Today, I asked God, or higher self to give me a hand to go astral and it did... I made it out!

Writing is indeed extremely powerful (pen v sword). That is why I am peeved when people say just posting on a forum is a great way of not doing anything. On the contrary, it is a very effective way of doing things.

Anyone know how I can get a photo up on here? I got firewalls here, doesn't let me do any kind of photo site or networking site--I was thinking that maybe the "avalon inbox" has some sort of address I could send it to from an outside email? Or is that only avalon-to-avalon email?

Don't worry, it looks to me like the cat has things under control. I don't think he will let you be the buffet, but you've got to watch out for some of the women around here, they've been known to get up to some gender specific cannibalism in the past, if you know what I mean.
