Just stumbled on this post from last year. We call metalanguage language about language. The previous sentence is metametalanguage because it is language about metalanguage This is either the start of an infinite regress or just playing silly games. My point is that it is built into the concept of consciousness, which is almost by definition meta-consciousness or self-consciousness. Sartre says, 'the only way for consciousness to exist is to be conscious of existing'. This is the positive feedback that has been mistakenly (fraudulently) transposed to climate 'science', climate being a system achieving balance through negative feedback.

Animals are conscious. Primitive humans were/are conscious of being conscious while remaining ignorant of what consciousness is. Higher intelligences are conscious of their consciousness, i.e both aware of the content and understanding the mechanism.

Realization of one's consciousness is fed by making observations of the external world, while being aware of oneself doing that.
If John is speaking to Mary, the awareness then includes Mary, as well as "here I am, John, talking to Mary."
And that means one includes oneself in a common energy field, and can therefore share in the energy being exchanged.

Here and now, I look forward to embarking on a new future made possible by the shedding of old habits that no longer served me and only held me back. Shared realities are very tricksy and often the obstacle that blocks us most. Adjustments vary according to the needs of the creators of those realities.

I await my own death, with baited breath. Problem is, my family line tends to love/live for a long time. So I've got a bit of time before I'm free again.

Lessons are best learned here, while incarnate, that is the very point of being immersed in time. Sucks to be here, but wouldn't want to be anywhere else, either. At least for now. Maybe. Kinda. Sorta.

I've always felt a strong longing to fulfill my contract here and jettison off to the next gig. My life truly started and changed for the better when I made the conscious decision to quit thinking about it and be Here and Now, and enjoy it. That single decision ended years of depression. That happened in about 2001.

In regards to Syd Barrett, I often wondered about his demise, if you can call it that. In Pink Floyd's album Wish You Were Here, several songs, such as Have a Cigar, Wish You Were Here and Welcome To Machine, seems to describe gross manipulation of the "business" over Syd. I've always wondered if Tavistock had anything to do with his undoing.

I love the totally negative uppity comments about Floyd from this snarky dude smoking the cigaret: "Personally, they are a bit boring....." Ha!!!

I saw this article on the UK Daily Mail, and it hurt my heart, being a Capricorn (Steinbock). What a beautiful creature that is now just dead. I understand hunting as a food source, but for sport? C'mon!

I googled Syd Barrett Egerton Court, and found quite few accounts about his excessive drug use.
People were genuinely worried about him.

Where I'm from..the hunters would come in by the hundreds, during 'the season'....and sometimes kill each other. And some of us, we'd be secretly amused. We stayed out of the woods, and near the towns. Just like all the animals they where hunting.

As for the dying, but, I'll wait, thanks. But I still won't be letting the door hit me on the ass on the way out. Like Ruby, I'm outta here!

After watching this I went on to watch Funny Scenes from The Fifth Element Part 2.
As a result today looks more promising than yesterday. Those actors must have had a hard time keeping a straight face while shooting that movie. Not only the Ruby character, although that one is one of the all time funniest.

It's 9:40 am in New York...It was summer yesterday, it is autumn today!

Husband is working in the yard, cleaning tools. Preparing for the cold weather. The Birds are singing. I am at peace with all that rolls around in my head on the upcoming events of the globe. I am at peace because I know who and what I Am.

The New Moon in late Libra is good for me. My moon in Aquarius, Neptune in Libra, Jupiter in Gemini...I am ok with this moon, and yes, Transiting Neptune in Pisces (my husband!!!!) is a bit foggy...but it's nice to know why foggy is right now. And, this too shall pass.

My life is interesting. I am a recovered (not cured) alcoholic for many years. I have a lovely circle of fellowship, a lovely and interesting family, and friends who are on a deep metaphysical/spiritual path...

Interesting, though, they are not the least bit interested in the current events of our civilization.

I was not either until the October 2011 'event'. I forgot the name of the event of October 28, 2011 (Mercury in Pisces ).

Now, since that time I find myself drawn into this 'place' of awareness, or illusion...depending on the day...concerning the evolution of our species...

In my immediate environment, I am alone in this...the narrow path.

I ordered two books online a while back, and two weeks past the delivery date I still had not received them. Grrr. So, I called the place and they gave me a refund. Another week passed and I had forgotten the whole thing, and lo and behold the books show up. I have had it on my mind to call the place and have the charge reinstated, as that is the right thing to do. Every time I thought about it, though, I wasn't by the phone. So, this morning, I decided before I do anything else, I'm calling.

They told me they will not be charging me for these items, and that I can keep them or donate them or whatever.

Hahahahahaha.

Actually, I was made aware of '2012' in the mid to late 1990's while I attended Barbara Brennan School of Healing...

That was a lovely community, composed of many brilliant, accomplished people...and ME! chuckle

I remember watching a video at the school...it told the story of the Pleiades and how their planet was on the verge of destruction, and how other beings came and saved them...sound familiar?

