David's coffee water is beeping in the microwave. PL's little space ship is vibrating on the screen ... I'm drinking the last of my cup of coffee. David sneezes. Dawn has begun, the stars have faded. Brushing a piece of summer savory off the keyboard ...

    All is well.

Embracing confusion accelerates the process, for what is life but the utmost manifestation of improbability. So much just flies in the face of logic and common sense, striving to make sense of it all just deepens the inability to know, for what is there makes no sense to the human mind at all. Good morning,

Made use of my anchor several times yesterday. Clinging like nobody's business. Several bouts of heart racing, headache, tendency to bark. No brain zaps. I'm so grateful for the chain, which is heavy and stable. Awaiting the EG. Day two...

Did some busting yesterday. Must report the absence of any worry or fear, and the absolute effectiveness of the technique.

Contemplating today's pep rally and whether I will go. Can't decide if I want to voluntarily jump in the middle of all that...will clothe myself well if I do. Probably will since I haven't attended one yet. Contemplating the volunteer packet at the school...same thoughts on that. I'm such a hermit any more...but I can't let that translate to Em that she is not important...

Busy morning, birds all singing, pond bubbling, lots of road noise. Cool breeze, last of the coffee. Thoughts and need-to's racing and buzzing. Shhhhhh.

    Much Love,
Life is a road we don't travel alone. But everyone's on their own journey home.

I learnt the hard way that logic and common sense aren't everything.
But once that lesson was learnt I rediscovered it...
seeing those same patterns being used by a higher hand.
So I didn't throw out the baby with the bath water, at least not more than once...
    It's all just too awesome.

Another beautiful end-of-summer day. Feel like writing. Which is nice because I havent lately other than what Ive contributed here and at ToT. Feeling change in the air as the season changes. Contemplating what it will be like to be back in the states after two years in the great white north. What it will be like to be back in Academia. Possibly teaching again, definitely researching, writing, finishing what I started in what seems like another lifetime ago.

This is some time to return too. Right when things are supposed to blow up. Jumping back into the cauldron that is the USA will be like jumping from a nice, warm bath into a boiling hot jacuzzi but its time. Well, i wouldnt have felt right if I missed the fireworks anyway. Being an ex-patriot felt like a nice little illusion but, as Drake told me not so long ago, theres no such thing, really.

So Im going to enjoy these last couple of months here. Enjoy the forests, the culture. Watching Sira and the boy as they look forward to a new experience and place. Looking forward to them getting to know my side of the family in person rather than on a phone or skype video.

Canada is so like the states and yet so different. Its refreshing, like whenI lived i Germany for four years, to experience a different culture, to bear witness to the unity of humanity firsthand in our similarities. To see once again how we are all more alike than different. It has been a wonderful space to lick my wounds and recover from the trauma of a life turned upside down, a nurturing space for an emotional and spiritual rebirth. To prepare for the next stage of life.

I feel ready for what is coming next.

Quote of the day: Love is what we are born with. Fear is what we learn. The spiritual journey is the unlearning of fear and prejudices and the acceptance of love back in our hearts. Love is the essential reality and our purpose on earth. To be consciously aware of it, to experience love in ourselves and others, is the meaning of life. Meaning does not lie in things. Meaning lies in us......Marianne Williamson

    Thank you PL,

I never looked at it this way.

btw, there is a saying from Ashtavakra Gita, that says: embrase nothing, turn nothing away, so technically it would be best to just allow the confusion to be there.

    Quote Embrace Nothing

    When the mind is attracted
    To anything it senses,
    You are bound.

    Where there is no I,

    Where there is I,
    You are bound.

    It is easy.

    Embrace nothing,
    Turn nothing away.

Cleaned two bathrooms, something about scrubbing toilets is humbling. Scrubbed bathtubs, walls, sinks, took a break then back to sweeping and mopping the floors.

Glad to have two bathrooms, like the end result of sparkling clean!

Which is what I was saying with my comment about the happy person and the sad person: spot the difference. And then the chain of logic and thought goes through the given process, emotions and all...

Is it awesome that one is happy and one is sad? No, not at all. Is it awesome that one happy and one is sad? From the right vantage point, one might say yes, but it would be an incomplete statement, dangerously so, if expressed to one who has not traversed the given gap between the two. What exactly is that differential seen, and why is it there? What does it mean? Thus it is presented as query. Which leads to the cascade.

Yes, when all else fails, scrub the floor on hands and knees. it helps reconnect to what is and what is not. Distract the body - clear the mind.

Awe enters at the third place...an apex point where both opposites are seen for what they are...fleeting states of being.
The third place is the connector point beyond space and time, which can only be experienced directly, not something that is shared with words.

Which is the dogmatic fault that occupies science right now, to some dangerous degrees. it cannot correct for faults, as it is hell bent, (in some critical ways) in holding on to conclusions and then basing all further considerations in front of it, on that older pattern. The inevitable is that some new pattern of observation will not fit the old systems, yet they refuse the data as it does not fit. Their presumption is that all old has been studied to bits and is provably correct, which is scientific dogmatism.

