I'm totally new here, so I haven't had time yet to build a solid reputation, but Obama seems to sign a lot of his acts on Friday evenings or right before big holidays so no one much notices. If an announcement is made to the effect of banking computers being hacked or attacked or something along those lines (real or false flag, doesn't matter), it will probably be on a Friday evening. If possible, get as much of your assets out as you can because they most likely will call a bank holiday and no one will be able to access their money, or much of it. If this happens, I feel it is the loud and clear signal that the full weight of the economic collapse is now in motion.
