That last version is hauntingly beautiful.

I will be seeing Radiohead in Ocotber for the 12th time. First saw them at Glastonbury in 97. massive fan here.

Here is the amazing video to lotus flower:

About that hempseed oil soap, yep, that has got to be my favorite soap to make, it's loaded with essential fatty acids which are so good for your skin. I wish I could find organic hemp oil ...affordable that is. hemp in itself is an amazing plant with so many benefits and uses. It really pisses me off that we can't grow it here in this country. It's insane, but what else is new? All the hemp oil I have bought for soap making has come Canada. Hmmmm...I should be making more of that, and selling it to the head shops, maybe with some crushed up hempseeds in it as an exfoliate.
I love hempseed oil too. One of the soaps I make has hempseed oil, black poppyseeds as an exfoliant, and patchouli essential oil for fragrance. A hippie soap.

I color it pale green with chlorella powder. Adding the poppyseeds at the last moment when the soap is thick enough to suspend them throughout, makes it gorgeous.

Patchouli oil can be overwhelming if too much is used, but I noticed with a small amount, it smells fresh yet 'deep.'

Anchor, thanks so much for sharing this vision.

Hey, marketing a Hippie soap at this time would be a big winner, I'm sure.

My younger daughter (28) and I are taking her 2 year old and my grandsons to a good old fashioned state fair today. It is kids day and they get in free! Yay! Elephant Ears covered with cinnamon and sugar and other fair offerings await us! Give me strength to keep up with them. I may be in over my head with fair like stimulation plus young boy energy! i think they will have a good time, focus on the farm animals, being they are big city boys! Maybe a ride in the Tea Cups, they are pretty tame...

Yes, soap making is creative alchemy... it feels magical to me, even after all these years. Best of luck on your business venture of selling it. I think you will do well if you emphasize your soap is natural and organic. Even with lots of natural looking soap out there, I don't often see one that's truly good for skin and body. Either some additive, or not using real essential oils but cheaper fragrance oil, or melt-n-pour glycerin soap which isn't the same product at all.

I have tried freezer paper too, and I guess it's 6 of one, half dozen of the other as far as the tedium involved. I wondered about the plastic against the soap, whether some molecules would get transferred onto the soap. I have customers with very sensitive skin, and no one has had an adverse reaction. If I were going 100% organic, I might look at freezer paper again. Do you use a pattern to cut the paper so it folds easily into the mold shape?
Welcome to Lisalu .....................and Marriane, I've not made soap for a few years but it is something I really enjoyed. It kind of spoiled me with soap.....nothing beats a good natural soap fragranced with natural oils.

I have a Nizzy mold which I got from Australia. I think I used to line it with baking paper and I used to cut the liner the width of the mold but leave it longer on the length, so that two ends of the paper spilled out over the top edges. When the soap was ready it was really easy to lift up the two longer edges of paper and pull all the soaps out of the mold. The plastic dividers snap together, so they also come apart easily, making it easy to remove the soap and giving you sharp edges to the shape of the bars.

It's not cheap but washes up to be used again.

Like the direcor (Dabney Coleman) says on 3:25 hilarious.
As always, the ideas came while i'm cooking. "Oh, would be great to add Tootsie"

On 2:51 you can see a statue of Jose María Escrivá de Balaguer founder of the Opus Dei. Every time I see the movie, I shudder to see the Holy Father (Escrivá) in such a wonderful role.

Well, the day is almost done. I'm so tired. Actually have been for a couple of days, just can't quite get enough. Been drinking salt water, eating vinegar (but not every day), and now taking Atomidine. I have to say, since the vinegar I have had very few stomach symptoms from anxiety. I have felt so much better. Emotionally and spiritually up and down, or as Ulli pointed out a while back, spiralling.

I am shocked, just shocked, at how well M is doing at school. This school is the best school we have attended. She loves the teachers, loves the environment. In my wildest dreams, I did not dream it would go this well. She did not go to school yesterday, had a bad day. I talked to the principal at the school, and we cheerfully discussed a couple of things that might help. Today, every single change we talked about had been implemented, and M was thrilled. It is not often a school walks the walks, though most talk the talk.

E is enjoying herself, but that is typical. She has a new friend, which is nice, and it is also a surprise in this small town. Maybe, just maybe, one day she will wake up liking to do math homework! She is very good at math, whether she feels confident is another issue. But, when she is finished with the school day, she does not have any motivation left to work.

Mike got the term sheet on Monday, as promised, from the California people. All concerned have until Wednesday to sign. I'm thinking this will be the deal that happens. And despite constant verbal and emotional abuse, Hubby is maintaining quite a positive outlook. Odd, but absolutely wonderful.

This was a chocolate chip cookie day. Very seldom do we eat cookies around here, I rarely buy them. I think we have had cookies once since I moved...about 6 months ago now. But every few months when the kids are in school, I will surprise the girls with a chocolate chip cookie day. Usually, I do this when I know it has been an especially difficult day for one of them, but today...it was just time. I had to throw in some peanut butter cookies too, just for good measure.

Happy Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, Village

    Love,

Greetings, Villagers. Been a bit MIA, actually working. It's funny how things go. That guy Sira and I helped some months ago when he had an aneurysm on our doorstep hired me to help him do some carpentry at a cottage on a lake. I'm thankful pops made me help him fix stuff. I learned tools and materials by fixing cars (back when you could, still) and banging on things on, in and around the houses we lived in growing up. It's good to be handy.

On another note, my son Noah needs the Village's help. He's got lymph node and biopsy issues and he's only 6. My mother had to tell me, his mother won't contact me. Any energy Villagers can send in support of his highest potentiality in this instance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm doing ok. I'm feeling quiet. Haven't written in a while, have nothing to say. The physical work all week has been therapeutic. Being in amazing physical environments has been humbling and a reminder of how beautiful this world is. If any of you ever get a chance to visit the Laurentian mountains of Quebec, don't miss it. It's some of the oldest rock and exposed landscape in the world and it feels like it, energetically.

In the village, in Spirit, Here and Now. Bless, One and All.

    Ulli,

Thanks for your post. I read it all when I saw it this morning and I think I agree it is possible; and I agree with all you said on responsibility.

isn't all this from George Green's book...?
Not all, I did start my recollection of manifestation mechanics when I read those books. The two phrases I use that came direct from them are

    1) I am human becoming help me to become.

I added the WE and THEY versions.

I also learned the idea of a metaphysical equivalent of a stop-loss order from that book as well (2) "for the highest and best good of all".

The rest was a collaborative effort which started as a thread on the old project avalon.