I was in awe at the time.

Now, from where I stand, 14 some odd years later.

I am VERY CLEAR about my OWN empowerment.

I am not looking for anyone to save me and/or mine.

If can perform Long Distance Healings; If I can shift my frequency to Higher Vibrations; If I am connected to Source at the Core of my being...

I am clear about my ability to create my reality...as Bashar says...and I don't even give that much creadance to him...although he's a nice guy... It matters not what is occuring 10 feet away...my reality is safe in the arms of the divine within me.

That's an Aries Sun/Capricorn Rising kind of a statement...

Hello Anastasia, and welcome to the Here and Now Village. There are several of us here who have studied astrology, so using expressions like "Mercury in Pisces" conveys meaning in an instant, especially for those who have that same placing in their natal chart. My Mercury is in Aquarius, but still, on days where transiting Mercury hits my natal Neptune I usually an inkling of what people who were born with Mercury in Pisces feel like most of the time. Astrology is a wonderful tool for learning to allow others their space. I'm in the mountains of Costa Rica, where the rainy season has begun, and will probably continue for another three months. This morning is already overcast.

Oracle Report | New Moon Phase – Moon in Libra

As the New Moon in Libra opens, the Sabian symbol tells us what the month’s energy will bring: 23 Libra - a chanticleer’s voice heralds the rising Sun with exuberant tones. The New Moon at 23 Libra directly opposes Eris at 23 Aries. Geocentrically speaking, the Earth herself is located at 23 Aries – with Eris. That’s some serious feminine energy.

I want to emphasize something about this month’s energy. Because the New Moon opposes Eris, there will be two energies at play throughout the month. Anything involving Eris always means two things will be going on simultaneously. “The rising Sun” symbolizes new beginnings and new opportunities. On the personal level, this is a wonderful thing. Our hard-won, new energetic bodies (courtesy of the energy of the Turning Point in mid-July through yesterday) will now begin operating in the way the upgrade intended – through resonance, putting us with people, places, and things that are now like us. If you think of it in radio terms, and we should because the planet communicates through radio waves and is doing so even with Jupiter right now, we will begin coming into signal resonance with things that are most like us.

The operating principle of the Universe is “like attracts like.” The energy that made corrections within our personal fields and in turn in the events of our lives is now over. We are a new “tone” now and essentially we sound like something different than we did. Our voice is aligned to the voice of the planet. In collaboration with the planet, we are participating in communications between the Earth and the Sun, Jupiter, and the Galactic Center. This is crazy stuff I know. But as each of us joins the planet on her journey, we are privy to her communications. This is complicated and too much to go in to today, but I will talk more about it another time. Just understand that you are broadcasting on a wider band now. You are stronger and your “voice” is heard at greater distances, meaning you have far more power to affect things.

That said, let’s look at the degree of Jupiter, since the Earth has chosen to invite that energy into her navigation through space and time. Remember that Jupiter went retrograde the day Saturn went into Scorpio. Jupiter remains at the degree known as “a woman activist in an emotional speech, dramatizing her cause.”

Additionally, the Sun sent a G-1 class geomagnetic storm that lasted 15-hours and produced exuberant tones of colors of auroras this weekend. Most likely, a solar flare will be released today as the Sun imprints its element to the month’s energy. This bombardment of solar energy contributed to the strong emotions and out of control feelings people experienced over the weekend (especially Scorpios or those with an abundance of Scorpio energy and Pisces – especially those born between February 19 and 23- or those with an abundance of Pisces energy). Remember, we must look out for these brothers and sisters right now. This energy is bombarding them (us).
So this month is going to bring rich new experiences, especially if your highest goal is to work with the planet. This is where the real action (and the real fun and joy) is. This is what we are going to focus on because as I stated above, there are two things happening this month.

The second thing that is happening is that the new world order (who are oh so fond of “new dawns,” Saturn entering Scorpio, and anything involving the Eris energy – which is represented by eagles, owls, and lions and why I chose the Eagle today with a little help from a message from a wise owl in Arkansas) is going to move their agenda forward at breakneck speed. War in the Middle East will continue to escalate as more chaos (and fear) is pumped into the collective so that a new “order” can be established. We will need to create our own order out of the chaos and we will do so day by day, as each day dawns. There is nothing to be concerned about here. I am not fear mongering. Wise owls see what is happening and are not taken in so easily. You are reading this because you are part of the sanity.

To figure out what two things are going on for you personally will require honest self-reflection and we will take that one day at a time also so don’t become overwhelmed with the New Moon energy. Salute the Sun and honor the Earth today as we begin anew. Take time outs\ and engage the beauty that is all around you – just like we always do.

Wow ulli! My brother lives 1/2 in Costa Rica and 1/2 time in New York City! His home in Costa Rica is in San Jose. He loves it there. I've never been...haven't flown in many years. But, I look forward to that shifting soon.

Yes, I have studied astrology since the 1970's. It is an integral part of me. Nice to communicate with another who speaks that language. .
