And, Mike et al signed the agreement with the investors today.

One of our Orchids (which Bob has mentioned here that we grow) bloomed yesterday. This little spotted lovely is called Cattleya Summer Spot 'Carmela'. It has a sweet scent, too.

I found it. I found the word I needed. I'm grateful beyond measure. Sometimes the simplest is the best answer. You know what the word is? Amen. That's all I needed. And this is what I did with it.

Update from Mike, everyone has now signed off on the "term sheet" including the investors, the buyers (Mike et al) and Boss!!! Can you believe it? I'm so excited for him, I cannot even contain this! Next the purchase agreement. The Village Person who is dancing and singing at full blast running through the Village is just me

one of the immediate practical problems I have been working--our home (rented, will be about a year in a month) seems to have more energy than most places, and specifical seems to be home to "entities/attachments" that are specific to that location (not to discount the issues upon issues and attachments of my gf).

I have a great friend that is part of the on-going production of John Cage's composition in Halberstadt, Deutschland, Organ2/ASLSP (AS SLow aS Possible), a composition for organ that will end in the year 2640, Gottwillig! It began on Cage's 89th birthday, 5 Sept. 2001, and was written to last 639 years. Each note in the piece changes only after the duration of many months. A seventeenth month long pause preceded the first note! Talk about patience, perspective, and silence! Oooooommmmmmm.......

Happy 100th Birthday Mr. Cage!
