Here and Now...What's Happening?

if Zoe is up for it, I really recommend a few minutes of Em talking with her children...

many indigos feel alone and don't understand they are gifted, in ways other than studies...

could be a gifted healer, could walk into a crowd and peace fills the room...

it is very frustrating because inside they know they are special but our system isn't set up to recognize them...

Wow. Thank you, Rocky, I wonder if you know how much I needed that reminder. Your words are the centering I needed again.

Yes, these words gave me balance again. Reminded me of what is important. She is gifted, alright, she and I have become aware of that. She decided against becoming a veterinarian because she did not think she could fulfill some of the responsibilities. PL reminded me of reiki, she wants very much to play some role in healing. And then there's the magic...wow on that one, that's all I will say about that.

This life sometimes becomes very aggravating for me, pulling my attention in too many directions. If I can just stay focused on the work I have in front of me, I can continue to strengthen my connection to who I am. And the stronger I become, the more I am able to glide through this life unaffected, helping Em and M...well, everyone else for that matter.

Instead of having to carry out the mundane, I sure wish I could just skip that stuff and go right to the Good Stuff.

p.s...M is doing the brainless, time consuming coloring of the maps. I am doing the word searches, and Em just finished 5 hours of more important work, imo. It is beyond me, truly, how a teacher could give her zeros for not coloring maps and not doing word searches...when there is more important work to be done...oh, like math, or like vocabulary. She even had to illustrate the spelling words. People, you are adults here...am I the only one that would rather she spend her time learning rather than coloring??? Thanks, had to just get that out. Love you, Village

1inmany... sometimes writing down the goodstuff or remembering to share it, can help to balance the self in the moment...

here is a thread u could share the Good Stuff on that happens to u, just as a reminder when ur getting down... go back to it, to pick urself up... Not that the village won't do that anyways...lol

when my son was young, 1st grade, he had the same mindless type of assignment, coloring in maps...

he sat down at my computer, scanned the map image, opened photoshop chose the tool that made it look like coloring and pointed and clicked different colors then clicked print.

I saw what he was doing and grabbed a camera to record it, sure enough the following day a call from the teacher mad we had done his homework, I dropped by school and showed the teacher he had done it all on his own...

I told her welcome to Generation X...

in class the next day she asked him to show everyone how to do it.

sometimes, teachers become the students...

I'm sure my daughter would also like to talk to other children who may be open to her idea's.

She's taken time to not be freaked out by it all.

I remember the first day I clicked, I was showing her pictures in the clouds (there were fish and hearts) We were clearing chem trails together and it totally freaked her out. We had a couple of weeks of her attacking me calling me a hippy, mad etc.

Two weeks and she started warming to the idea.

I'll ask her tomorrow and see what she says.

I was talking global warming and fining US corps who moved production outside the US using dirty energy creating pollution, that is melting the polar caps, raising water levels and causing these disasters and they blasted me with words I never said on a completely different subject... I guess that's what we will all remember about this election...

maybe the problem is they don't know how to read...

Einstein had obviously not heard about Zoe's fish in the sky, but when he says Get on your bike, the French Obama supporter says Yes Oui bécane!

We have heard so much that it makes no difference which way you vote that you can be sure that it does. Obama has a brain, a mind, and a sense of humour. He is a citizen of the world sith a social conscience. This translates into teaparty talk as, He is a dumb idler and communist agent with no birth certificate.

Here and now, the pond is gurgling. I do love the sound of water, it is tranquil. The road is busy this morning, people busy coming and going. It is 60 degrees, headed to 80, so a warm and sunny day ahead, will be lovely. I don't think I will ever tire of the pitch blackness at night out here, a blanket. Going on a road trip today, day trip to the city. I am projecting my positive intention for a blue sky with white puffy clouds, a post card sky. Wonderful things are happening today, I am excited to find them nestled in each moment.

The only known cure for a rambunctious kitten (although this may seem counter intuitive) is another rambunctious kitten. Another kitten will mostly spare every other living thing in the house that's not smaller than the kittens themselves, but it might be slightly tougher on couches, beds, rugs, etc.

I wish you had told me that a year ago. Kittie appeared as the only survivor of a litter left to starve to death as their mother was killed by poison ...
Kittie was incredibly wild, and bit me really hard in my hand the first time I picked her up. It took weeks to even get her to come inside the house. Once inside she tyrannized poor Choochoo Bear who is old, fat and lazy (yeah, me projecting again...) Had we had a second kitten if would have made life so much easier. I will know next time.
Carmody's joke came right after Kittie climbed all the way up the palm tree in our courtyard yesterday,
searching for I-don't-know-what, and me having the distinct thought "curiosity killed the cat" and wondering where that saying originated.

Yes an excellent team we do make
I'm constantly in awe to be in such impeccable
company it's a blessing and an honor
It also means I can finally get some down time as I'm
completely confident in the other "watchers "
Before I joined PA I honesty thought that I was the sole
cleaner . I did my job with no complaints but the overwhelming
sense that I was the only one and the sheer volume of work
meant that I was so weighed down .
Of course now I know that was naive and possibly even arrogant
to even think such things , but being so isolated for so long
does odd things to ones thinking .

So for all those seen and unseen I am truly grateful

And now in spite of the seriousness, importance and
sheer volume of what has to still be done I actually get
to smell the roses occasionally .
And what roses they are .
