s he worked for NASA developing the "Canada arm" for the space shuttle. This is all the information I have, I will find out his full name and birthdate and if we can find hi NASA credentials then it must be possible to find Sal's too?

From what I hear from family members my great uncle would never talk about his time working for NASA and was pretty anal about plastic food containers and plates (something to do with cancer?)

I hope there is a reply to Bill's email and from my own perspective the info "feels" right and the various people in the screenshots although initially similar looking, I don't think they are the same person.

A quick google reveals that there were 3 or 4 contractors used to develop and build the arm for NASA so my guess is my great uncle worked for one of those sub contractors, my bad.

Also, a thought occurred to me. He might be a real Dr. Sal, might be a complete hoax. He could be an actor with playing part if Dr. Sal, but his info could be a genuine truth.

The truth in this case won't set anyone free, it will either cause a few sighs of relief or cause a boom in underground shelter business:-)

Thirdly, how come the newest thing to be 'afraid-of' is always pushed just a couple of years in front of the present day? 2 years ago it was 11/11/11, last year (and earlier) it was 12/21/2012, this year it's 2016... and so on. If this information has been around for 16 years (ok - it's only absolutely confirmed as of 3/23 of last year, but still,) why are we just now hearing about it? This is the type of thing that has a potential for MASSIVE leakage. It feels to me that someone would have brought this to the table by now. Members of our alternative community have a knack for jumping all over things like this and bringing them to light immediately.

If Arthur (Henry Deacon) was right then why didn't they use the same technology on STS-31 ?
That was the mission to deploy the Hubble Space Telescope. It reached an altitude of 385 miles but allegedly had to reduce it (NASA reports 330 miles) because the astronauts reported symptoms of radiation sickness.

There are other reasons to doubt the validity of the Apollo program. The technique as explained by Arthur may have been applied ... but not on Apollo.
