It was on Avalon before, but my French isn't good enough,
so I haven't seen it before now.
Anyway, it's an absolute MUST watch....a major waker upper.
No wonder this movie was banned in EU countries...it throws out
everything modern civilization stands for.

Here and now

I am presently sitting in my living room, listening to my beautiful daughter practicing a music piece she wrote while singing her composition. She is getting to be really good, this is a pleasure listening to her truly.

Her professional teachers are telling me she has real talent (although I know her voice is a worked one, not a truly natural), she is very good at matching words she writes and music she composed.

She has been playing piano for 2 years 1/2 and singing for about 6 years. I had inscribed her to singing lessons so that it would ease her learning of languages (get her to speak more fluently and correct her grammar with the help of rythm - she is born dysphasic (partial aphasia)) and it ended up being a major passion of hers.

I did not work much today and I feel guilty, some potential customers are waiting for my response and money is not going to get in the house if I go like this.

The fog is slowly lifting off my depressed brain, the moods are slowly coming back up. This was a long and very depressed period, since last May it was worst, but altogether it went on for about 2 years in a lighter manner though. Lots of inner search and inner fights with beliefs and old habits of thinking.

In fact, I am starting to see what I should be or want to be or could be (this is all the same anyhow) and how I could give a turn to my career to have fun and make a living, be able to work until an advanced age. I will put what I see for a trial and for a direction starting next week.

I should buy a good sound system, the music of my daughter is making me some real good. I should listen to music more often.

It does my heart good to see this movie alive and well...it is excellent, imho.
Watched it about 5 years ago and had it stored on my old computer that I left behind.

Here and Now I just don't feel good. I don't feel sick either, just not myself. Somehow I know this is a process, and I will be just fine. I will recover much more quickly than those who are struggling to find warmth and something to eat and where to hang their hats for the night. Just an observation of something going on in my body and spirit.

It is homework time. Three days of make-up work, dinner to fix, 3d a-calling. Then, more rest.

Rocky, I am so glad you have joined in around here.

I love hearing all the different voices in this choir...such a beautiful harmony.

Poor Em, there is definitely a brain issue here of some kind. It isn't habits, though the bad habits have stemmed from it. It isn't laziness, although the laziness has been fed by it. There's an issue, dammit. And with all the experience I've had with kids who don't fit in to society's norms...it frustrates me to no end. I still feel the strong Trust. And I am fighting to not become emotional about it, because that would not lead to a positive result. There is NO reason why teachers canNOT take an interest in a special student who is struggling. This bassackwards little town mindset is comforting and infuriating at the same time. I cannot do this by myself, the teachers are going to have to give a shart. They will truly give one if I become emotional, if I get too involved. Care, you doofuses. Ask her. Help her. Ugh!

The principal and I had a chat last Friday. It ended with him asking me if I am on the list of substitute teachers. Aw, not again. Political games that I do not play, and they do have an impact on my kids. "Yes, I will definitely being putting myself on the sub list" would be the right answer for him. And, that is surely one way of having compassion funneled to Em. I have become a loner because I don't like those games, I don't play games. And if I refuse? Em pays. Oh, for crying out loud. What about the right thing to do? What about reaching out to help a struggling student?

Great. Now my stomach's tied up in knots and I feel tears welling up. Aw, geez.

Ya know?

My Son has said Obama is a good man.

At the moment I think he's enroling good people online. He gets on his playstation and counsels these people.

I walked past his room earlier and he was discussing processed foods and cancer to someone. He is a true Preacher. In fact my partners family had a preacher in their history.
The lad can talk under water, I send my love to these poor souls who endear him only to come out the otherside awakened. lol

I've also heard him dealing with lesser blessed members of society. He very politely tells them where to go and locks them from his friends list. He seems to have quite a following.

I will begin stitching the reindeer hide for your magician's cape, I would suggest you invest in some thermals as well Rocky, the snow may melt but it'll still be a wee bit chilly up there, Oh and you'd better get the lastest umbrella modification for your staff, selling on Ebay half price at moment! Here and now it's so funny

The newly acquired kitten has come out of it's shell.
Lottie is very good at physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

My disabled partner who doesn't have very good mobility is currently kicking and lifting both his legs as the kitten launches attacks from behind the chair. His legs are scratched to ribbons.lol

It's terrorizing everyone including the canines. I'm going to resort to fluoride in it's water lol.
