Jack- In the paper this morning there was a report that the guy who sings this had been going to do a panda song, but found the panda a bit too sleepy! So he did the horsey dance instead-- probably a good idea-- plenty of colour and movement!

Though I must say it reminds me of a kindergarten and the kids do walking, then marching like soldiers and finally galloping. He actually does do the horse galloping at one stage.

I love it- AND I now have the nonsense firmly in my mind for the rest of the day!

I recently went to a wedding (my niece) and the DJ played this. I was unfamiliar with it, but the bride sure knew it. You should have seen her doing these dance moves in her long flowing wedding dress - and a huge grin on her face. She just exuded "fun."

Of course, twenty years from now, they'll laugh at how goofy it was but everyone will remember that wedding as being fun (and I think this silly song was a big part of it.)

I have seen his concert on cable after his return to Korea. The guy has gotten a hero's welcome.
But there was a scene that really made me do a double take, which was when he asked the HUGE crowd gathered at his concert to hold up the free CDs he has passed out. That was his new sixth album. The package has a big eye drawn, the middle being a clear plastic ball. Eighty thousand fans held up that eye and sang along with him, waving that EYE.
If anyone can embed that picture here, it will give you a better picture of what I am talking about.

Made me wonder who was really behind this latest craze.

I was looking into the obvious 'battle' going on in the music industry. It's just like pharmaceutical companies, each ones path leads back to a slightly different 'leader' with a slightly different ethos.
It comes across as a 'colour/power war' the black gangs collecting up white female singers, the people that feature on one 'gangs' records don't feature on the others.
Cowel with his X-factor posse. The Will I Am brigade with Cheryl Cole and Rhianna. Gangnam Style comes in as an outsider and takes them on.

The big boys give to charity, does that make it right? (Jimmy Saville was giving to charities but it didn't justify his abusive life style) Apparently Will I Am has some amazing charities for the street kids where he came from. Is his heart in the right place? I wonder why he's up N.A.S.A's hole?

Justin Bieber is apparently into his Scientology and doesn't seem to play with the other kids in the school yard.

You've got all the Disney clones, brainwashed kids who have been so remoulded, not a lot of singing quality but so influential to our children.

They are attacking us from all angles.....Arrgh!!

Bring back the 60's Peace and Love in every song but without the corporate control the industry has now.

I read somewhere that the entire point of the song (as related by the artist) was to make fun of an entire area of Korea..that tries to emulate the rich, to be like the rich. To make fun of pretenders and wanna be's. To make a joke out of the whole thing. Which he thinks it is.
