Water temps in the Gulf are about 85 degrees. This is probably going to be a Cat 2 Hurricane If my memory serves me right that new wall they
built in NO. can handle a Cat 3 storm. Anklebiter I found it interesting that we also had an earthquake swarm at the same time the Haarp Status project was recording a 10.0 short wave.

I've been watching wave and interference patterns for a while, now, and I can confirm by personal observation that the clouds that these patterns emerge within are frequently starting out as chemtrails.

Altocumulus clouds, nothing particularly strange with how they appear, though.
I took a photo of cloud formations almost like these, about 2 weeks ago, they can be quite a sight when they stretch across the sky.

A shortwave that peaked in six hours has just struck Southern Louisiana. This comes around the same time the swarm of quakes started in Southern California as well.

This is the strongest shortwave reading ever in this project, a solid 10.0 over Southern Louisiana.

No doubt about it, HAARP is tuned onto control Isaac.

Yes Avalonians, it appears that HAARP is alive and well in the Gulf. The focus has turned from Florida to Louisiana for modifying Hurricane Isaac. Whether the intention is to tone down Isaac or to magnify the effect we probably won't know until after it hits, but either way it seems that the powers that be can't leave this thing alone.

The above image was taken from the HAARP Status webpage this evening. This morning it was still showing a Longwave direct focus on lower Florida with a Signal Strength of 8.5, now it's a Shortwave Full Scale 10.0 reading. Probably not a good thing...

Which brings up the question: Are they trying to shut Isaac down? Or are they trying to turn it into a Katrina #2 and finish off what Katrina started?

While I sincerely hope that it isn't the latter, I wouldn't put it past the powers that be.


We'll see what happens next...

Good Post. I was going to run a thread on this as well. Interesting! The only problem Haarp has is the Bump on 12/21/2012. They say that Project Looking Glass cannot look beyond 12/21/2012. So IMO HAARP is obsolete on/after this date. Just a thought. I could be wrong.

Possibly... at least until a CME wipes out the grid... and everything along with it... and, what do you think will happen to a huge antenna array like those that are used in the HAARP program... they are also Big receivers... All that high-tech equipment will fry.

And, yes, I too have a Strong feeling that the Dec date will have a transcendental effect for Everyone...

According to www.haarpstatus.com there is a strong wave now hitting southern California. It started as a smaller wave about 2-days ago, but now is up to a strong wave.

Once again, none of us are really sure how accurate or reliable this is - but it's something to watch for.

there is info going around it is the plates shifting since the earthquake swarm a couple of weeks ago. Opening up pockets of sulfur and causing the wildfires on that mt. in california along with that woman who picked up stones and they caught fire in her pocket. Smoke plumes out of the saltan sea , it's all connected.

Earthquake lights are another phenomenon that usually accompany large Quakes. If I lived in Cali, I would be watching the sky.

Not sure how this particular 3.5 Mega-Watt HF radio transmitter can do anything other than carry out experiments on the ionosphere. Surely Terawatts (or at least Gigawatts) of power would be needed to 'adjust' the weather or move Earth's crust. Generating this amount of energy is unlikely to go unnoticed.

The 180 antenna arrays (visible from Google Earth) are not even steerable, and don't look capable of handling the power needed to do what it's sometimes accused of being able to do.

Could someone (from an engineering background?) please explain clearly how the HAARP facility (which as far as I can see is a high-power radio transmitter designed to carry out research into the properties of the ionosphere) actually changes the weather or creates earthquakes?

How does the energy from HAARP get steered around the globe to do any of this? As posted above, immense amounts of energy would be needed to do this, and I expect it would create very obvious effects locally and internationally the second it was switched on! The HAARP transmitter power is about 3.5 MW. That's a powerful transmitter, but in the 1980s the Soviet Woodpecker (aka Gomel Pulses), having an estimated power of 10 MW, caused huge amounts of radio interference throughout the world whenever that was switched on...

Conspiracy theorists at the time claimed it was for controlling the weather, mind control, UFO communications etc. It didn't change the weather (HF radio waves cannot do that because they are not absorbed by the atmosphere), it turned out to be over-the-horizon radar; nothing "spooky", just a new technical development based on conventional physics.

The Soviet installation was a little over 4dB more powerful than HAARP, worked on similar frequencies, but still wasn't seen to have any significant effects on the environment, apart from probably heating up the ionosphere a bit.

I just haven't seen any coherent scientific evidence (or even theories) that HAARP can do all these scary things. Earthquakes, "weird weather", etc. all existed long before HAARP was built.

I believe the facility has open days where you can wonder round and ask questions. That's not something many secret government facilities would risk...

You'd need to do alot of research yourself to get the in detailed specifics, but a breif summary of how it works is:

They have hundreds of HF Transmitter's (antenna) pointed at the sky, all working in unisen.


Take how much power is used in your local cellphone tower, and keep in mind the restrictions on placing them (you cannot within X distance of people)

Now take a step up and look at a radio broadcasting tower, that'd use alot more power, if you were to climb a radio tower you'd probably be infertile when your halfway up.

They both use diddly squat when you compare the billions of volts being used by the HAARP antenna.


anyway... using alot of power and specefic frequencies they can heat up the ionosphere, which causes a "bump" in that area.

That's a simple method of controlling the weather. (a good example of this is a hurricane is forming, they could break it up by firing it in one place, or accelerate and controll its direction if they did it in another place....)

I haven't watched it in awhile, but I think this is the video that I found pretty compelling. Funny thing though (if this is the right one, I'll check it out later, I'm 99% sure it is), it made me less apt to blame HAARP on everything.

Seems to me they'd use it more sparingly, or maybe they just turn it on to rumble up fears for sort of "disinfo" or confusion for when they bring the hammer down (like maybe Fuku or Christchurch).

Cali has been so overdue anyway, hasn't it? I don't think they had HAARP back in aught-eight...seems like it's "natural" to me. That don't mean they ain't using HAARP, just sayin'
