about sungazing:

We, Laperle and me have been doing it for some weeks now (a month I guess).
In our garden it is difficult to watch the sun just after sunrise and just before sunset and this feels like the best time, because then it is so much easier to look into the sun relaxed, so I walk a good 3 minutes to a meadow with a giant hawthorn tree. Next to this tree, I do some grounding for a minute or two and then I stare into the sun (for 100 seconds now (I'm building slowly, because 10 seconds a time adding feels way to fast for me)), welcoming its light into my body and through me into the earth.

There have been some profound changes since:
*I feel way much more energy to do things during the day. I stand up and feel like coming into action and work immediately, sometimes I just can't wait. things I usually did with the feeling of" a well, it has to be done, so I'll just put myself to it look appealing to me now, with real interest sometimes.
*Our apatite for raw vegetables and fruit has increased and Laperle feels no need to eat food supplements any more ( and she is mostly very accurate with these kind of things).
*Our apatite for food has reduced some, but eating never tasted so good
*I feel very healthy and alive... ready to jump in there (whatever that may be).
*It's energy is strongly felt in the heart area. Like a glowing of some sort, for many hours after.
* It's a bit early to tell maybe, but I could swear that my eye sight is improving.

some points of consideration:
*We both had a strong reaction in the mouth area (Laperle started 2 weeks later and she had the reaction also 2 weeks later). gums swollen, teeth aching, tong aching for more then a week. Could this be a detoxification process? Rakhyt, Eaglespirit? Oil pulling came in handy here and it helped reduce the symptoms.
* I still find it hard to canalise the energy sometimes, it is so strong and powerful, for me anyway. Sometimes I feel like something is driving me do things all the time and another part of me just wants to rest a little and take it easy, which is difficult in most parts of the day.

What would happen when all the people did sun gazing?
A lot of doctors would loose their job, I'm sure.

pg. 214 - “...The healing process itself often becomes manifest in certain general physical withdrawal symptoms. Because these can sometimes be mistaken for symptoms of illness, it is important to know of them in advance.”

Symptoms move from the inside to the outside of the body (mucus in the lungs is coughed up; toxic matter from deep within the system comes out as boils or rashes).

Now back in town, and a few forced days of free time, I am cleaning the house.

Real thorough cleaning, all drawers, wardrobes, everything that may contain anything is cleaned and excess thrown away (or given). I had to do it in my basement office prior to vacation because I had been litterally invaded, very bad invasion, with book lices. They were everywhere, the size of a dot on an i, walking dots. They are not biting, but very annoying. They specialised in books (intellectual bugs) eating the glue of the books and anything that may be mouldy or starchy. To make sure you get rid of them after a visit from experts, you have to freeze all your books for 48 hours. So, for 2 weeks, emptying two fridg freezers and a small 5 foot cube one, I frozed everything that was in the office and put pesticide again everywhere. Theres is really nothing left moving around. It was quite a lots of work, but it is now very clean.

I did the attic upon arrival, and now the bedrooms.

Yesterday was my daughter's room - with or without her consent lol. Finally, she participated. We were 2 1/2 (the half being my daughter) and went through everything, it took 6 hours, I could not believe it. Eveny small nik nak, small jewell, small piece of clothe has been evaluated and decision making on discarding or not made by my dauhgter, and then I would pass behind and show her what more we could discard. Then we washed everything from lamps, drawers, curtains, stuff animals, etc. Then my bedroom. Same thing, less time involved.

I thought she would be uncomfortable but she likes so much the clean, empty as she says, and organised bedroom that she cooked dinner for me - she is fifteen right.

Finally, today, I received a Facebook note saying I had been mentioned somewhere. It was my daughter that had mention my name with, below the name, this:

I read the peace and it tells what I know about detoxification.
The reaction in our mouth is not on that list (unless I missed the clue somewhere) and I never heard of it before and it feels kinda weird to think of a detox reaction acting up in the mouth like that. Having said that... My intuition tells me that it was an adjustment of some sort and not to be worried about.

I saw our Kandu last evening. He is slowly leaving but hangs on a bit because he so loves his family. My grandson stayed overnight and we got to talk about how his dog is doing. He is a very smart kid, he will be fine. Thank you All for your help.

I had read where some pets large and small meet up with their love one and carry on. I found comfort in that knowledge. Shortly after, I experienced it first hand:

That afternoon, Barbara dug a deep hole with the farm equipment next to the horse fence. Then she walked the circle alone with a wrapped up bundle. She lowered herself into the hole that was at least knee deep, and gently laid her Mikie to rest.

UPDATE CORRECTION: Knee deep, later her horse was buried at waist deep.

I'd include the reactions in your mouths as another example of detoxing. But, like you, I'd see it as a good thing, too. And another example of proof positive that your intuition tool is spot on (again).

