    Default solid state generator experiment

Check out this experiment using a toroidal coil. Davida Sereda at the 2010 ufo conference discussed this technology. Dr Greer/Dr Loder discussed some of the recent breakthroughs in this area. It's interesting that the technology was even decoded from crop circles using autocad.

There is some very interesting progressions made in the Free Energy Field, i'm subscribed to almost everyone on youtube who are doing basement experiments with "free energy".

How about proven technology? Find Robert Alexander and ask how he built his generator in the 1970's. I've made several different versions trying to replicate this but none have been over unity/free energy. His patent has critical typos (i.e. 45 volts vs. 4.5 volts, burned out my field coils because of this), not certain if they were placed there intentionally.

I can say with absolute confidence that the small wire used in this coil cannot handle 200 amperes. Putting 200 amperes through small wire would create instant and dense smoke.

Hi rmauersr, I agree it would smoke big time, I think they are not putting tthat much amperage in that's what is registering coming off the coil.

    I think it´s not showing 200A, instead 200Hz.

How is the current being isolated in the coil; otherwise his pulse generator would also be smoked not to mention the dude touching the coil with his bare hands would be dead as a hammer.

Apparently there is something here that i don't understand???

So, no ones provided a better explanation to what was being demonstrated with the coil.

It occurred to me this morning what is being presented and in light of this fact; i don't know why the experimenter hasn't explained himself what is actually occurring with his experiment?

The coil isn't producing 200A, it's producing the magnetic field of a 200A circuit.

This is a significant demonstration but, the average viewer is lead to a very misleading conclusion; 200A is a lot of energy.

200A is a lot of energy.
I know this is pedantic, but no it isnt 200 A is a lot of current.

(No wonder we have so many problems in debating this stuff.)

You need more information about potential (V) and the load before you can work out the energy that can be converted into useful work.

My off-grid house inverter peaks at drawing over 200A at around 24-27V and the wires to it from the battery bank are thick : 50mm² of copper conductor!

Allow me to be a bit pedantic then:

Quote You need more information about potential (V) and the load before you can work out the energy that can be converted into useful work.
You are talking about "Power" (P=IE)

And you missed the most important part of my post by being pedantic!

Quote (No wonder we have so many problems in debating this stuff.)
Just for reference, here is an explanation of energy from wikipedia:

"In physics, energy (Ancient Greek: ἐνέργεια energeia "activity, operation"[1]) is an indirectly observed quantity. It is often understood as the ability a physical system has to do work on other physical systems.[2][3] Since work is defined as a force acting through a distance (a length of space), energy is always equivalent to the ability to exert pulls or pushes against the basic forces of nature, along a path of a certain length."

Voltage is the potential like horsepower
Current is the ability to do work like torque

Id also like to point out that the coil in question is an AC circuit and your off-grid battery bank is DC ahead of your inverter...

I just took a look at the link you provided; do you know what my first thought was when i saw this generator?

    I see the Egyptian Anhk!

Good to see some informed technical debate here. Regarding the videos:

    1) What was the first one showing? It appeared to be a coil driven my a square-wave generator inducing current in a secondary coil connected to some LEDs. So what? It's just transformer action and not very efficient at that considering the amount of coupling possible with that construction. What did I miss?

    2) In the second video, as 13thWarrior said, the "200 amps" shown on the clamp current meter isn't current in the coil. If it's anything it's magnetic induction. Is the coil being driven by DC or AC? The video guy talks of positive and negative leads implying DC. But if the coils are being driven by an AC source, the meter could be giving a very erroneous reading if the driving waveform is not sinusoidal - which is what most AC meters are calibrated to read. Anyway, a base-line reading of similarly-wound bi-filiar toroidal coil with the same number of turns wound conventionally would show any real difference however it's being driven.

Assuming the 200A is real (and at what voltage?), I think I'd have gone out of my way to harness it and get it to do something impressive like boil some kettles or run a big motor! Not just show a measurement!

If you rub a balloon on a dry day you can "measure" 1000s of volts with the right equipment, but no one has suggested it's proof of zero-point energy - have they?

From all these free energy website and forums, I wish someone would give demonstrate a small device I could make in my workshop. Just something that moved until the bearings wore out (rather than until the magnets demagnetised) would be a start.

Unfortunately it usually appears that these demonstrations are designed to impress those who don't know their amps from their volts.

    In hopefulness...

    Nick

    Hi Nick,

I share your frustration; everyone is doing the same experiments making primitive motors and lighting low power lights with coils powered from an external source...

The current Rodin coils being made are field generators; this has confirmed my initial suspicions of what was being demonstrated by the 200A DMM reading.

This technology has vast capabilities but, everyone seems to be stuck in small thinking applications; well at least the videos i've seen on YT...if anyone has worked out a useful device, they aren't telling...