They fail to remember that the entire scientific method is based on the precept that all is theory, there are no facts, and all theory is subject to change, based on new data and new information, new observation. They turned the basis inside out, and failed to see it, they brought the emotional dogmatic mind into science, as few 'hard science' scientists of any kind have experience in esoteric thinking and psychology/philosophy.

Which is that thing I told a friend about 5 years ago, "judgement is a fools game, it anchors one in the self lies of their own past."

Which brings us back to the whole point that this form of science was borne only a few miles from and a few years from the exact place and time that Weishaupt created the Bavarian Illuminati. This particular item is known as 'the German school of thought' (rote teaching without critical reasoning) regarding teaching and scholastic aspects. Most specifically, the training of all scientists who engage in theoretical analysis and became the backbone of universities and thus all scientific exploration. That science, and universities, developing from that time forward... and thus all explorations in science...cascaded into being heavily top weighted with secret society types and their agenda. A worm was inserted at the base of the neck, as the thing was formed, within those critical formation points and times.

Thus the entire system of exploration was twisted so that it would appeal most specifically to philosophically ignorant and blunt linear types. That they would populate it's ranks. Which is what you see today.

That is, apparently..from my investigations... the exact spot and way that the trick was turned.

Philosophy and exploration was removed, dogmatism was inserted, with the type of minds involved which were purposely put there in form and function - in order to keep it that way, from that day forward, with little capacity to see or find the break where it turned wrong.

Recall: The average university/college IQ is estimated (I read once) to be about 125.

Now, what happens when persons with IQ's in the 175-190-200+ are running the show, from the backdrop? Can they even be seen?

Here is something more about the subject....
some exchange on enlightenment and a few letters I shared on a theosophy forum twelve years ago...

    http://www.katinkahesselink.net/arch/gb31.htm

    Katinka
I know it sounds weird, and one cannot get to that state without first understanding love in its fullest meaning. But once you are there, there is something else going on, something non-emotional.
And that is what I meant.

Here is what Baha'u'llah says about "enlightenment":

This is the realm of full awareness, of utter self-effacement. Even love is no pathway to this region, and longing hath no dwelling here; wherefore is it said, "Love is a veil betwixt the lover and the beloved." Here love becometh an obstruction and a barrier, and all else save Him is but a curtain.
For this is the realm of Absolute Command and is free of all the attributes of earth.

The exalted dwellers in this mansion do wield divine authority in the court of rapture, with utter gladness, and they do bear a kingly sceptre. On the high seats of justice, they issue their commands, and they send down gifts according to each man's deserving. Those who drink of this cup abide in the high bowers of splendor above the Throne of the Ancient of Days, and they sit in the Empyrean of Might within the Lofty Pavilion: "Naught shall they know of sun or piercing cold.

Concerning this realm, there is many a tradition and many a verse, of broad or special relevancy, but two of these will suffice to serve as a light for men of mind and heart.

The first is His statement: "O My Servant! Obey Me and I shall make thee like unto Myself. I say `Be,' and it is, and thou shalt say `Be,' and it shall be."

And the second: "O Son of Adam! Seek fellowship with none until thou hast found Me, and whenever thou shalt long for Me, thou shalt find Me close to thee."

-- Bahá'u'lláh, The Seven Valleys and the Four Valleys

I found that these words confirmed what I had experienced when I was there.

Hey Eaglespirit, or anyone else, can you recommend a particular translation or edition of the I Ching?
    Have You tried this one?
    http://www.ichingonline.net/index.php
I went there, and asked whether we should start construction of our house now.
And I got no. 11.... Peace
I guess that means to take it easy, for the time being....
To Ulli: You got a simple "no"? What it really straightforward and obvious, or did you have to do much interpretation to reduce the answer to "no."

To All: I haven't looked at the I Ching in nearly 40 years. I guess I didn't give it credence or understand it enough to hold my attention. Just out of curiosity, what do you, dear reader, think of what comes through the I Ching? Obviously, when we get advise that tells us to be more forgiving, more grateful, drink only pure water, stand up straight, etc. then we recognize the advice as good advice, yet generic, and we use it as a reminder. But what if the advice would create a very big change in your life...would you follow the advice? "Should I marry that person?", or "Should I build that house?" is a very big decision, how much would you allow the I Ching to guide you on your path?

In curiosity, I decided to ask a question.
(Background info: Because all signs point to a major financial collapse very soon, and the US wants yet another war - this time to subjugate and pillage Iran - it seems that the project that I have been working on for several years, The Reset Button, will have no chance of being accomplished. The financial collapse and hyperinflation will draw most people into survival mode, not in a mode where they could unite for this project to come to fruition. So, I have been emotionally and mentally vacillating between just going ahead because it feels as if it is the "right action", and dropping it and putting my attention in helping friends, family and neighbors prepare for the effects of the economic tsunami that appears to be quickly "nearing our shore.")