Sorry for those tiny dotters. I’ve never heard of them before. But at least you've got intellectual little guys. Hopefully, they're all off to bug camp to learn the do's and don't's about uninvited guests.

AND great big thanks to you! Here's why:

Last week, I collected a couple of large garbage bags of kindling from the State Forest for my new BioLite camp stove, and covered them with an 8X10 tarp. After reading your post, I checked. And sure enough when I lifted the bags about 10 bugs scattered on my deck. I’m really glad that I didn’t leave them in my car!

PS I figured if I have available all these little gadget that I don’t need, it’s another example of how I am helping humanity and Mother Earth move along without too long of a change-up.

I do not know what I am talking about so please take this with a "pinch of salt" - seriously, this is really just some speculation with some unclear inspirational nudgework:

Two of the main ways to get prana from the outside to the inside are food and air.

For food, the prana absorption systems are in the tounge - which is why we are supposed to chew food till the taste has all but gone - and "drink it".

For air, the prana absorption systems are in the nasal cavity - which is why we are supposed to breath in (at least in!) through the nose whenever possible; a slow even breath gives the best opportunity for prana extraction to happen.

It seems as I consider these that there are some interesting overlaps with the sort of things you are noticing.

Perhaps your problems are less to do with toxins of the body variety, but you may be doing a kind of prana flush and cleaning out some of the prana processing systems of your 3D mind/body complex.

Ugh, I can remember the mortification of reading Huck Finn in 7th grade and dreading the classroom discussion. Notwithstanding Samuel Clemens' genius, the text of that novel is true to the times in every single way. I can get with Jim to the extent that he loved, trusted and taught gently and with compassion. Those were hard times to be a blackman in America obviously.

I dont think many schools read that book anymore. Too PC I suppose.

Hi Waky

I developed a gum infection problem about the same time I sungazed ( listened ), more regulary.

I didn´t think the two were connected but maybe they were... Anyway the infection / inflammation has been pretty persistent.

But I see it as a blessing. Because when I really take care of myself, it feels OK. But when I don´t, the pain starts up again.

I use dental paste and gum oil from "Ascended Health" which seems to work well. And oil pulling. And lots of vitamine C.

Good...er, what is it at 3am? Good 3am, Village

It seems as though as time goes by, things move more quickly. Not the time on the clock, but the growth and/or movement internally. Rather like a snowball downhill. The bumps send me into orbit (not literally), and the smooth part of the ride feels like VS's picture...weeeeeeeee! My entire knowledge base changes from moment to moment (literally). In fact, so much changes in 5 days, the work week for Mike, that when I see him on the weekend I realize how much has changed that he has no knowledge of. He is rather beginning to raise one eyebrow at me repeatedly, haha. Atomidine (are you sure it is safe?), sea salt in water (that's not good for your kidneys), Quan Yin and protection circles (that's evil). Some changes in me he rather enjoys. And those are the changes he can see. He can also feel the changes in my energy, my internal "spiritual" changes. He balks at my reading material, and has pulled back a bit from me because I think he is suspicious. Somehow I am to blame for Em's waking up a bit, and Little One's comments about angels visiting us when he finds feathers....well, sometimes he just stands and looks at me in silence.

Yes, I rather agree. This is a lot for him to take in from week to week. An overwhelming amount of new things, changes. I feel this way, and I'm sure he does also. I still freak out rather frequently, though I wish I did not

I am realizing that although we have shared most details of each other's lives for 21 years, married for 19 of those...wow, the things we have shared and been through together, we cannot share the path Home.

This is something I must do alone. Firstly, it would be impossible to share everything. New information, insight, experiences, habits...they come sometimes several in a day. But also, Carmody's post on detaching from the group resonated with me in this context. It is a necessary part of individual progression to the whole that I must detach from what has been my whole for a long time. This is sad, but at the same time the whole is bigger than anything I've ever dreamed of. It reminds me of the first time I realized the literal application of the old addage, "you can't take it with you." That does apply to "stuff"...but it really applies to people and relationships and everything else associated with this learning experience. The thing is that while without my partner doing this with me, I feel rather alone. But at the same time, I know I've never been, and never will be alone...

Today I am holding a young girl's family in my heart, and sending prayers for a gentle transition, as far as it aligns with the highest good.

She was shot and killed, her shell dumped in the river. She was 16. Her name is Shania Gray.

Shania witnessed a crime, and testified to such. The man who was put in jail for his crime has now taken her earthly life. Her poor family.

She attended M's school in the city. She had many friends. The school has about 3,000 students, and they will (mostly) be wearing black today out of respect for her life, and as a show of support to her family. M is wearing black today also. Too bad we cannot attend tonight's candlelight vigil, but we will be there in spirit.

May this be one of the last crimes of this nature. Soon, very soon...
