I´ll watch this tonight.

It´s always great to learn different points of view about such a fascinating subject.

Every truth seeker should always look forward to learn and analyze all different sides of the same story.

Most people just read and watch what they already tend to believe/agree. This is a bit dangerous because you become so biased after some time, that you may become unable to perceive the whole picture.

I bet that a lot of persons will reply attacking this documentary even before watching it.

It's about time, what's it been, 3 seasons of tv shows (forget the decades of research it is made up of)...the ptb are slipping!

I was watching the other night, where Erich Von daniken says something like: there are 238 question marks in there [chariots of the gods], no one ever sees the question marks

Can't wait to see the "facts" they have probs with, & looking forward to seeing backup for the traditional theories...I'm sorry--scientific explanations...of how the monolithic structures were created with primitive tools and good old fashioned hard work...

I am pleased that the debunking is only for the Ancient Aliens series and not the Ancient Aliens themselves.

I wish to thank the OP for posting this, I found it most amusing.

The narrator in the video asks us to have an open mind while watching this, while in contrast the narrator has anything but an open mind.

He calls all theories, except his, ridiculous.

One point I was amused is he uses an illustration to say that rope hoisting hole were cut into large stones, but fails to consider how the stone age people would have carved the square sided holes into the rock with such precesion
as belong ( this is referred to in the video at 14:30 minutes into the video)

Can you imagine trying to carve that with a stone hammer?

I don't put any great value in the the show ancient aliens, however I would put less value into this debunking video.

The author of the video clearly is afraid to face truth.

I think if you watch a few more minutes you will see that they did not just use stone hammers. They had very strong copper, nickle, arsenic bronze tools in a variety of shapes. BTW The rectangle on the side of the stone is open as well, in other words there are three holes in the stone in that diagram.

From the info in the Ringing Cedars series of Books, those "Ancient Aliens" were just us, when we had more tech than we do now.. according to Anastasia we have had 5 catastrophes since creation... so no Ancient Aliens, just Ancient Man....

One thing I saw and heard a lot of from the AA was "in my option"… theories? and I've also heard before that when Eric Von Daniken wrote his first book it was meant to be only read in question form not as fact… theories?

The debunkers may have their "facts and theories" but can they be absolutely right. NO! I really don't think anyone can be 100%. There will always be theories and debunkers around.

One thing I positively do believe is, that our ancient civilizations was a h*** of lot smarter than we give them credit for.

All I know is there is a lot of similar structures all over the world, a lot of drawings and a lot of text indicating that the Gods came from the sky which is why I believe it may be possible... (but only my theory)

So I’m kind of fond (but may not believe all) of the Ancient Aliens theory and always will until proved wrong.

I'm well on top of the Ancient Alien theory, and watched the series quite avidly when it was on. I have subscribed very much to the idea of Ancient Aliens for years – since I was a child in fact. Don’t know how I knew, but I knew it. I knew before even schooling, religion and societal norms could indoctrinate me otherwise.

I follow the historical model that ET's genetically seeded Mankind; fine-honed the experiment through multiple cycles of civilization (rising and falling) – Lemuria and Atlantis most should be aware of. I understand the later Ra/Yahweh/Quetzalcoatl 'God-mentoring' connection, and the many later Biblical references, as so forth.

However this series got such a lot plain wrong. Many 'theories' were miles wide of the mark, and I very often ended up groaning at some of it. A debunking campaign is not surprising then, and in fact I welcome it. While the series ran I quite clearly 'smelt' disinfo mixed in – some very silly disinfo purposely aimed at the 'on-the-fencers', with the desire to make them jump off on the side of complete rejection (of the theory).

But it still didn't detract from the general theme (for me), that our existence, our genome, was enhanced and expedited by extra-terrestrial tinkering and mid-wifery several hundred thousand years ago. We are a 'colony', an experiment, and also a 'soul-farm' for relatively young and new souls beginning their incarnative cycles...

In fact, why do I need to believe? Do I really need to pick a side? Fortunately not.

All I know is that there are several compelling hypothesis and that´s all they are; hypothesis, not theories.

History is not an absolute. I believe we´ll only find out the truth about this subject when we invent some sort of time machine. Until then, it´s all speculations

You´re perfectly right saying that there will always be opposition to any point of view; theories and debunkers. This is simply awesome! This is how knowledge evolves.

Every theory or hypothesis should be extensively discussed. Trying to debunk a theory is the only way to prove that it´s correct, after all, if a lot of people try to debunk a theory and fail, then it´s probably correct by the current knowledge standards.

Your are probably right Raf., I should have used the word hypothesis which means: a guess, assumption or idea that suggest that an explanation; a theory that has not been tested or proven.