OK, so now you have the background for my question. I apologize that this will be long, but I'll post the question and the results here. I don't know how much of a bearing the "Changing Lines" and "Transformed Text" have, but I'll post them too.

Quite honestly, with my heart and soul, I would love to believe that the answer I got is real. It brought tears to my eyes.

    == ==

    50 - Fifty
    Ting / The Caldron

Fire rises hot and bright from the Wood beneath the sacrificial caldron:
The Superior Person positions himself correctly within the flow of Cosmic forces.

    Supreme Accomplishment.

    SITUATION ANALYSIS:

Your needs are coming into harmony with the requirements of the Cosmos.
Blending brilliantly with the Dance of Life, you are becoming an actual element of Cosmic Law.
Your goals will now be realized because you no longer cut against the Cosmic grain; you are no longer swimming against the flow of the Tao.
You are acquiring an intuitive sense of what can and cannot be, and aligning your efforts accordingly.

    =====================
    Changing Lines:

    There is One Changing Line.

    Hexagram Fifty/Line Two:

Your caldron contains a hearty meal with plenty to go around.
Your rivals are jealous of your ability to provide, but they can't harm you.
    Good fortune.
    ========================
    Transformed Hexagram:

    56 - Fifty-Six
    Lu / The Wanderer

Fire on the Mountain, catastrophic to man, a passing annoyance to the Mountain:
The Superior Person waits for wisdom and clarity before exacting Justice, then lets no protest sway him.

    Find satisfaction in small gains.
To move constantly forward is good fortune to a Wanderer.

    SITUATION ANALYSIS:

You are a stranger to this situation.
It is your attraction to the exotic that has led you here, but you will move on to a new vista when this one has lost its mystique.
Because much of this environment is foreign to you, you must exercise only the best judgement.
You don't know the custom here, and it's too easy to cross a line you don't know is there.
Because you are the foreigner in this setting, you have no history to acquit you.
Watch, listen, study, contemplate, then step lightly but decisively on.

Thanks for any insights you can offer,

    Dennis

Like everything else, it all boils down to the beholder. The book only assists in giving one the options, and even then there can be errors due to whim.
If I interpreted yesterday's oracle as a No it was because in that instance I was reminded that construction periods feel like war, and the interim periods feel like peace.
    Don't believe me?
Come to Costa Rica, and see how it is done here....
from the corrupt officials at the municipality, to the hardware stores and the way they try to cheat you out of extra cash, to the workmen who hang your dining room lamp in the bathroom, even though you told them where it was meant to go.
Right now I cherish my interpretation of NOOO!
    Sigh of relief.
    Peace.

Dennis...I only now read the full reading...and your question...the part in the box.
Your reset button is admirable and definitely gets the message across that a solution is necessary...the name alone is already a great message in that it conveys the need to start over.

The answer the book gave you is perfect in my opinion.
Lots of people who are sensitive have seen that these times have special requirements, and even come up with great solutions. All slightly different, as filtered through their own perspective.
But there is one solution that is all-comprehensive and that one only the Almighty has access to...
meanwhile what is needed is that individuals stay tuned to those signals from above and trust that they will KNOW exactly at what point their service and which particular kind of service is required ...
So while none of us have the full picture of the future, we each can only increase our willingness to serve the greatest possible outcome...one in which Wade Frazier's Godzilla is not the ultimate winner.

Yes, science, like religion before it, like politics, economics, medicine, education, and the making of money, has been largely captured.

The bastards in power, Godzilla as Wade calls them, know of
a supremely sophisticated science with which they can dominate and subjugate the earth. But to reconstruct it, on the scale required and implied by their enterprise itself, will require that virtually the entire planet and its resources must be at their disposal.

These bastards trace their lineage back to "gods" who descended to earth and sired children of human mothers.

Perhaps they seek, ultimately, to return to the stars.

Cleaned two bathrooms, something about scrubbing toilets is humbling. Scrubbed bathtubs, walls, sinks, took a break then back to sweeping and mopping the floors.

Glad to have two bathrooms, like the end result of sparkling clean!
Yes, when all else fails, scrub the floor on hands and knees. :) it helps reconnect to what is and what is not. Distract the body - clear the mind.
Which is, in all likelihood... part of why I went off and did 40 years of relentless hard labour between two human embodied lives.

And the circular logic that closes their gap into a state of comfort is the dogmatic, emotionally polarized and blinkered mind. Which they do not understand was and is them, they themselves (lucifer's angel of the dawn, the ascendant, the rose colored glasses, and so on), that was purposely put there, to block the door, to understand that they themselves are the limit that confines them.

They seemingly cannot get to the point around the confinement, to step beyond the psychological version of Godel's incompleteness theorem that confines them. The sheer necessity to be suspended in the highly uncomfortable moments of extreme uncertainty of Russell's Teapot; that contemplation and then cascading reason..that is so fundamental to getting past this issue.
