People who are a long time vegetarian have crossed the barrier to bad health, mind and longevity.

It has to be understood that your origin is carnivorous, that you need meat for your stability here, when one starts to have OBE very easily that is a sure sign that your metabolism is unstable, the book states that there is a very big difference between induced and un-induced OBE.

The only time that the ancients gods did not touch meat was a few days before they had to leave the earth's atmosphere to go to their motherships.

These text could have been tampered with too you know?

I have been raised as a vegetarian... ate little meat between age 18 and 35 and live as a vegetarian since.
My health and constitution are far above average.
Mind and longevity remains to be seen but I have a feeling that I'm in the clear there too

My father lived as a vegetarian since age 20... he is now 66 and looks like a healthy 50 year old.

For sure I would not disagree with you as I know many vegetarians myself and they look and act just fine, hell most of India is vegetarian, she bring in Hitler as an example as one, you're definitely in the right social circle, hehehe.

Her target is for double to what your father is in comfort and all functioning, she treats 60 as just middle age, and checking ones intake properly would start to restore people genetics, she believes that humanity and the next generation can restore themselves through the right food for greater longevity, pushing the barriers to when man lived far longer than what he does now.

Completed the book over the weekend, skimmed over the "Veda" prose as i wouldnt know fact from fiction here and because of authors bias against women wouldnt trust her interpretation anyway. Understood her take and emphasis on nutrition (medical background)though dont see how improving this (and our morals of course) will lead back to physical immortality in future generations? Nuclear war history doesnt surprise me, nor colourful skin/mutations.Implications for future?-unless a consciousness shift occurs on massive scale- back around the mulberry bush we go. My question- i dont recall author discussing what happens to us after death considering she believes we have only one life, tho i may have missed it

Just finished chapter 3. Everything synchronizes with what I know from all of Sitchin’s books, The Vedas, Law of One, The Key, biochemistry and quantum physics. I am going to stop now and sleep on it for the night.

Copper retention from natural suntan was right on the money as discussed in that chapter. Connected the dots on the blue skinned demigods of The Land of Seven Gods (India).

Today I went down to the Harbor Freight store and bought the 3305 ultra-sound jewelry cleaner. I made my first batch of Liposomal Vitamin C using blender emulsified flax oil instead of soy-lecithin. It tastes like rusty nails and my teeth squeaked when rubbing together. Dosage will be 1/4 cup two times a day for now. If I don’t post tomorrow it is because hurricane Sandy turned out the lights...I do have confidence in my connotations, really.

Not quite sure what you wanted roman,i read the book out of interest for myself which i would hav done with or without your plug as i am a truthseeker, though this does not prevent me from having preferences like everyone else when it comes to attitudes which bleed thru so obviously in the written word.The authors attitude is offensive to put it bluntly,she also wreaks of an over inflated ego, which i personally find a very unattractive quality and therefore did not enjoy the read,and as i mentioned in my revue post, i had read similar information previously in my travels.

As to the fact that you pointed out my revue may discourage others from reading this information, firstly any really helpful information will eventually speak for itself to humanity,secondly all my posts are succinct,and thirdly you flatter me, as like you i dont proclaim to hav any credability on Avalon either
